Waterside Athlone Apartment

Great location, secure parking, very nice apartment.

Problems with TV, not working initially, but that was sorted out fairly quickly, but it kept buffering so really not great as we were trying to watch the World Cup.

Well appointed apartment in a marina setting.

A little far out of the town centre for pubs and restaurants but walkable as the weather was fine.

Clean and tidy great location would stay again

Property was lovely and clean, very modern & spacious.

Mirrors only in the bathroom so was difficult when blow drying/straightening hair.

Gute Lage, nur zehn bis 15 Minuten Spaziergang in die Stadt/ nach Athlone-Zentrum. Nette Pubs in der Nähe.

Het was een volledig ingerichte, moderne accommodatie.

Athlone is een leuk stadje maar niet alles was open tijdens mijn bezoek. En fietsen was onmogelijk omdat de wegen in de omgeving afgesloten waren door de hoge waterstand

Close location near the town of Athlone. Lovely apartment , clean, tidy and with all utensils available.. One double bedroom ensuite. One twin bedroom with separate bathroom. All rooms very spacious and large.

The Boiler ....Kept making loud pumping noises every morning . Particularly in early hours (4am onwards). There was a solution to this minor problem and that was to turn boiler off before you go to bed. Also arriving at apartment. Try not to arrive later in eve as you might find apartment hard to find. Solution was to input 41 Jolly Sailior , Athlone on Google Maps. This will take you to front door of A

The apartment itself and the surroundings.

It was a bit far out to walk to town but it wasn't a big issue to be fair.

Location was excellent-we could walk to shops, town centre, and the train station. It was quiet at night so we were not disturbed. We visited the Dún na Sí Amenity & Heritage Park in Moate only a 15 minute drive away. Really excellent for all ages - a great playground for kids.

A minor niggle - as a ground floor apartment it didn't actually overlook the river - it's opposite the sub-aqua club building and adjacent to the river.

Spacious, well organized, and clean. The contemporary design was appealing. The amenities for our every need for relaxation, comfort, and preparing meals.

Nothing. Our stay was excellent.

It was close to the shop and restaurant

Food in the fridge and too much of the owner property with sign don’t touch ,we couldn’t get the Tv to work we contacted him but he said it comlecated,so he did get someone to phone us to try fix but we were to face time him to get instructions to try sort it but am afraid we’re on holiday so was not timing to get back for calls there should be written instructions in a folder on how things work

The location was brilliant, only a few minutes drive to the town. Clean & Comfortable.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful setting. Great for access to Athone and further afield.

The location in Athlone is fantastic, a stones throw from a quiet children’s play park and field. A few minutes into town.

We had an issue with the oven which wasn’t the end of the world just a bit annoying when cooking dinner, we called the owner and they said they are going to look into it. The property is also lived in by the owner so they have some personal belongings and food in cupboards, fridge and freezer. Again not the end of the world just surprised to see.

The fact that there is no towels and toilet paper
