Appartement facilement trouvable, accessible, à 2 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport, 8 min du centre commercial Menara Mall, et très proches de plusieurs épiceries et snacks. Logement confortable, chaleureux, décoré avec goût, les clims fonctionne très bien et ne sont pas bruyantes. La cuisine est très bien équipée avec toute sortes d'ustensiles et vaisselle, une machine à café avec dosettes à disposition. L'appartement est bien entretenu et propre. Nous avons été accueillis par un bon thé et des bouteilles d'eau. Nuit calme, pas de bruits extérieurs ou de voisins, nous n'avons même pas trop entendu les avions malgré la proximité de l'aéroport. La communication avec l'hôte a été facile et fluide. Le rapport qualité prix parfait. Je recommande à 100% ce logement, j'enregistre l'adresse et j'y reviendrai sans hésiter.

Rien à dire tout était nikel

We only stayed in the apartment for one night, as it is conveniently located close to the airport. If I had found this place earlier, I would have stayed here for our entire stay in Marrakech. We were warmly welcomed with sweets and a bottle of cold water for each of us, which was a very nice touch. The apartment is fully equipped and beautifully decorated in a charming Moroccan style. It is air-conditioned, which is especially important in Marrakech, and there is free parking directly underneath the apartment. If you are renting a car, this apartment is an excellent choice. I would also like to mention that I travel extensively throughout Europe, and the standard of this apartment is even higher than what you would typically find in Europe. Highly recommended!

Amazing clean appartement! The owner is an exceptional person who cares about people and families!

Tout était parfait. Un logement très agréable et confortable avec une qualité de finition exceptionnelle et une très jolie décoration, un magnifique patio. Kamal a été très prévenant et très accueillant, un thé et des viennoiseries nous attendaient. Il nous a même proposés de nous déposer à l’aéroport à 4h du matin. Nous n’avons pas voulu le déranger. Un pèse bagages était à notre disposition. L’emplacement est top à une dizaine de minutes à pieds de l’aéroport bien chargés et avec les enfants. Je ne peux que conseiller très vivement cet appartement. Nous ne manquerons pas de conseiller ce logement autour de nous.

La qualité, la propreté, la tranquillité, l'amabilité de l'hôte. Enfin absolument tout.

Tout était parfait!! L’appartement est grand, accueillant et très propre. La cuisine est vraiment bien équipée et nous n’avons manqué de rien! L’hôte a été très réactif et la communication s’est bien déroulé tout au long de notre séjour! L’emplacement est tout juste à côté de l’aéroport (à 15 minutes à pieds ou 4 minutes en voiture) Merci pour le mouton c’était délicieux ;) Nous recommandons ce logement sans aucune hésitation!

Cerca del aeropuerto y fácil aparcamiento. Justo enfrente hay varios sitios para cenar bien y barato. El apartamento es grande y bonito. Bien equipado. Preverr llevar champú ya que no hay. Muy facil de encontrar y fácil al salir ya que hay un locker para dejar las llaves.

Ottima posizione vicino all'aeroporto. Centro raggiungibile in auto o taxi o con mezzi pubblici. Perfetto per chi vuole restare fuori dal caos della Medina. Aeroporto raggiungibile a pieni in 10 mn. Bar e risto nelle vicinanze. Appartamento pulito, tranquillo e molto accogliente. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Walking distance to the airport, lovely apartment with traditional details, clean and tidy. Great communication from the host.

The owner was extremely responsive. Whenever I sent a message he responded back within seconds. The women who showed us in and around the place was very nice as well. The apartment greatly exceeded my expectations. Tastefully decorated. Meticulously clean! Never seen a place this clean in my life. My wife was blown away, and in the cleaning department she is a stickler. Spacious, two bedroom three beds, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and indoor patio with skylight (very cool - I need one of these in my home). Kitchen was BEYOND fully stocked; with tea pot, coffee pot, soap, appliances, kitchen towels, soap, coffee and tea. Again the wife, who ran an AirBnB on occassion, found nothing lacking (first time in her life). Located a short walk from the airport - can't get much closer. Completely quiet. Taking a right out of the apartment, and a left onto the main street towards the airport is filled with good restaurants and cafes. Immediately on taking the left is a guy selling grilled chicken. Fantastic! And while simple it was one of the best meals I had in my two week stay in Morocco.

De ruimte, de sfeer en fijn dichtbij de luchthaven aangezien we in de ochtend al vroeg naar het vliegveld moesten. Is zelfs heel gemakkelijk te voet te bereiken. Wij konden de huurauto voor de deur parkeren, hélemaal top! Werden ook nog eens heel hartelijk ontvangen met thee. Zou er zeker naar terugkeren.

Comfortable, clean place to stay. Parking in front of of the building, 5’ to the airport by car. Good fastood option round the corner - yummy minced meat sandwich and panini.

You can hear people walking up and down, talking. Can’t do much about it. But at night, it was quiet.

The apartment was close to the airport, a pleasant 15-minute walk even at night, and we received clear directions in advance. When we arrived, someone was already waiting for us. Very welcoming hosts.

It was very easy to check in as the host was very responsive and clear with directions/instructions. We were greeted with tea on arrival which was so nice. The apartment was spacious and very clean. We had an early flight and felt very safe walking to the airport at 4 am in the morning.

Everything was great.

Excellent acceuil , appartement très bien équipé,moderne , équipement neuf ,seul bémol literie un peu trop ferme mais c est personnel.

The location was good for walking to the airport in the early morning. That was the main criteria for our stay, Also the check-in was smooth, as I booked it last minute, about 1-2 hours before actually arriving there.

