Location was superb, walking distance to all main sightseeing places. Room was spacious, fast internet. We arrived at midnight, easy check in, we could leave luggages after check out.

Very central location, could walk anywhere in central Vienna. Late check-in was no problem. No problem to find a parking spot on the street (which is free on weekends).

The room felt a bit hot. There is no ac and with open windows it is a bit noisy from the street. One curtain was missing/broken. A fridge would have been a nice addition.

- Eine bessere Lage hätten wir uns für den Preis kaum wünschen können. - Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat ein aufkommendes Problem schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. - Die Matratze war gemütlich. - Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich.

- Die Ausstattung ist etwas veraltet. - Man könnte im Bad ein paar Reserve-Klopapierrollen lagern. - Belüftung schwierig (keine Klimaanlage und Fenster auf viel befahrener Straße gerichtet)

Die Pension liegt sehr zentral in Wien, das Zimmer bot alles, was nötig war, und war soweit bequem, sauber und leise. Der Herr von der Rezeption war nett und hilfsbereit und der Checkout sehr unkompliziert. Unser Zimmer war in einem schönen Altbau.

Die Adresse ist die der Rezeption, wir sind anschließend 2-3 Straßen weiter zu unserer eigentlichen Unterkunft gelaufen. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre ein kleiner Kühlschrank gut.

Perfekte Lage und sehr gute Preis-Leistung Verhältnis. Pension ist etwas schwer zu finden, ein Schild oder Ähnliches wäre toll, da es in dem Gebäude mehrere Pensionen gibt. Sehr netter Eigentümer. Wenn man reingeht, riecht es leider sehr stark nach Rauch, was etwas unangenehm ist, aber im Zimmer war dann alles gut. Betten waren sehr bequem!! Sauberkeit hat auch gepasst.

Ein sehr sauberes Zimmer. Die Ausstattung war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Badezimmer hatte eine gute Größe und befand sich auch in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Pension ist sehr zentral gelegen und einfach zu erreichen. Das Verhalten des Personals war einwandfrei. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft auf jedem Fall.

An der Rezeption hat uns der Alex begrüßt. Ein netter Herr. Mega freundlich. Zusammen sind wir in das gebäude wo die Zimmern waren. Wie hatten ein großes Zimmer mit vier Betten. Sehr sauber. Sehr zentral gelegen. Wir kamen von der Türkei und haben in Wien das Pension gefunden um uns auszuruhen.

Über die Parkplatzsituation sollte man vorher Bescheid wissen und am besten gleich ein Parkhaus im Auge haben.. Hier würden Empfehlungen wirklich weiter helfen... Die, die öfter in Wien sind werden das aber wissen... 👍

Room was very clean and tidy. Enough space for a couple bags and large enough closet for clothes. The bathroom also had good space. Also very good blackout curtains.

The water faucet is a bit touchy. Other than that, great!

It was super clean, the host was lovely and super helpful. I had the best sleep there I had in weeks!! The mattress was very comfortable, excellent location and quiet at night. I recommend!!

Not so easy to locate the apartment, it is building 09 on the street called 9 H something sorry can't remember exact name. No curtains or blinds on one of the windows

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Man kann das Zentrum mit seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen. Eine U-Bahn ist auch in der Nähe. Das ist leider der einzige Pluspunkt!

Die Pension ist nicht einfach zu finden. Sie ist nicht gekennzeichnet. Wir haben angerufen und dann einen Hinweis bekommen, wo wir genau hinmüssen und dass der Schlüssel im Stromkasten liegt. Das Zimmer ist sehr einfach, das Mobiliar zusammengewürfelt und alt. Wir wollten ja auch nur dort schlafen und mehr nicht. Allerdings ist es laut wg. der Straße und sehr warm dort gewesen. Die Duschwand (dreckig, alt und marode) fiel bei der Ankunft auseinander. Es wurde auf die Gäste vor uns geschoben, die hätten die Dusche kaputtgemacht. Aber so, wie die aussah, glaube ich das nicht. 2 Tage lang wurde uns gesagt, es würde eine neue Duschwand eingebaut. Dann hieß es, es müsste eine Sonderanfertigung bestellt werden. In der Pension ist nichts sonderangefertigt, schon gar keine 90 x 90ziger Baumarktdusche. In die eh schon enge Dusche wurde dann diagonal ein Duschvorhang eingeklemmt. Am schlimmsten finde ich die Hinhalterei und das Rausreden. Im Winter wird angeblich alles renoviert. Glaube ich nicht, denn laut der Bewertungen ist sowohl die Duschwand schon lange kaputt und das W-lan funktioniert auch nie! Und dann kam auch noch die Bitte, keine Bewertung abzugeben. Das geht gar nicht! Wo sind Wellness und Spielplatz? Brauchen wir nicht, aber es wird bei booking.com damit geworben. Rezeption? Negativ! Sauberkeit? Bei Ankunft ja, danach wird nichts mehr gemacht. Zum Glück war es - dank Genius - günstig.

