We stayed during low season so my score based on that although room and pool are the same But all the staff were friendly and attentative Pool very clean Good breakfast, asian and european Great housekeeping Our pool access room spacious with guge super king bed

The arrangement for bathroom facilities a bit weird, thete is a shower cubicle, a toilet cubicle and hand basin in the the room… so no bath room as such

Loved the step from the door into the pool, great outdoor area, very large bed, great shower!

On the eastern side of Railay, which is a little more cost effective and a short walk, however it is more mangrove than beach.

Lovely pool for swimming, gorgeous balcony to chill on. Big room, comfy bed. Cold filtered water machine on each floor was a huge bonus. Food was very good in the restaurant,, tempura Vegetables with Satay sauce a must try. Easy walk to everywhere. Great local restaurant next door, with cheap great food (welcome bar).

La ubicación del alojamiento da a la costa este de Railay, es decir que para llegar hay que coger el barco en Ao Nam Mao Pier, no salen barcos para la costa este desde Ao Nang, para mi no fue ningun problema, llegar a la costa oeste significa mojar todos los equipajes ya que no hay puerto. Para ir a la playa tan solo hay que caminar 5 minutos, merece la pena. La habitación es muy amplia y en mi caso daba directamente a la piscina, un acierto y un capricho que merece la pena. El descanso y la tranquilidad al ser solo para adultos está garantizada. La piscina la limpian todos los días. El desayuno tipo buffet amplio, y merece la pena cogerlo, sin embargo, matizaré en la parte de lo que "menos me gustó".

Lo que les recomendaría que mejoraran y tuvieran en cuenta es que en agosto la mayor parte del turismo es español y europeo en general, por lo que deberían mejorar las opciones mediterráneas como poner tomate, aceite, aguacate, y bolleria de mejor calidad en los desayunos y no tanta opción salada (ensaladas, sopas, fideos, etc, muy enfocado a asiaticos) , el pan es de molde, y lo único que te puedes poner es mantequilla y mermelada en ellas, por no hablar de la fruta, siempre sandia o melón , cuando hay mangos, pitayas etc por todas partes, no es malo , lo volvería a coger , pero creo que pueden mejorarlo y poner mayor variedad de cosas.

Increíble! La piscina es una gozada, la gente muy maja, la ubicación genial para moverte Te dejan dejar el equipaje, el desayuno muy rico y la habitación con todo lo necesario, muy cuidado al detalle

Lovely hotel, we stayed in a suite with our own pool. Staff were super friendly on reception for check in/ out and at breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Sadly the spa bath didn’t work but it didn’t affect our stay!

Er was wat achterstallig onderhoud aan het zwembad maar het bleef fijn om in te zwemmen

This hotel is very gorgeous and we get a lot of warm care from all staffs with very high soul mind and lovely smile. We had four days and very nice over there, which is very good timing to stay together and we got lucky that we got the upgrade room to have the bathroom in the room because it is my honeymoon trip. Thank you so much for all of the kindness. We do appreciate a lot.

Se você estiver com muitas malas vai ter trabalho para carrega-las do píer até o hotel. Principalmente se a maré estiver cheia (não impede, mas dificulta mais ainda)

Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und sehr sauber und die Klimaanlage war sehr leise und hat tadellos funktioniert.

Great stay. The staff were super helpful, the resort was peaceful and calm (no kids!). We really enjoyed the breakfast, it was simple but well selected and some items changed daily. Room was great, bed was comfy, we could jump in the pool right from the room. I will stay here again!

The hotel really exceeded our expectations!! The room was decent sized and clean. The shower pressure was really good too.. We really enjoyed the balcony where we spend most of our time. Good sized and perfect lazing spot for us! The hotel is located on the east side of railay which faces the mangrove but just a short walk to phranang beach which we really enjoyed. There were plenty shops nearby as well!! The amenities in the room was good. They provide everything up to umbrellas and a tote bag! Water dispenser is placed outside so you can get drinking water anytime you want. The WiFi is good. Tip: bring your own toothbrush as the hotel doesn't provide those

During night time the lighting around the staircase area is quite dark.

Great staff, clean, nice rooms

Ideal location, 5 minutes from the beach and 1 minute from the pier but without any of the party noises. Room was spacious and clean with a smart TV and a balcony with a mini sofa, pool was clean and pleasant, check in was easy. With a massive comfy bed. Bonus of having no kids around.

The hotel warns you about the moneys and how there are lots of monkeys on the island so you have to make sure your room and balcony is locked as they can open the doors and tear up your room, we came back from the beach to monkeys throwing stuff off a balcony into the pool as someone had left their sliding door unlocked and they made their way in.

Totalmente descuidado, no limpian la piscina, los alrededores, las duchas, mal olor, es lamentable que con tremendas instalaciones lo mantengan tan deteriorado, las luces de la piscina no funcionan, no barren las hojas, tienen moho por todos lados en la piscina los azulejos de están despegando y en los baños, bastante deteriorado es lamentable, un buen gerente cuidadoso pondría a funcionar bien el hotel, todo en krabi es así, debe ser por el excesivo consumo de Maria que mantiene a los trabajadores pegados !!! Y se les olvida lo que deben hacer !!!

