Very neat and clean, pictures and facilities are exactly as advertised. Had a comfortable and stress-free stay here. The owner Mr. Barrid was extremely helpful, offering tips and advice on all sorts of queries regarding gifts, places to eat, etc. He is a very warm and hospitable person. Had an excellent stay at this place and would definitely recommend it to everyone.

The homestay is absolutely lovely. It is clean, and comfortable, and exactly as advertised. The 1st floor (where I lived) is essentially a 2 BHK. You book one of the bedrooms, and the kitchen, dining, living room, and balcony are common areas. The balcony is very nice, and is ordained with a lot of plants. The best thing about Beza is the host, Mr. Barrid. He is warm, and kind, and friendly. During my stay, he went out of his way to make me comfortable, and to accommodate any small request that I had. Will definitely stay here if I ever come back.

Este fue nuestro primer viaje a la India, así que, naturalmente, estábamos un poco nerviosos sobre dónde alojarnos. Beza Homestay resultó ser la introducción perfecta. Los anfitriones son sinceramente amables, atentos y acogedores, y nos hicieron sentir cómodos desde el primer momento. Siempre estuvieron dispuestos a responder nuestras preguntas y ofrecernos consejos, e incluso nos acompañaron cuando fue necesario, pero al mismo tiempo respetaron plenamente nuestra privacidad y nuestro espacio personal. La casa está impecable y muy bien cuidada. Nuestra habitación era luminosa y aireada, con una cama amplia y muy cómoda, y baño privado en suite. Nos encantó el ventanal con vistas a las plantas del exterior, que aportaba una sensación de tranquilidad. También hay una cocina compartida, una sala de estar independiente y una preciosa terraza llena de plantas, tanto en macetas como colgantes, ideal para relajarse. Al haber solo tres habitaciones para huéspedes, el ambiente es tranquilo y acogedor. El edificio, además, está diseñado con un atractivo estilo colonial portugués, lo que le aporta un encanto especial. La ubicación es excelente, a poca distancia a pie de Fort Kochi, de la terminal de barcos, de las tiendas y de las principales atracciones. Ya hemos reservado para volver antes de finalizar nuestro viaje, y sin duda nos alojaríamos aquí de nuevo en el futuro. Podemos recomendar Beza Homestay con total confianza a cualquiera que visite la zona.

Tuvimos que contactar con el propietario para obtener indicaciones precisas, lo cual resultó un poco complicado porque en ese momento no teníamos cobertura móvil. Barrid a été très accueillant et attentionné, je me suis tout de suite très bien sentie. Il a à cœur que nous soyons bien installés. Le petit déjeuner à 150INR était vraiment délicieux. Très bon emplacement pour tout faire à pied. Ce home stay est un très bon rapport qualité prix.

La fenêtre de la chambre donnait sur une maison proche donc très peu de lumière malheureusement.

Всё отлично. Кондиционер только идет за дополнительную плату, но она совсем не большая учитывая, что сама аренда жилья стоит боле чем лояльных денег. В общем рекомендую

Die Unterkunft liegt absolut zentral und man kann fußläufig alles wichtige erreichen. Die Zimmer sind einfach ausgestattet, es ist aber alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es gibt Gemeinschaftsräume (Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer und Küche) von dort aus geht’s in die Zimmer. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, die ein Segen war. Barrid, der Besitzer ist super. Es ist sehr aufmerksam und hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt. Er hat uns sogar Tickets für die Kathakali Show besorgt und uns hilfreiche Tips gegeben. Unsere Motorräder haben wir in seinen privaten Eingang gestellt! Diese Unterkunft ist einfach aber absolut zu empfehlen.

The place is like an apartment ontop of the hosts' house. It has two rooms, living / dining space, kitchen and a balcony. The kitchen we were able to use to just make tea and coffee. It's a very clean and comfortable space! We were the only ones staying there at the time, which was nice too. The homestay is nestled in the lanes making it quiet but close enough to walk to resturants and other places in fort kochi. The host was communicative via WhatsApp and came to meet us on the main road when we arrived via taxi from the airport. When we arrived, we had some ginger wine that the host had made which was a lovely touch. Overall, I would recommend a stay here.

