エレベーターがなかったところが残念でした。

写真の通り、とても綺麗でした。 スタッフは常駐していなかったのですが、お湯が出ないとメッセージをしたところすぐに対応してくださってとても丁寧でした。 また、私のお湯の設定の仕方が悪かったのですが、部屋まで来てくださって設定してくださいました。 とても丁寧にご対応いただき感謝してます。 立地もよくて、ぜひまた利用したいです。

We had a good stay here. The apartment is right in the heart of Sinsadong, in a nice and safe area, even at night. There is also a convenience store just down the street, and lots of restaurants, coffee shops and concept stores around the area to discover. The place was clean overall and the host was available and helpful. We also really appreciated being able to leave our luggage after check-out. Overall, a good place to stay if you want to explore Sinsa and everything the neighborhood has to offer !

The subway is around a 10-minute walk away, which was fine but not the most convenient.

Great size room. It has everything you need. Bed was comfortable. AC worked non stop. Location is amazing - many shops and bakeries around.

Please note: the building has no elevator! For some reason we had smelly towels in our room.

El departamento es muy limpio, tal cual se muestra en las fotos, estuve 9 noches asi que la cocina fue de gran ayuda.

La falta de ventanas, en lo personal me gusta que entre la luz del sol, asi que a veces lo sentía un poco encerrado.

I completely loved this place!!! It was so comfortable, clean, and the location was amazing! The hosts were super nice! They allowed me to leave my luggage before checking in.

- I didn’t realize this was more of an apartment, not a hotel. - The front steps were challenging with our luggage. - Noise from upstairs unit. It sounded like heavy footsteps going across the room constantly, at all hours, even past midnight.

おしゃれなエリアで、周りにコンビニもありお買い物やマッサージなど素敵なお店がたくさんでした。シンサまでも散歩がてら歩いて行って、いろんなお店を覗いたりグルメを楽しめました。 ただ、美容施術で行っていたので、施術ごのケアもあり、途中でホテルを病院の近くに変えました。 ここは、美容外科が多いエリアから少し離れているので、美容目的の方にはどうかなと思いますが、タクシーを使うことが平気であればおすすめです。場所自体はとても静かで穏やかなエリアで静かです。またお部屋が大変に広く、心地よい環境でした。

スタッフが常駐していない点です。ただし、コレは宿の問題というより私の問題ですね。手術の後目がほとんど見えない状態でしたので、フロントのスタッフなどがいないこのレジデンスは怖かったです。後、入り口の階段の段差が辛い。スーツケースの上げ下ろしが出来やすいようにスロープなどがあればいいのにと思います。 ただ、私は入ってすぐのお部屋でしたので、スタッフさん達に運んでもらって大丈夫でした。本当に1人での美容渡韓の場合は、 ・荷物をフラットで運べない ・お部屋によっては階段しかない ことを承知の上で予約されるといいと思います。

Owner was super quick responding to messages- and was kind enough to offer me an extra hour after check out as I fell ill in order to sort myself out. Everything was clean, all your basic amenities are there, and the bed was comfortable.

As others have said, there's no lift, you have to carry your luggage up a few flights of stairs. Other than that, no complaints!

Clean, functional in every aspect, near train station (500 m; 10-minute walk) and a variety of eateries. All my requests were responded quickly and satisfactorily.

Freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Super Lage. Sehr ruhig. Alles neu und sehr sauber.

Nur Kleinigkeiten: Etwas mehr Küchenuntensilien. Für Lichtempfindliche ist die Verdunklung für Nachts gering. Ein Duschvorhang wäre praktisch.

沒有電梯，有大型行李的非常不建議，行李箱扛了三樓扛到懷疑人生，住了五天四夜，垃圾還要自己倒，離地鐵其實有點距離，需要走十幾分鐘

Property was great tuck a little bit behind the busy street so it was not too loud at night except for the occasional group of people walking by and service vehicles in the morning. Inside of the room is very clean equipped with all the amenities microwave cooktops washer very convenient. The plumbing is great doesn’t have that weird old sewage smell very clean. owner is very responsive to questions that we messaged.

Did not have elevator so you have to haul your luggages upstairs. We stayed on the third floor, I think that’s where they do their linen and laundry so it was a little bit messy in the hallway however that did not bother us.

aucune fenêtre, extrêmement bas de plafond tres tres tres étouffant..... absolument pas 60m3 comme mentionné. On entend énormément les voisins et tuyauterie quand ils les utilisaient. La porte de la salle de bain est absolument grotesque.

What a kind Owner . I left some stuff there and the found it and keep it for me . Room so clean .facility, location was great near everything super convenient.

Central location to many good restaurants and cafes. Clean, spacious and has a digital lock. The apartment didn’t have a kettle or a pan and within 1 hour, the hosts came with a new kettle and pan. I needed somewhere to leave my luggage as I had a late flight out from Incheon Airport, and the host kindy allowed us to store our luggage in the room after checkout until 3pm! Outstanding service and will book again in the future.

The location was exceptional. We were within walking distance of subway, bus exchange, shops, restaurants, cafes, and the main street of Gangnum.

Could have been more instruction about garbage disposal. We were asked to dispose of garbage but it was unclear where or when.

Very large room in the heart of Gangnam close to everything. Clean and reasonably priced.

Not easy to find. The building lacks of the street number and no tags outside or anywhere inside the building ( in Korean or English ) to indicate that you are at the right place. Pratically you have to guess and hope for the best.... that you are at the right place. I would suggest to put a label at list on the mail box 9or at the door.

Stayed here for 8 nights - it was amazing. Totally recommend this place to everyone! First of all, location was just perfect. It was right next to cafes/restaurants, convenience stores and bus/metro stations. I could easily get to my dentist appointments and all of the Gangnam attraction spots. The owner is super nice, assisting us for a comfortable stay. Everything in the room worked well, kitchen was full with supplies so there’s no need to bring your own stuff to cook. All in all, I’d definitely love to come back once I’ll be in Seoul again. Thank you!!
