HOTEL VILVAAS

You get what you pay for. It's great for a short business stay. Nothing too bad, nothing extraordinary either. The breakfast is decent, tasted fine, limited spread but no complaints. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The television was great, with OTT apps and good WiFi. The staff were helpful and polite, we checked in at 11:30pm which they didn't mind.

Sticklers for hygiene might think twice. Clean for the most part, but a few mysterious stains (which I personally didn't mind since I was there for just one night).

Excellent hotel. The room was large and spacious, with comfortable bed, sofa, and work table, and great A/C. The best part of the hotel is the location, along the banks of the Vaigai river and less than 2km from Meenakshi temple (for those that like walking, within walking distance). The staff made the check-in process very simple and streamlined as well, and are friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

The Room and bathroom are pretty clean and the staff were very friendly. Over all experience was good. They could have provided some centre table or proper hanging place for towel. Overall the hotel was good but it doesn't have a proper room interiors as on to the cost which we pay

The staff inside… no one picks the call when you call from room and especially I came down 4 times from 3rd floor(in lift so no complaint on coming down) to ask things which i need and to ask what number to dial i came down first then once they picked the call and i asked for a tea as i had headache and the response was sir 7:30pm is dinner time so no tea…

Only disadvantage is it doesn’t have restaurant facility.

Gentleman at the front reception was very friendly & accommodating. Very helpful in getting a taxi to the airport. Room was very spacious & air conditioning was very functional. Location was good with a bar next door & a gym just 2 buildings down the street.

I asked for cold milk with my cornflakes for breakfast & they could not provide 2 days in a row. Had some problems with the internet on the first night but it improved on the second day. The TV was not so functional.

Das Restaurant war so schmutzig, wie die Kleidung dess Personals. Es standen viele leere Blumenkästen mit Unkraut herum. Wer kein warmes Indisches Frühstück mag solle keines buchen. Für mich gab es Toast ohne Toaster und jeweils einen Teelöffel Butter u. Marmelade auf dem Frühstücksbuffet. Am zweiten Tag gab es nicht mal den Teelöffel Butter.

L’hôtel était très propre avec le nécessaires pour la douche. La chambre était très grande, un lit super confortable et grand. Une bouilloire avec thé et café était à notre disposition dans notre chambre avec une table et une chaise et un canapé. L’hôtel restaurant , tout à côté Saratha rajans, était fabuleux avec un personnel très bienveillant. Nous y avons mangé tous les soirs.

Les travaux aux alentours très bruyants, les tuktuks qui doublaient les prix pour le retour.

Property was not affordable as u booked via booking.com for a group of 5 adults and 3 children but the 3 children’s details were not listed in hotel side and they said they will charge for children as only 5 adults are only shown to them. So we couldn’t use 1 room at all because of that as children’s were not allowed.

The rooms and bathrooms were really spacious for 3 ppl and was maintained well. It also had a restaurant which made it easy to order in food.

The hotel policy of late check in around 11am-12pm is very inconvenient for consumers who travel to Madurai by night trains and reach in the morning. We have to keep waiting until someone checks out the room that we have booked using this system. The hotel however has other rooms open, which they only let us know if we're really not ready to wait for long.

It's very near to meenachkshi Amman temple. Good stay. I like the most.

The room was not like hotel room, it was very basic with very minimal facilities according to the price it's not value for money
