Returned for another stay. Everything we needed was included for our mini break. There was an incident involving a leak in the property below and the owners kept in full contact about what was happening throughout our stay and were super kind and thoughtful.

This apartment was the best we have ever been to in Blackpool so much so we dont think we could stay anywhere else was beautiful clean and very comfortable our dog loved it to was very settled the whole time won't look past this apartment now

A good option for three people; it’s calm and quiet.

Unfortunately, parking is on a first-come, first-served basis; there are only two spaces there, and the rest are on the street if you’re lucky. I somehow missed that point. As for the cookware, I’d like a bit more – specifically, at least one saucepan – and it would be better if the cookware were replaced with stainless steel ones.

Kitchen and bedroom needs to be cleaned properly

The location is great for south pier and pleasure beach (5 ish min walk). We traveled by car and as we arrived before our check in time and left after check out we chose to park in the free street parking but could have used the driveway had we wished. Walking to central pier/shopping/tower was approx 25 mins but you could use the tram/buses if you wished. The front door to the building was a bit tricky to unlock but once inside, despite being near a fairly busy road we had a peaceful nights sleep. Overall the apartment provided all we needed. It was clean and offered a good amount of space. Free tea, coffee, biscuits and chocs on pillows was a nice touch.

A few negatives were the towels provided, two were big bath sheets, the other two were small, as we were 3x adults and a 12 year old it would have been nice to have all had towels the same size. The beds were comfy but pillows very thin/flat. The shower was hot and had good pressure but bathroom in general could use some tlc (removing mould etc), also it had what I can only describe as a weird boiled cabbage/drain smell.

Aufgrund dieser Bewertung, hatten wir uns für die Buchung entschieden mussten feststellen, dass wir absolut fehlgeleitet wurden, da wir noch nie in einer solch ekligen und dreckigen Unterkunft übernachtet haben. Der komplette Fußboden war mit einem dreckigen und klebrigen PVC Boden ausgelegt. Lüftungsanlagen, besonders im Badezimmer waren verschimmelt. Starke Schimmel Ausprägung sowohl vor der Dusche zum PVC Boden als auch in der Dusche. Essensreste befanden sich unter dem Sofa. Das Sofa war widerlich, verfleckt so dass man uns nicht benutzen wollte. Die Küche war spärlich ausgestattet. Hundekot lag in einer Plastiktüte verpackt auf der Terrasse. Terrassenstühle verdreckt und verrostet. Vor dem Hintergrund, dass ihre Bewertung von 9,6 uns zu einer Buchung bewegt hat, erwarten wir hier von Ihnen eine Kostenerstattung..

The place was in a good location close to local shops and the South Pier.

The parking is an issue as its first come first serve basis which meant that once you arrive you cannot use your car again as there wouldn’t be a space when you return. Beds The double bed was very uncomfortable, topped with the locals shouting/screaming outside and people making noise within the building early hours of the morning meant that sleep wasn’t an option. The bunk bed ladder was loose which was dangerous for an eager 6 year old who wanted the top bunk. Sofa beds The living room has 2 sofa beds in which one has springs sticking up from inside the leather which no one could use. The other was slightly better but still uncomfortably up to the point that when leaning over the springs nipped my skin and left bruises on my arms from the metal springs. When contacting the owners they advised the sofas are being replaced but checking the reviews this has apparently been the case since April 2026. Plates were dirty. Cups were dirty. Towels looked like they haven’t been washed in which there is a sign that says “clean towels” to be left for the next guest which I found appealing as they hadn’t even checked them thoroughly to see they were dirty. Blankets smelled like wet dogs. Asked for another room but fully booked and due to the busy weekend nowhere else had any nights free for us to stay. This looked like a great place to be but unfortunately we were left very disappointed and hurt from the sofa springs.

Few may flies in the property but I believe that’s due to the windows being opened and that time of the year .

We have stayed before and the location is just brilliant, walking distance to the pleasure beach and seafront. The property is good, clean and easy to find and access. Being pet friendly is a huge bonus too.

Unfortunately the parking situation can be a problem if other residents dont park appropriately making it difficult or impossible to park on site at the property. We had a couple of resident noise incidents during our stay this time but Adam was kind to sort this.

The flat was modern and very clean, it has everything you need for your stay, the area was very quiet and the locals very friendly,Can't say enough good things about it.

Great location for south pier, mostly quiet area, parking available at the apartment. Apartment had everything you need, nice & clean plus the beds were very comfortable, would definitely return if staying down south again. Nice & easy check in & out with great communication.

Omg where do I start. The apartment was so nice and clean. Comfortable stay. I loved every minute of it. The beach shops south pier casino etc .. there was everything near by literally 3 or 4min walk. I cant explain how much I enjoyed with my famliy and the host was a lovely person and was also friendly. I would like to thank the host for making me feel comfortable in this beautiful apartment thank you. I will defo come back to this apartment.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The only drawback was it was perhaps a little too far away from central pier where most of attractions etc were but had no issues with apartment

The property was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Parking spaces available and close to sea front and pleasure beach but in a quiet location.

Excellent location to Sandcastle/ Pleasure Beach and we got there early and parked on the property which was a bonus. There's free onsite parking for two cars, we stayed in apartment three 2 adults and 1 child. There's a separate fridge and a separate freezer which was brilliant.

There were only two dining chairs and oddly the smoke alarm in the kitchen was covered over with a sock? There was a fan in the bedroom but could do with an additional fan in the living room, luckily I brought one with me. The freezer compartment in the fridge needs defrosting.

