Takapuna loft

Beautiful and clean. Host's were amazing, made me feel like I was one of the family :) Close to Takapuna town center and beaches. I would certainly book this accommodation again.

There is nothing to not like, it was amazing

Fantastic location for attending meetings at Smales Farm. Easy to get around and very quiet location in Auckland. No traffic noise! Hosts very friendly and helpful. Property was very nicely furnished and comfortable.

My wife has some mobility issues and no handrail on stairs was not ideal. No photos to show stairs, so maybe a note about accessibility in listing.

The house was clean, we cooked a lot and it was so well equipped

There was nothing we didn’t like, it was a beautiful house

No wifi. Down the end of a drive way with cars parked all over the place. Building work going on so the builders cars were also in driveway and tools started early in the morning (annoying when you've arrived from overseas and you're on a different time zone). Nothing within walking distance.

A spacious two storey house in Takapuna, private parking, very quiet and safe location. Perfectly located for our purpose to visit the family in Birkenhead and Bayswater

Wi-fi speeds were really bad, recommend using your own SIM instead Bed was a bit creaky Some dust here and there, e.g the ventilation vent in the bathroom has seen better days First world problem but second floor gets really hot unless you shut the blinds (even if you try to get a draft going, unless it's super windy of course)

Lovely quiet property in a handy, central location. Fantastic for a longer stay. The house is extremely well equipped with lots of little extras. It is spotlessly clean and the owner is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this property

A whole 1 bed place to myself. Everything I needed there, modern and clean, and just a short walk to the office at B:Hive. I’ll be back!

Pam is an excellent host. The place is huge, and the condition is impeccable. This is the best place we have stayed in so far on this trip.

We loved everything about Takapuna loft, home from home, Pam went out of her way to drop us off at the car hire. Close to beach, town and restaurants. We will be back.

The 2 storied building was more of a small home, lovingly furnished, than a rental room! It was very relaxing after a long day working on Lake Pupuke

Only downside was the long driveway that had to be backed up and out of. Hardly an issue really

Perfect accommodation for our weekend in Auckland. The hosts were very friendly and lovely to talk too. The loft had great amenities to make for a comfortable stay, including well equipped kitchen. The location was great for us - we were happy to walk to nearby restaurants/shops, it was not too far of a walk and easy to navigate our way around.

Fantastic - quiet street, easy walking distance to Takapuna and Lake. Great facilities - the full kitchen was an absolute bonus. Host communication was on point.
