The noise, my room was next to HR, the Kitchen and I would hear people outside the balcony and kitchen whilst sleeping. I was not told about maintenance money I should pay on my arrival. I had to request for the change of linen and the room to be cleaned. It was a bad experience.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026The rooms are very small, there’s no space to even walk in the room. There’s no place to put your luggage away. There’s literally only a bed in the room yet there’s no space for any other thing. No doors in the toilet yet the toilet is just next to the room. Their electricity keeps going off you must go ask reception what’s going on. I really had a bad experience and regret spending my money on them.

Słaba dźwiękoszczelność ścian między pokojami. Szary kolor ścian robi trochę chłodną i ciemną atmosferę wnętrz. Budynek prezentuje się bardzo ładnie w bieli na zewnątrz. Białe pokoje byłyby lepsze.

I wish the morning stuff could keep it down while people are sleeping. There was one night when I couldn’t sleep because the security was chit chatting with the receptionist across the corridor and the cleaning stuff was also making a hell of a noise while cleaning other rooms, banging the mops while cleaning the floor

The last night was a bit hectic but the cleaners and security sorted it out........The lady that was working the desk that night was no help at all if it wasn't for the cleaning lady I would have left a very bad review thank you so much for her.

1 it wasn't clean 2 there's no door at the toilet 3 it didn't smell nice 4 i got charged for a stain on the blankets but nothing was damaged or broken according to my knowledge thats all im suppose to pay for it when i caused damages (like aren't you suppose to wash the sheets in anycase?) 5 the shower curtain was very dirty 6 i was overcharged

I didnt like the fact that the bathroom that everyone uses has tiles and a stepping thats not aligned with the wooden floor. I tripped and I fell and I was with a sore foot 5 days long it was really horrible. That prevented me and my parent from going out while on our stay.