When we arrived, the host asked us if we wanted to go to a kathakali performance. Before we had a chance to research, he produced tickets (600 rupees each) this made it quite hard to decline. So I would recommend researching before you arrive so that you can accept or decline. The tickets were front row though, so if it's your thing then it's great!

From the moment I made the booking, Barrid Uncle was in constant touch, making sure everything was perfectly arranged for our trip. He kindly helped us with the pre-booking of Kathakali tickets and even secured front-row seats as I had requested. He went above and beyond by offering us his bicycle free of cost in case we needed a way to explore the area. Upon arrival, he made us feel completely at home. Our room was cozy, clean, and came with a spotless washroom. We had full access to the balcony, and he was always available with thoughtful suggestions on where to eat, what to see, and what to avoid—making our experience so much richer. He truly took care of our belongings and comfort throughout the stay. On our last day, he even offered us a taste of the homemade wine prepared by his wife, which was a lovely personal touch. Thanks to his warmth and hospitality, our trip became much more memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Kochi—it's incredibly well-located near all the key attractions in Fort Kochi and offers real value. I’m already looking forward to coming back soon!

Barrid runs a beautiful homestay which he keeps spotlessly clean at all times. The architecture is tasteful and bright. It was a delight to wake up and have a coffee on the balcony in the morning! Barrid is also a very kind man who goes out of his way to make his guests’ stays pleasant. If I come back to Fort Kochi I’d stay here again no doubt! Thanks Barrid!

The owner was very helpful all our time in Kochi and the place was neat and comfortable.

We loved our time at Beza Homestay- the hosts were fabulous! So so lovely! Location is great as it’s away from the main road so very quiet. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Only downside is that when booking I checked whether it was A/C however when we got the property we were told it was extra charge to use… I would suggest A/C as rooms do get warm overnight!

Fantastic stay, booked for 2 nights ended up staying 5 nights. Barrid our host was very hospitable and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. He organised tours for us, even invited us to watch the cricket with him, India V New Zealand. Lovely quiet location and close to restaurants. Beza Homestay is very clean and well looked after, we highly recommend to stay here.

Beza HomeStay is undoubtedly the best accommodation we’ve had in seven weeks of travelling India. If you are looking for hygiene, cleanliness and comfort, then this is the place for you. Beza is at the end of a narrow side street in a lovely peaceful residential area, located centrally within walking distance of attractions and restaurants, especially, Spice Root restaurant. Barrid and his wife are absolutely lovely welcoming people who have created this amazing home stay. The pictures do not show how beautiful this place really is, we immediately booked a further two nights. We loved sitting on the beautifully manicured, flower strewn balcony drinking tea and watching everyday life, we found it hard to leave. Stay here and you will see why we loved this place.

I am only completing this section to give credibility to my review, some people may want to know that there is no hot water but in this climate a cool shower is a welcome relief.

The location is in a very nice and quite area, perfect for a walk in port kochi. The house was very clean and the host ready to help us in anything we needed.

The house is good located and near to the centre. It is super clean and bright. The room was big and spacious and there is a great balcony with lots of plants. Barrid and his wife were so hospitable, ist was a really special and lovely stay.

The property is impeccably clean and well-maintained, making it ideal for those who appreciate order and tidiness. If you have OCD, this place will meet your expectations. The owners respect your privacy, making it a perfect choice for couples. The location is excellent, with major tourist attractions and cafes within walking distance. We visited just after New Year and were warmly welcomed with cake and wine, which were delicious and made us feel very special. The owner is friendly and enthusiastic, readily answering all your questions and offering great recommendations for dining spots.

Drinking water should be provided by the property at no extra charge; it should be included in the price you pay. Additionally, access to a refrigerator would be a helpful amenity.

Property is maintained exceptionally and it is in the center to jew town and vasco da gama square. The vasco da gama square is at a walking distance. Absolutely safe and the host and his wife were too kind and very helpful in nature and made us very comfortable and made us feel safe. Me and my sister stayed there. So, I would definitely recommend this place for girls. The host even offered us cake for christmas and allowed us extra time to freshen up on our check out.
