Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Perfettamente soddisfatto del soggiorno. L'hotel Frara si trova in una posizione strategica unica al mondo da cui partire per escursioni nel gruppo del Sella. Noi abbiamo cenato e soggiornato per una sola notte e pure essendo in 12 persone alla fine siamo stati molto bene sia a cena che nelle camere. Non si tratta di un hotel di lusso ma per chi ama le Dolomiti ne vale assolutamente la pena.

Hideous plank-like mattress. No top sheet. Comforter that was 5 feet long and 3 feet wide so I could never stretch out if I wanted to be covered by the blanket. The only air came into room when door was opened above the Terrace restaurant which was loud and cigarette smoke came into the room. Shower was crappy and not strong.

아침에 차 한잔 하러 레스토랑에 내려갔는데 옆 홀로 안내했어요. 가보니 중국인등 동양인만 따로 모아놓은 느낌. 살짝 기분 나쁨^^

Old rooms that are about 50 years out dated, 20 in tv. No chairs on balcony if you can imagine! Only a small plastic stool that should only be used to put a drink on. Balcony had no divider with next room so it was a balcony with no privacy.

Die Dusche war nicht gut, sehr schwach und alt. Der Balkon hatte keine Stühle oder Ähnliches. Es gab kein echtes Frühstück, sondern ein paar Sachen a la carte, keine gute Auswahl. Abends musste man hier essen, wenn kein Auto , in der Nähe war nichts und das Essen war eintönig und schlecht: altes Brot, wabbelige Röstkartoffeln, etc.

Für diesen Preis hätten wir etwas mehr erwartet. Die Zimmer waren sauber (bis auf das Bettzeug, das hat gestaubt) und die Dusche war so klein, dass man sich kaum umdrehen konnte. Es war zweckmäßig, aber nochmal werden wir nicht kommen

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026숙소에 머무르는것 자체가 훌륭한 여행입니다. 숙소에서 바라보는 뷰가 너무 아름답습니다. 가족이 머무르기에 크기도 적당했고 깨끗해서 머무르는 동안 너무 편안했습니다. 다음에 다시 꼭 방문하고 싶습니다.
객실내에 냉장고가 있다면 좋았을 것 같습니다. 대중교통을 이용하기는 조금 어려울것 같습니다.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026This hotel is situated at the top of an amazing mountain pass with absolutely stunning scenery all around and the views changing every minute as sun and clouds pass the mountains - great evening views from the outside terrace, and for walkers, great opportunities straight from the hotel. Good traditional food and welcoming staff.
The room was basically but sufficiently furnished and we were glad we had our own pillows with us! Despite asking for a lower floor as my wife has mobility issues, we were initially given a 2nd floor room (no lifts). However, when we queried this, we were quickly given a 1st floor room with great views.

Está viejo. El baño pequeño, no puedes abrir la puerta baño si alguien está en inodoro. Hace frío. Precio demasiado alta. Check in muy tarde , aunque tengan habitaciones libres no te dejan entrar hasta las 15h, check out muy pronto. Mucho tráfico para llegar allí.

Mieliśmy mały problem .Pani sprzątająca chyba przez nieuwagę zapomniała zamknąć nasz pokój po sprzątaniu.Więc gdy wróciliśmy po całym dniu zastaliśmy otwarte na oścież drzwi do pokoju.Niestety nie pojawiło się sŁowo "PRZEPRASZAM"

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Ich war mit meinem Sohn zum Sellrondabikeday für zwei Nächte dort. Gutes, ausreichendes Frühstück, Guter Fahrradraum mit Werkzeug, wunderschönes Zimmer mit Balkon. Der Service war sehr gut. Ich hatte meine Jacke am Balkon vergessen, die glücklicherweise eine Kollegin abholen konnte - dies nicht zuletzt wegen des vorbildlichen Service und der sehr angenehmen Kommunikation mit dem Hotel-Team. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Only thing that when we arrived the bus was not going to the bus stop nearer to the hotel and we had to take costly taxi service from Selva. But bus services was starting from 7th June. Overall very happy with the beautiful surroundings.

La camera per essere un rifugio 2 stelle è risultata molto al di sopra della media nazionale. Pulizia della stanza ineccepibile, e la posizione seppur scomoda è molto panoramica. Lo staff invece non ha brillato per accoglienza.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Las vistas y la ubicación, el passo Gardena es impresionante, pero las puedes ver igual sin alojarte aquí.
Hacía muchísimo frío en la habitación, los dos días nos encontramos con la ventana abierta, y es un lugar en el que aunque sea junio la temperatura es muy baja, la primera noche hizo 0 grados y los radiadores sin encender. Se lo dijimos al personal y nos dijeron que el termostato está a 18 grados, y no hicieron nada por solucionar el problema, podían habernos dado una manta o un calefactor. Ha sido una estancia muy desagradable, estar en la habitación con el nórdico puesto y tener que dormir con ropa térmica. Una verdadera pena.

La struttura potrebbe essere un po' rinnovata in alcuni aspetti. Il costo è altino per i servizi offerti.

La cena prevede un menù fisso, senza possibilità di scelta e questo è molto limitante. Il menù nelle varie sere in cui siamo stati non ha mai proposto una cena tipica trentina. Da un ex rifugio mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di questo tipo: ad esempio della polenta, dei canederli. Invece abbiamo avuto cotoletta alla milanese, pasta al pomodoro (molto piccante-- non mettendo a scelta non puoi dare cibi super piccanti, potrebbero non piacere a tutti), parmigiana di melanzane. Il buffet niente di che, spesso i fritti che portano sono freddi. Costo dell'acqua molto caro: non puoi farla pagare lo stesso prezzo del bar alle persone che hanno la cena inclusa nel tuo ristorante e dormono in hotel. I camerieri stanno sempre pronti a inizio pasto a portarti via i piatti del buffet, per poterti portare il primo del menù, mettendoti pressione, come se l'obiettivo fosse servirti il prima possibile. La colazione è molto piccola, di dolce non c'è quasi niente, se non yogurt e nutella. Non ci sono croissant, torte. Non ci sono nemmeno toast, ma solo del pane, senza la possibilità di tostarlo. Inoltre, non ha mai aperto puntuale la colazione, sempre in ritardo di 5-10 minuti e nel momento in cui apriva, uova e bacon (unica cosa da cuocere) non erano mai pronti. Infine, essendo tutto il buffet della colazione in un angola, ti puoi servire uno alla volta, e siccome praticamente tutti si scendeva allo stesso orario, per servirti ci mettevi un sacco. Per un hotel, il cui punto forte è la posizione e le persone ci vanno per sciare, dovresti permettermi di essere il prima possibile sulle piste. Infine la sauna è piccolissima, ci sono 4 sdraio una attaccata alle altre, che per far alzare una persona che sta nell'ultima sdraio si devono alzare gli altri 3, non proprio rilassante.

Reviewed Mar 22, 2026Hotelik wyjątkowy z dala od miasta kameralny, co dla nas było atutem, a bardzo blisko trasy zjazdowej i wyciągu (bo byliśmy na nartach), pokój przestronny z balkonem z pięknym widokiem na góry. Kolacje wyśmienite. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Polecamy a jak będziemy znowu na nartach w tym rejonie to na pewno wrócimy!!!
