Wr created too much rubbish and I had to over fill the recycling bin😁but seriously couldn't really find fault with anything

Hard to cook if wanting to unless wanting to reheat or barbecue something due to main cooking facilities being a barbecue or microwave (as well as toaster and jug).

Le lit est très confortable, la régulation de la température facile avec un climatiseur qui peut également faire chauffage. La cuisine est équipée de frigo, bouilloire et micro-ondes. Décorer avec goût et impeccablement propre. Mon arrivée a été autonome tout comme le départ

We were here for my wife's birthday and the owner gave us a surprise gift It was really amazing to see it.. if we are again in Dunedin we will definitely stay here.. must recommend this accommodation .Value for money too. Was a bit chilly. Heat pump temp wouldn't change higher. Single glazed windows didn't help with very thin blinds. Insulating curtains would make a huge difference.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2025Great size unit in owners back garden. Clean facilities. Modern unit. Big hallway, bathroom and studio area. Dairy milk provided. Sofa to relax on. Parking is on the road just outside of the unit.
The blinds in the studio area let in quite alot of street light so its never dark overnight. Bring your eye mask.

I liked everything There is a Taylor Street at nearby Green Island - i went there first. Make sure you choose Brighton in google maps.

Reviewed May 12, 2025-one of the cheapest accommodations you can choose in Dunedin -very friendly hosts -close to beaches, the city and the airport -it’s a recently built sleepout, everything is so factory fresh -winter warm -you can see the local birds taking food from the bird feeders in the yard: Tui, starlings, blackbirds, sparrows and etc. Great for bird lovers.
-Well, it was a bit noisy at night, the neighbours were quiet but I am not sure if the noise was from the ceiling or the floor. Clickings, tappings, and floor creaking. All happened while I was asleep. Thought there were someone/sth in the house. Maybe a bit uneasy for scary cats/light sleepers. -do not expect to cook your own food. No stove or whatsoever.

As it overlooks the owners living area didn’t feel comfortable opening the blind. Felt as if we were intruding into their space. No off street parking but we knew that when we booked. BBQ could have been cleaner or provide utensils to clean properly after use, especially as there seemed no local restaurants/ takeaways

Reviewed Jan 22, 2025Our visit was excellent. The hosts were super friendly and easy to engage with. The room was spacious, very clean and thoughtfully appointed. The garden was lovely and it was a very short stroll down to the beach for an evening walk.
We had to leave the car parked on the side of the road as there is no room to park off street. However it was a quiet street and there was no problem.