Habían colillas de cigarrillo junto a la cama, además no había agua caliente, y había una chapuza en el baño, la mampara estaba dañada y colocaron una barra que reducía el espacio para ducharse, que ya es de por sí pequeño.

Super emplacement, proche de la mairie de Vienne. Interlocuteur très reactif pour répondre aux questions. Idéal pour les petits budgets.

Aménagement basiqueparfaitpour2 ou 3 jours. .Le 3eme lit n'était pas du tout confortable. Quelques soucis avec la porte de la salle de douche la douche n est pas très pratique.

La posizione. Vicino al centro. Non buona la stanza. Tanto caldo solo ventilatore. Molto rumorosa e in posizione letteralmente in mezzo alla strada. Però L host ci ha prontamente cambiato stanza . Più silenziosa . Meno calda e sempre comoda

とくにありませんが、連絡がwhat'sAppになるので使っていない国の方は入れておいた方がいいです！到着してWi-Fiか現地sim繋いだら、使えます 入り口にこちらの名前がないですが到着した住所で基本的に合ってます。右側の階段を上がってpentionと書いてあるドアを開けると左手に書いてあります！

13日にチェックアウトして14日に戻ってきたのですが、荷物を預かっていてくれました。大変助かりました。 フロントがあるタイプではないので、先に色々と相談しておいた方が良いです。基本的にできる限りの対応はしてくれます！！

Lo mejor es la ubicación. Muy cerca del ayuntamiento y a poco andando del centro. Te puedes mover sin coger transporte. Las camas cómodas y la almohada también

Lo peor es que no hay aa. Hacía mucha calor aunque había un ventilador, aunque se desmontaba si lo movías. Faltaban cortinas en una de las enorme ventanas. Entraba mucha luz y te veían ya que era un primer piso y se veía la calle. La tele no funcionaba y había algún pequeño bichito en el lavabo. El baño era antiguo, la ducha tenía la mampara que no iba y tenía una cortina de ducha puesta. Debajo de las camas había una botella de agua de los anteriores inquilinos. Es aceptable pero muy mejorable. Suerte que ubicación compensaba un poco.

Great Location, Thankfully Fans were provided in the scorching heatwave which was appreciated. Check in was clunky as there is no one on-site. Place was OK / fine for short stays.

La stanza era molto piccola per 4 persone. Molto poco confortevole, la zona soggirono si limitava ad un tavolo di media grandezza, il televisore non funzionava e si poteva accendre in alternativa al ventilatore in quanto cerano poche prese di corrente e anche installarte in modo approssimativo. il bagno era molto piccolo e scomodo, il box doccia era mancante di una porta di chiusura.

Very big space. The owners let us leave our baggage after check out which was REALLY nice! The WiFi was very good, everything was clean. They had a fan, which was good for a hot day!

There wasn't any hot water, but a good cold morning shower always helps to wake you up. The charge doesn't hold too well. The view was a bit grey.

Ich bin alleine mit einem Kind gereist. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und direkt an der U-Bahn-Station. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, sodass wir viel Platz hatten. Ich habe mich während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr sicher gefühlt. Alex war jederzeit sehr freundlich, hat sich schnell bei uns gemeldet und sich immer darum gekümmert, dass wir alles hatten, was wir brauchten.

Am ersten Tag hatten wir etwas Schwierigkeiten, den Eingang zu finden. Wir haben denAlex kontaktiert, und er hat uns sofort geantwortet und uns freundlich weitergeholfen. Wenn ich etwas verbessern würde, dann vielleicht die Einrichtung. Die Möbel könnten etwas moderner sein und ein paar Kleinigkeiten, wie zum Beispiel eine zusätzliche Lampe, wären schön. Aber für den Preis war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich hervorragend.

Öncelikle yeri çok zor buluyorsunuz, hadi bulabildiniz (şans eseri) hiç kimse yok. Bırakılmış olan numarayı aramazsanız iletişim kuramıyorsunuz. Whatsapptan yönergelerle anahtarı bulunduğu yerden alıp odayı bulup öyle girdik. Bina yol kenarı çok gürültülü. 4 gece kaldık birkez bile temizlik için girilmedi. Puanı nasıl böyle yüksek anlamadım.

