I was in room 2812a. No hot water, waited 2 days for it to get looked at. No bidet. No tv. No wifi password supplied. No soap supplied. Poorly maintained. Wanted to charge 150 pesos for each replacement towel (I was on a 3 day stay).

Our original sightseeing plans changed at the last minute, so we ended up having a completely free day. We went out for lunch, wandered around for a while, then returned and spent the evening relaxing. It actually became one of the nicest days of the trip

Came to Manila for a few days with no packed itinerary, and this turned out to be exactly the kind of base we needed. Some days we went out early, other days we took our time and didn't leave until lunch. It was nice having that flexibility.

We attended a wedding during our stay and knew we'd be returning late and exhausted. It was great to have everything organized beforehand, so once the celebration was over we could simply come back and call it a night

A friend from overseas was visiting Manila, and we decided to spend a few days exploring the city together. Instead of constantly meeting at restaurants or hotel lobbies, having our own base made the whole trip feel much more relaxed

We booked a few nights here while waiting to move into our next accommodation. What could have been an awkward gap between bookings turned into a surprisingly enjoyable little stay. We felt settled almost immediately.

What I remember most isn’t one particular feature but how effortless the whole stay felt. We checked in, enjoyed our trip, and checked out without having to deal with any unnecessary problems.

We had a couple of mornings without any plans, which gave us the chance to enjoy the apartment rather than treating it as just somewhere to sleep. Those slower mornings ended up being some of our favorite moments.

My parents joined me for part of this trip, and I wanted somewhere that would be easy for everyone. They settled in quickly and especially enjoyed having a private place to rest whenever they got tired.

We came to Manila for a quick weekend and didn’t want to spend half the trip figuring out accommodation logistics. Everything here was straightforward, so we dropped our bags, settled in, and got on with our plans

The location was great for us because it is within walking distance to the U.S. Embassy.

Through no fault of the Suite we were there durning a massive rain storm. We were lucky to get our work done at the Embassy that first day because they closed the next day because of flooding.

One day we woke up to bad weather and decided to abandon our sightseeing plans completely. We grabbed some food, stayed indoors for most of the afternoon, and actually had a really relaxing day."

We arrived with a completely packed schedule and barely had time to settle in before heading out again. When we finally returned that night, it was such a relief to have a peaceful space where we could shower, unpack, and properly relax

We stayed for several nights and quickly became familiar with the neighborhood. By the second day, getting breakfast, finding transportation, and picking up anything we needed felt effortless.

We had friends staying elsewhere in Manila and met them around the city during our trip. Getting back to the apartment afterward was convenient, and having our own quiet space at the end of the night was wonderful.

On the morning of our arrival, my inquiry through Booking.com was not updated, and we did not expect the concern to be unresolved. After contacting customer service, the caretaker arrived only after 15 minutes, and we waited almost an hour before being accommodated.Upon entering the room, we were surprised to find that no television was provided, contrary to expectations. More concerning, the toilet was flooded, making it feel like a “swimming pool” inside the bathroom. Instead of relaxing, we were forced to spend time cleaning and draining water, which caused significant stress.I have made many bookings with hotels before, but this was by far the worst experience. The lack of proper amenities and the poor condition of the facilities at Grand Riviera Suites left us feeling disappointed and embarrassed. Very hard to contact the care taker anything i need never reply. I can spend better in theordinary hotel compare to the unit. I dont have any picture however i never complain to all the hotel that i have experience execpt for minor concern.

We stayed here while spending a few days discovering a different side of Manila. What we liked most was being able to come back in the afternoon, take a proper break, and head out again feeling refreshed.

What we appreciated most was the consistency. From the first day to the last, everything remained comfortable and uncomplicated. There were no unpleasant surprises during our stay

One afternoon we came back earlier than planned because we were tired from walking around the city. We ended up taking a nap and having a quiet evening inside. The apartment was perfect for simply switching off and resting

No tv, no cutlery or plates, cooking utensils, no sofa, very small unit and the shower was unable to be used. They had a bucket and smaller scoop to wash with. Very poor unit. Not in a great location either.