We took the villa, it was a great choice. 5-star hotel feeling. There was a monkey on the terrace too :) all was clean and very good.

Alojamiento muy bien ubicado, la habitación con acceso a la piscina es un plus a pesar de que le da la sombra todo el dia y el desayuno está bastante bien porque aunque todos lo días sea lo mismo y básico te hacen los huevos recientes que eso siempre suma.

Que no nos dejaron entrar hasta las 14 del mediodía, después de haber cogido el vuelo a las 6 de la mañana y llegar a las 10 estaría bien que diesen la habitación algo antes, el chico no se pasó ni un minuto de dar la habitación. Otro tema es el de los monos que eso no es culpa de ellos pero la última noche tuvimos un mono metido en el techo falso y con miedo a que nos entrase y llamamos a recepción pero ya no están a partir de las 11.

La literie est confortable, les chambres sont spacieuses. L'hôtel est bien situé géographiquement pour visiter Railey.

On a adoré, emplacement à même distance des très belles plages, entourés de petits resto de rue. La piscine est parfaite, le petit déj copieux et varié … je recommande

My favourite hotel I’ve stayed in after 3 months of travelling! Absolutely gorgeous rooms, amazing views from the pool (including monkeys playing) and great location.

On the last 2 days of staying, the pool area was getting renovated and so you couldn’t use it. While it wasn’t much of a problem as you’re only a short walk from the beach, it would’ve been nice to have a heads up from the staff

Het is een heerlijk hotel, met hele grote, lekkere zachte bedden. Als je een kamer op de begane grond hebt, kun je zo vanaf je veranda (met ligbed) het water in. Het toilet en de douche zijn gescheiden in 2 aparte cabines. Ook liggen er paraplu's, zeep, thee, koffie en slippers die je kunt gebruiken. Het ontbijt is erg verzijdig. Het hotel ligt dicht bij walking street en aan het railey east strand (al is railey west veel mooier). Railey west strand is een paar minuten lopen. Het hotel was heerlijk rustig en had goede wifi. Echt een aanrader dit als je volledig ontspannen wil.

De apen grijpen alles dat op je balkon ligt. Als het eetbaar of drinkbaar is gebruiken ze het, maar ik heb ook gezien dat ze niet eetbare dinge in het zwembad gooiden.

I love the property location, close to the beach and the views were breathtaking. Had a great time staying there.

We had some issues when we arrived, our room is next to some maintenance work and there was some noise even during sleeping hours but the staff made sure we were transferred and upgraded us to a better room the next day.

Some unexplained noise at night like loud knocking in some rooms, maybe some drunk guests or monkeys playing around. We informed the staff the next day but they just told us they didn't hear anything.

המלון ישן ולא כל כך מתוחזק היו המון תקלות. כולל סתימה במקלחת שהזמנו עובד לשחרר אותה ביום הראשון. בנוסף, היתה הפסקת מים חמים ליום שלם, שהודיעו לנו עליה כשהגענו ולא קיבלנו על כך כל פיצוי. בנוסף, בלילה השלישי היתה הפסקת חשמל בלילה בין 00:00-04:00 , המזגן לא עבד, לא הWiFi, לא הטלפון ואפילו אי אפשר היה להתקשר לשירות החדרים כי לא היה טלפון והיה ריח חזק של ביוב . במשך כמה שעות היה חושך מוחלט בחדר ולא נעים. כשכתבנו על כך למלון, המלון התנער וזה היה מאוד מאכזב ופגע מאוד בחוויה שלנו כי לא ישנו מספר שעות בלילה ולמחרת יצאנו לטיול 4 האגמים מאוד עייפים. אחרי לילה בלי שינה ובלי אפשרות הבסיסית להתקלח במים חמים אחרי טיול 4 האיים.

Pool needs a good clean, and the decking around the pool needs replacing, dangerous in some areas. Lots of monkeys playing in the pool (which was exciting to watch) but meant we couldn’t get in the pool a couple if times.

Very comfortable bed, large room, nice balcony, restaurant. Beach towels in your room, large tumblers for drinks, very clean, and very nice, and monkeys come visit!

Super séjour, nous avons vraiment adoré !

Railway Beach is a gem. It has a unique vibe and stunning location. The hotel itself is tucked away from the main strip of restaurants and is beautifully designed with lots of wood and a central pool which is shaded by both blocks of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Bo treated us like family from the start we already miss being greeted upon our return to the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the balcony was a great place to spend the cooler parts of the days.

Nothing important comes to mind. Some different breakfast options would be appreciated.

This a great hotel, staff cannot do enough, drinks, food great, locations is stunning, great place to forget everything and just live. When i left it was with regret but the owner i believe gave me a travel bag which included fruit water and a small box containing a scarf. Would go back any time GW. Thanks to the all the staff.