The location was exceptional with just a 5 minute walk into the buzz of Blackpool. The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. There was very little noise from the road outside or the other rooms. We got parked easily, outside the apartment too.

The stairs to apartments 3 and 4 are pretty steep and narrow and not suitable for someone with mobility issues. The sofa bed in the lounge had us in fits as it tips over if you dont lie exactly central on it, my partner got stuck between it and the wall and couldn't get up.. I found it funny, but maybe not everyone would

The apartment was beautiful and tidy and in a great location

The location was good for pleasure beach and swimming etc - there was a car meet on in the car park next to our apartment ( after posting on Blackpool people page this is a monthly thing that’s organised I wish I knew before booking here ) absolute nightmare the amount of noise with the cars popping and screaming for over 8 hours , our shower tray kept overflowing when trying to shower and having no option to put heating on ment we could not wash or dry any clothes and we all had to buy new shoes after the pleasure beach because there was no way to dry our shoes for the rest of the weekend and we forgot to take a spare pares of shoes ,the apartment was beautiful tho spacious

This is the biggest apartment we stayed in in all our visits to Blackpool! It was soo homely and welcoming we loved it and can't wait to stay again

The area is a little undesired but with the apartment we had this was overlooked

Clean, comfortable, well-equipped apartment in good location in South Blackpool. 5 minute walk to Pleasure Beach and South Pier. Ideal for small families, excellent value for money too. We will definitely return.

We had a lovely time at The Whitehouse Holiday Apartments, we had apartment number 4, which is located upstairs. The apartment itself was clean and well furnished, it really had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, towels were provided, all rooms were clean, kitchen comes with sizeable fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, washing machine, oven and hob. The area is quiet, but only a five minute walk from South pier! There is a shop on the same street which is very convenient. There ins a chippy close by and a Wetherspoons close to the pier. The area felt safe. The apartment complex has two parking spaces on site, but there are spaces to park outside the front of the property. I stayed with my two young daughters who were visiting due to a cheerleading competition at Blackpool Tower Ballroom, which is around a 40 min walk, but because there’s so much to see it didn’t feel like a long walk! They both slept soundly each night and had plenty of room for their toys and books! We would love to visit again! Thank you for a lovely stay!

The apartment wasn't the cleanest, window ledges were dusty and there was a stain on the blanket, I also required the heater at one point - contacted the host but didn't get a response from them.

Everything was ok just very busy with a lot of people walking past outside and the heating didn't seem to come on or be able to be controlled so had to use the heaters provided as was abit cold , abit noisy outside at times but other than that everything was ok..

So the bunk bed ladders were a bit loose and the my daughter caught her thumb and it pinched and bled so we had to watch her up the ladders.

The apartment was spacious.

Apartment had not been cleaned properly. The rug smelt of smoke and was very dirty. Tray in the oven had not been cleaned in a while. My mum was sick while trying to wash it. There was a smell of dampness and sewage in the bathroom. One of the pictures fell off the wall and just missed hitting my daughter. Curtains and blinds were ill fitted. I sent a message when I returned but never received a response. Apartment was freezing when we arrived. We were told to use electric heaters. There was only one and it was not big enough to heat the apartment.

The only thing that let me down was the heating it was cold in the morning's.

We were pleased to be able to park off the street and the apartment was in a very good location for catching buses to Lytham in one direction and Poulton in the other. It was also just a short walk to the promenade and along to the centre of Blackpool. The apartment had all that we really needed and was comfortable enough. Any gripes were very minor and not an issue for a stay of a week.

It would be good if the apartment door did not rattle each time somebody opened the main door downstairs - although it bothered our dog the most as she thought it was somebody at our apartment door. We were grateful that the adjoining apartment had quiet occupants for all but the last day or so, because the child/children's footsteps running up and down really carried through the walls. The TV remote worked fine with the bedroom TV but nothing like as well for the one in the lounge. We'd have also appreciated better seats thatn the fold-up ones for the dining table.

This was our 2nd time staying good facilities. Location is great for the pleasure beach and you can park your car.

The shower tray does get rather close to over flowing. Some more attention to detail could be taken with the cleaning.

It was a biting cold week and I had to go to bed and wake in a freezing apartment before asking if I could have access to the thermostat to turn heating on when I needed it. The owner was very helpful with this, but I felt it should have been something set up as standard rather than on request. The clear sound of people above coming home late and stamping made my working week quite tiring. Cupboard door hanging off and shower room, carpets etc all feeling a bit tired.

There wasn't really anything to dislike,, the accommodation was spacious, cozy and comfortable, lots of storage and also lots of storage in the bedrooms. The bathroom was huge with a double and powerful shower

The location was within walking distance of the train station and Blackpool Pleasure Beach. The accommodation was stunning. The manager, Adam, was friendly and understanding. I recommend The White House to everyone.

Sofa was too small and not comfortable to sit on,the room is big enough for a 2/3 seater.over all clean but the carpets on the stairs are getting quite dirty and need a good clean.loose the rug in the living room it doesn't look good.

Was cold in the evening - asked for the electric heater it said should have been in the bedroom (but wasn’t), was told it would be dropped off the next day with the thermostat and this was never received. Sofas weren’t the most comfortable unfortunately.

Perfect size for a family of 4 for a short stay, with a full kitchen would have been great for a longer stay too! Local shop and takeaway literally right outside.
