Great location,very clean ,comfortable bed,friendly staff, we even got porridge pots,water and biscuits aswell as tea,coffee etc complimentary in the room, next time we're looking for accommodation in the area Premier House will be the first place we check for availability.

Easy to locate, check in was smooth, rooms were clean, well equipped and comfortable. Great distance from the centre.

Very clean had everything you need was very comfortable bed , hot water when u needed a shower , instructions were sent before we travelled for the key and the door code excellent would stay here again great location as well

It was the nicest property I’ve stayed at. The bed linen fresh and clean and the towels were the softest and fluffiest I’ve ever experienced. It was homely and the owner is genuinely just as lively. The extra little touches were a treat. I cannot say anything negative.,

Second time we've stayed here, and still love it. Soon as we walk through the main door, you can see how clean and bright it is, and a warm welcome from the host. Everywhere has thick carpets. The room was spotless, lovely carpets, the bed was so comfortable and clean. The shower room is perfect. Even had a fan, and mini fridge in the room. The extras we have to eat are perfect. Tea, Coffee, selection of biscuits, porridge and oat bars. Can't wait to stay again. Love 💕 It.

Location was excellent, exceptionally clean, parking was not an issue for us once we’d collected our scratch card. Easy access with the code which was provided the day before. The room could be aired easily with the sky light and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on.

There was nothing negative to say about the property however, a nice touch would be a seating area out the front.

Beautiful, comfortable, extremely clean accommodation in a central location close to everything. Jane is the lovely, friendly owner who we met on a couple of occasions during our stay. She did everything to make us feel welcome and it really was like home from home. We would certainly stay here again and would recommend it to all our friends and relatives.

Very close to Whitby central, literally a five minute walk. Very clean and well appointed with very helpful guidance sheet on arrival. Arrived a little early and owner very graciously allowed us to book in there and then. Parking pass was supplied at a very nominal cost. Bed was very comfortable and it’s quite clear the owner is very house proud based on the immaculate presentation.

Myself and my partner stayed in room 2 which was spotless, very comfortable and cosy, it also had a lovely little outdoor seating area and lots of little extra touches which we really appreciated. The location was brilliant, only a short walk into town and we were able to park using a scratch card which was supplied by Premiere house for only £2.50. The host, Jane was lovely, very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.

A clean, quiet and very well-maintained b&b. The room was large with a lovely little balcony which was a bonus in the sunny weather. Great location close to Whitby centre but out of the crowds. Friendly staff. Great facilities - tea, coffee and even porridge pots in the room! There was also a little fridge.

Really central location and Jenny was really nice and contacted us the day before to explain how to get there. She left us a car parking permit bu sadly we couldn't use it as there were no spaces left. It's great value for money and there were biscuits and porridge so we could have some breakfast if we wanted it, but there was also a fridge on case we wanted to buy something. The fan in the room was really appreciate as it was very warm as well as the bottled water. Would stay again and highly recommend it.

Lovely clean property. In a great area. Contact with host was great. Fabulous shower. Added extras hairdryer, body wash and shampoo, breakfast bars, porridge and biscuits were in the room on arrival along with some tea and coffee. Not sure if always in the room but in this heat wave there was a fan too which was greatly appreciated. Comfy bed I slept well.

I was on the top floor which I knew but you need to check as some people may struggle with the final narrow staircase. For me with a small suitcase it was not a problem.

Everything was new and clean. The shower had a proper tray for soap and a facecloth was provided. The tea tray included biscuits, breakfast bars and porridge pots. There is also a small fridge, which worked, so you can add your own things for breakfast. Alternatively, a cafe and a bakery are at the end of the road. It's situated in an area of B&Bs just a short walk from the cliffs overlooking the beach.

It's a bit of a climb from the riverside area - almost inevitable if you visit Whitby. If you tire of that climb, bus X4 towards Middlesbrough goes three stops to Chubb Hill Harrison's Garage. From there, it's a short, level walk along Crescent Avenue.

Liked the independent check in and out and breakfast tray. Homely and well-equipped

This is a fantastic place to stay. The owners go well above the expectations. Leaving you biscuits breakfast bars and even porridge. Towels and face cloths along with soap shower gel. They go above and beyond for a comfortable stay.

If you're staying for the weekend, get their early to park. If, like us, you don't manage to find anything on the street, the car parks are plentiful and close by.

It was very clean, fresh and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and the hospitality tray contained nice products.

The room was spotlessly clean. The welcome from Jane was lovely and friendly. We had the bonus of having a patio accessed from our room, to enjoy a morning coffee and evening glass of wine. Parking on the road outside was also a bonus.

Just back from a 3 night stay in Premier house. The location was fantastic, just a few minutes walk into town and there's shops and bars on the way. Jane made us feel very welcome. We were allocated room 1 on the ground floor, which was lovely and spacious. Had everything we needed. The porridge pots were an added bonus 😊 Jane made sure we had all the information we needed before arrival. Looking forward to our next stay 😊

What a lovely stay. It was spotlessly clean, and the room smelt so fresh and was nicely decorated. Plus, it had a small fridge.. The towels are so white and soft, which we adored. We bumped into the landlady, who was so lovely and friendly she told just to help our self's to extra tea coffee milk. Fantastic value for money.

It was all great. There wasn't anything I'd have changed - I didn't actually see anybody when there as the place is accessed by key code and then we just got on with it, but that suited us fine.

What a beautiful place! Everywhere was spotless. The bed and quilt were so comfortable and the extra touches of the fridge, breakfast bars, bottles of water etc were a welcome treat. Car parking at £2.50 was amazing for the 2 nights we stayed. It was also very close to the centre of Whitby.

Amazing place, definitely exceeded expectations. Cleanliness was top notch, abundance of treats (coffee, milk, cookies etc.), everything seemed to have been recently renovated, shower had plenty of hot water and pressure.

When we arrived we were told to go to Room8, 8 wasn’t clean, a total mess. I sent a message to the owner, clearly the clean had been missed, the owner was lovely and moved us to Room7, very apologetic and lovely women.

Smart guesthouse in an ideal quiet location but close to all that Whitby has to offer. Booked two rooms which were both immaculately clean, with good quality bed linen and towels, lovely bathroom and hot shower. Very good communication with Jane prior to arrival. Would not hesitate to book again

Stayed for one night and would definitely stay here again. Good central location street parking right outside(£2.50 for scratch card). This was the cleanest guest house we have stayed in. Ground floor room with outside terrace. Lots of extras water tea & coffee porridge breakfast bars. Great shower with nice toiletries. Highly recommend.