Hotel nás nadchl svou dokonalou čistotou, moderně a pohodlně zařízeným pokojem a především neuvěřitelně milým a ochotným personálem, který nám vždy vyšel vstříc. Obrovskou pochvalu si zaslouží také vynikající a bohaté snídaně s širokým výběrem a skvělá, strategická lokalita hotelu, díky které bylo vše potřebné v docházkové vzdálenosti.

Primeiramente, o quarto não correspondia com o que tínhamos pago. No dia seguinte mudamos de quarto e ficou resolvido. A limpeza não era impecável. A varanda tinha lá um ninho de algum inseto que eu não soube identificar. Não consegui ligar a televisão.

Das Hotel war leicht über den nahegelegenen Bootsanleger zu erreichen. Geschäfte, Restaurants und Strand alles in der Nähe und Laufreichweite. Das Frühstück war Standard, nichts besonderes. Die Zimmer sind ok und ausrtecihend für einen Kurztrip. Personal größtenteils freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mittags gibts Besuch von den Affen, welche sich vom Essen und Getränke auf den Balkonen und am Pool bedienen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Soweit war alles ok. Eine etwas unfreundlichere Dame beim Empfang an der Rezeption aber vielleicht war sie mit 16 Personen bei der Ankunft überfordert.

Lovely size room with balcony. Close to ao nam mai long boat pier. Close to mini marts. Lovely view from my balcony to the cliffs, though I imagine not all rooms have a view.

Staff were not as friendly as other hotels in Thailand, though I got everything I needed. Toilet is right off the sleeping space with a half frosted glass door. Fine for me solo but not really any privacy if more than one person.

Natuurlijk ook hier erg vriendelijk personeel. Leuke kamer aan het zwembad gekozen. Reuzegroot bed in de kamer die verder goed is voorzien. Je komt niets tekort.

Het ontbijt was voldoende en werd aangevuld, vers fruit en goede koffie en espresso maar we misten de typisch Aziatische ontbijtgerechten.

Удобное расположение, рядом с пирсом, с ресторанами, минут семь идти до всех пляжей. Все чисто, удобная кровать, на балконе есть диванчик. Вкусные завтраки и прекрасное обслуживание. Сначала мы жили в номере на втором этаже, но продлили свое проживание в этом месте и взяли номер с выходом к бассейну. В общем и целом нам все понравилось

Close to everything- pier, dining, caves, beaches. The pool was perfect temperature- not too hot like others we visited during our trip. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a great value. We didnt pre-pay for the buffet, but spent the 300 baht after we “comparison shopped.” Wish we could have stayed longer.

The room was spacious and clean. There was good wifi and hot water in the shower. Very comfortable furniture on the balcony.

The lock on the balcony sliding glass door was a bit loose and flimsy, which wouldn't have been a problem except that we had been warned to keep it lock because the monkeys knew how to open that door.

The breakfast is the worst. Avoid it.

Rooms smelled of sewage, seems to originate from the shower drain. Great pool, staff, and location, though.

It was very clean, the bed was so comfy and the staff very friendly.

The music from the bar next door playing until 3.30 every night, very loud.

Personnel pas agréable, on derange des que l’on demande quelque chose Accueil froid et express, piscine vétuste avec des morceaux de la terasse qui flottent dedans. Petit dej sans choix et si vous avez le malheur de demander vos oeufs à 9h45 c’est NON! Il a fallu insister en leur rappelant l’heure Je déconseille fortement.

Best Hotel I stayed in in Thailand. The Bed is very big and comfortable. The Room is clean and well equipped and the pool had a good temperature. The location couldnt be better as well. Also the staff was very nice and it was possible to feel that they care more as staff of other Hotels, and that in Thailand where almost every person is very friendly and welcoming. Especially the receptionist (Pu) was very nice and helpful. But also other staff members were like that.

Everything was perfect, we even extended our stay here and I definitely recommend this Hotel. We had a room in the first floor which was good as they offer a great level of privacy. I did realise that the rooms at the ground floor did offer a bit less privacy, if the guests did not close their curtains properly as the pool users are then able to look in the rooms from the pool.

There is only one room in which everything is located - sink, toilet, shower. Although we booked the cheapest one, so maybe in others it’s better. Wasn’t critical though.

The place has character and it's clean, it is conveniently located, but that is about it.

Things in the room do not work. The AC was unresponsive, the phone did not work, the TV has nothing to watch apart from YouTube. Ordering food to the room required us to go down to pick it up from the restaurant, and not because we were asked or it was agreed, just because they were not sure what the room number was and decided to simply wait until we came down to see what happened. We asked our luggage to be stored, they kindly agreed but when we returned back all the bags were under the sun and not really observed. If I were to come back to Railay I would definitely try a different hotel...

The views were insane, the food at the bistro was amazing and very well priced