Die Lage ist super, die Küche ist vollkommen ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr sauber und bequem. Es gab mehrere Handtücher pro Person. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr einfach und schnell.

alles lief ausgezeichnet, etwas schwierig zu finden mit Google Maps. aber es gab Hilfe aus der Nachbarschaft.

Die Lage - nur rund 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Flughafen

Das Bad/Klo ist sehr klein und ohne Lüftung.

Beyond being a safe, extremely comfortable, and very pleasant place, I was expecting a simple room based on the special price I found. However, upon arrival, I was welcomed with something far beyond what I had imagined: a fully equipped apartment, perfect for spending several days with family. It features two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a beautiful open space reaching upward, reminiscent of those incredible riads. The bathroom and overall cleanliness were absolutely impeccable. I could not let this experience pass without expressing my sincere appreciation. Thank you very much to everyone. Logement à 12 mn à pied (pour de vrai) de l'aéroport. Tres propre, communication très facile et efficace avec le proprio. Parfait pour qui a un vol très tôt ou très tard. Il y a plein de petits resto/snacks au pied de l'immeuble.

Nicely designed and well maintained apartment in a walking distance from airport. Smooth communication with the host and clear instructions for getting there. We chose the apartment because of its proximity to the airport, as we had a late flight. We were pleasantly surprised that despite arriving past midnight, we were greeted by a person, who made sure that we find the place and settle in with no problem. The apartment has a lot of design elements characteristic for Morocco and staying there for the first night helped to set a nice tone for the rest of the trip. Cleanliness was at a very high level.

We did not find it a big problem, but if you plan to stay for longer period than a few days, then lack of windows might become an issue. While bedrooms have small windows facing the street, other rooms don't have them at all, so you won't get any view. Does help with managing heat in the summer though.

Beautiful apartment, walking distance from the airport (10 minutes) in a quiet neighbourhood. The host was helpful on WhatsApp and the person who greeted us welcomed us with tea. Apartment had everything you needed to be comfortable and cook in the kitchen.

We loved our stay, but if we had to pick something, the beds were very hard.

The host was very helpful, accommodative and supportive. He is a very pleasant person and I will definitely return to this property if I am in Marrakech again.

Location to airport. Owner was extremely helpful and friendly. When our driver had a hard time finding the apartment , the owner walked a few blocks to meet us . The owner also walked with my friends and I to the airport the next morning . He was flying out and knew we would be walking early while it was still dark so he met us and walked with us .

L’appartement est très beau, très bien décoré, bien agencé et très bien situé à côté de l’aéroport. Kamal est très disponible par whatsapp et nous avons été très bien accueillis par sa famille.

Easy safe 12 min walk from the airport along well lit roads. The apartment is spacious and beautiful. The host was friendly and welcoming. This is a great place to stay.

The apartment is large and beautiful (there is no view but that's not why we were there when you're right near the airport). We were able to walk less than 15 minutes from the airport exit to stay in this amazing apartment for one night before picking up our rental car. The hosts were very communicative by Whatsapp and accommodated all our needs and answered all our questions. They even blessed us with a super yummy homemade lamb tagine for dinner for a very affordable price since we arrived late from our flight and then purchased breakfast items for us to have the next morning before we checked out very early. We really enjoyed the homemade hot herbal tea they provided as well! The shower was very hot water and good pressure. The tv worked great with our Netflix account and there was a full size kitchen with plenty of space to spread out and feel like you live in the city. We would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone! Thank you again for all your hospitality!

The only thing to note is that you can sometimes hear the water running in the adjacent units and we did wake one night to voices talking above us around 2:45 am but we always know that when traveling in foreign countries it is important to bring ear plugs 'just in case' there is any outside noise. But other than that it was quiet and a very enjoyable stay after an 18 hour travel day from the states.

I spent two nights here and I was so suprised at how nice it was. Firstly, it was spotlessly clean, everywhere. Also,it is so well appionted: you have air con, a TV in the lounge and bedroom, every appliance that you would have at home in the kitchen (even with an addition of a coffee machine that uses coffee bags).a great shower and plug sockets everywhere and free wifi. The location is great.....it's a 15 minute walk from the Menara airport in Marrakech and literally 30 seconds away from a street that has everything you need, restaurants, cafes and little general stores. Oh, and it was just £37 per night!!! Such crazy value. There's usually a 'but' with most places I stay, a negative, but I literally have no complaints about this place.

Ideální poloha pro ranní odlety, v docházkové vzdálenosti 10-15 minut. Překvapivě nejsou slyšet letadla. Možnost parkování před vchodem. Velký čistý prostorný byt, pohodlné postele, plně vybavená kuchyně. V okolí místní restaurace, malé obchůdky, řetězec BIM (výhoda platba kartou, základní výběr potravin). Milé předání klíčů od sestry hostitele i s čajem a sušenkami na uvítání. Check-out pak již bezkontaktní. Hostitel poskytl veškeré informace a tipy. DOPORUČUJI.

Lokalizacja 10 minut pieszo od lotniska. Bardzo mili i pomocni gospodarze. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Miejsce bardzo starannie wykończone, z klimatem. Dużo więcej niż się można spodziewać na jedną noc przed porannym lotem.

L'appartamento è vicinissimo all'aeroporto e lo avevamo scelto unicamente per questo motivo e per il prezzo ottimo. Devo dire però che è davvero uno dei migliori appartamenti in cui abbiamo soggiornato: silenzioso, con aria condizionata, tutto nuovo, grande cucina e spazio living. Inoltre il proprietario si è messo in contatto con noi per poter accoglierci e farci trovare l'immancabile tè di benvenuto nonostante non fossimo in un albergo. Tutto molto pulito e ben curato.