Es war etwas eigenartig, den Schlüssel aus dem Sicherungskasten holen zu müssen. Die Pension ist von außen auf der Straße nicht beschriftet, was etwas verwirrend ist. Es hat mehr als eine Woche gedauert, bis ich endlich eine Rechnung erhalten habe. Insgesamt etwas abgewohnt.

Nispeten merkeze yakın diyebiliriz.Viyanada konaklamak ucuz değil evet. Beklentiyi alt seviyelere düşürerek konaklanabilir.

Banyo kısmı kötü.Odanın arkasında çöpler biriktiriliyor.Sabahın 6.30 unda bir kamyon gürültülü bir şekilde onları topluyor.

La pensión tiene una ubicación excelente , cerca de todas las atracciones en Viena. Alex fue muy amable , pedimos cambiar a una habitación más tranquila y Alex hizo un esfuerzo tremendo para encontrarnos otra habitación donde estuviéramos más cómodos , además nos permitió hacer checkout más tarde , lo cual agradecemos tremendamente. Recomiendo este alojamiento , sin dudas repetiría.

Pas grand chose, peut-être l’emplacement.

Au départ, nous sommes arrivés à l’adresse indiquée, le contact nous a envoyé une vidéo pour retrouver les clefs, changer d’immeuble et enfin trouver notre chambre, qui ressemblait à une escape room et a commencé par nous faire rire. En arrivant, la chambre était simple et vétuste, mais rien de très grave au vue du prix. Seulement, pour commencer, deux fenêtres ouvertes impossible à fermer (heureusement qu’il ne faisait pas trop froid et que l’orage était léger) et pas d’eau chaude dans la douche (ça passe encore en nuit d’été). Le matin, mon ami qui étais sur un autre lit s’est réveillé avec une colonie de boutons qui ressemblent très fortement à des boutons de puces de lit.. on n’a pas cherché et avons fuit dans un autre hôtel pour la 2e nuit et avons perdu une journée à laver toute nos affaires..! Ensuite le dernier jour pour rendre les clefs, celles nécessaires pour ouvrir le bureau où déposer les clefs n’étaient plus là.. bref, je pense que c’est une de mes pire expérience.

Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile ci ha dato la possibilità di tenere i bagagli a seguito del check out. Nonostante ci fossero problemi idraulici in camera al nostro arrivo, Alex si è offerto di cambiarci la stanza la notte seguente, cosa molto apprezzata. La posizione è ottima, vicino alla metro e alle zone centrali. Sono capitata durante la bolla di caldo e le stanze non erano attrezzate con l’aria condizionata, tuttavia ci sono stati forniti un paio di ventilatori che hanno smorzato la calura estiva. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo

La stanza non era pronta al nostro arrivo nonostante avessi comunicato l’orario del mio arrivo. La connessione wi-fi non prendeva in camera. Non è ben segnalata all’esterno, infatti il cartello fuori dalla Pension Votiv fa riferimento ad un’attività precedente.

La posizione è straordinaria. Se vi muovete con i mezzi è a 5 min a piedi dalla U2, a 7 min dalla fermata di un tram che porta su ringstrasse, alla stazione treni centrale. I letti sono molto comodi ed è tutto pulito. Bagno funzionante, arredamento spartano. Nei giorni di ondata di calore massima, solo il ventilatore è stato abbastanza sufficiente.

Nella doccia un'anta era fissata e non scorreva, per cui si bagnava il pavimento. Il piatto doccia molto rialzato rispetto al piano del pavimento. Arredamento molto semplice. Senza aria condizionata.

The location is great. Close to metro and tram stations. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets in the surroundings.

No possibility to enter before 3 pm. Building is a little bit abandoned. Only for economic travellers.

The kitchen and bathroom have been beautifully remodeled and are very family-friendly. The entire apartment is comfortable, well equipped, and an excellent choice for a family vacation.

The only minor inconvenience is that the building does not have an elevator, so luggage must be carried up to the third floor.

No hay personal que te pueda atender de manera permanente en el local, está al lado de una calle con mucho tráfico y se oyen mucho los coches y el tráfico

Location is good, price is cheap. So price for quality is fine. It can be found inside the apartment building when you look for door marked "reception" to the right, over the stairs.

It was at correct location but no poster outside on building or on the main door. It is an apartment building and there was only some sticker of pension of different name. Television signal was bad, every channel was falling out after few seconds, could not watch, tiny screen. Shower have seen better times some 20 years ago, but it was clean and usable. Missing handle to hold the shower. Wifi internet signall was falling out from time to time, but generally worked fine.

Senti falta de liquidificador e grill. As cortinas do quarto nao bloqueiam a claridade.

It was a small but centrally located room, and it met my needs. There are many restaurants around, and it is well connected by public transport to the old city and museums. Very good value for money, and Alex is very helpful and nice