The check in service is horrendous as you have to wait for a lady to arrive on her terms the place was dirty and covered in tacky stickers not to mention the same lady knocking on the door at 10am asking when we are leaving cause she wants us out even know check out is 12pm

The listing claimed several things that weren't true, some more important than others. Claimed there was an Iron, which was important so my fiancé could iron her clothes for an important interview. There is a kitchenette, with the hot-plate thing, but not frying pan to use on it. And the only person my fiancé could communicate with claimed cooking wasn't allowed (which sorta defeats the purpose of a kitchenette, and was not stated anywhere on the listing). My fiancé loves to cook, and it's a good way to eat healthy and save money. The only thing she could use was a rice cooker. There is a knife, but no cutting board (fiancé saw cut marks on the countertops making it appear previous guests did their cutting anyway). The listing claims several views from the window, when the only view is another tall and wide building maybe 20 feet away. All of our attempts to get ahold of the owner/manager of the property were met with silence. Even Booking tried and couldn't make contact, so we got a credit. As long as you're aware there is NO: Iron, frying pan for the hot plate, cutting board, or decent view, everything else about the room was fine. But you should have this info to make an informed decision.

We arrived straight from the airport and were pleasantly surprised by how easy the entire process was. Within minutes we were settled in and relaxing after a long journey.

As if you don't care ... No T.V , No couch and no proper table for dining. just a kids table a small refrigerator, a microwave a computer monitor and window type air con units.

Our flight landed later than expected, so we arrived close to midnight. Thankfully, the host had already sent very detailed check-in instructions, and everything went smoothly even at that hour. After a long travel day, it was nice walking into a clean and cool room.

The overall stay was smooth and enjoyable. The apartment had everything we needed. It might help to label a few switches for easier use, but nothing major.

Got scam from my book, arrived and the room was twice smaller, dirty and unhealthy, some bed were stored with moistures and unable to reach the host. Had to pay for the stay and book another hotel because the room they gave me was unsanitary liveable beside that is doesn’t match my book at all.

Close to everything we want to go. The security guard is very friendly and helped us with our luggage from and into the car.

We have a confirmed booking number for a week stay but when we arrived at the hotel they said the owner did not confirm and they could not check-in us. Waited there to get a response from the owner but not available. They did not even give us a temporary stay while waiting and I ended up booking to a different hotel. Booking.com gave me a refund after few days.

I asked for a specific request upon arrival and it wasn’t only met but exceeded expectations. Great work and super nice staff! 10/10 recommend!

There were cockroaches and small insects all over the room when we arrived. I person managing the room to cancel my booking and didn’t proceed to check in and they confirmed on call, however, they still charged me for the room I didn’t stay in for at all. The property has many rooms managed by different people, however overall maintenance in the hallways looked very poor and my refund was not handled at all despite promised. I do not recommend booking here.

Impossible de contacter l hote : le téléphone n est pas attribué et aucune reponse aux emails. Cela dit, l enregistrement se fait avec le concierge de l immeuble qui avait bien ma resa. Grosse galère de laisser ses bagages si on arrive avant 14h. Apres nego, le concierge a bien voulu me garder un sac et il a réussi à joindre qqn pour qu'on pose les 2 sacs au bout d une heure. Prévoir 2000 pesos en espèces pour le deposit Cuisine tres sommaire : uniquement frigo et plaques. Une bouilloire mais il faut avoir un adaptateur car elle ne se branche sur aucune prise de l appart. Pas de thé, café ou eau a dispo mais nombreux cafés et supermarket au pied de l immeuble.

They say that you can cook in the kitchen, THIS IS NOT TRUE. There where no plates or cutlery. There were also cockroaches in the room. You cannot reach the host. Awful experience.

Lleno de Cucarachas, ducha no tragaba agua , no hay papel Wc, el dispensador jabón estaba roto, por el precio que cuesta desde luego una decepción Tuvimos que comprar mata insectos y otros productos para eliminar más de 60 Cucarachas en 3 días Nos cobraron 500 pho x entrar un poco antes de la Hora y no contestan los mensajes… Hemos viajado por filipinas y sudeste asiático en muchas ocasiones y es la primera vez que nos vamos con esta sensación de que no importamos Hay que dejar una fianza de 2000 pho que tardan luego más de 30 minutos en su devolución

The pool and gym facilities were excellent — not too crowded and always clean. Perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Manila.

Miss informed and different type of dirty one room accommodation with cockroach in kettle and rubbish in cupboard! A cash deposit of php2k was demanded even though the condition of room was unacceptable! On complaining no other alternative was given and they were reluctant to return the php2k cash. We stayed in reception until they paid it back and we left upset and found alternative nearby accommodation.

Everything was fine, the only thing we don’t like was it doesn’t have bidet. But all in all, our stay was great.

The price was well worth the room, compared to what I’ve stayed in before whilst being in Manila it was definitely value for money. I also liked the fact that there were places to get food and also a mini mart connected to the property.
