أمور كثيره اول شيء السعر غالي مقارنة بالمكان وتجهيز المكان ثانيا كان مكتوب علي الحجز دوبلكس وعند الوصول اتفاجات انه لا يوجد دوبلكس وانها شقة عاديه ثالثا يوجد دولاب صغير جدا ولا يكفي للعدد المذكور وقت الحجز

The place is clean and comfortable and all facilities are in good condition. For those who want to visit Nabawi & bring your own vehicle, this is a really good value choice. Only 15-20 minutes to Masjid Nabawi. Many decent restaurants near the apartment. Easy car parking. Many bagala / laundry around the area.
Would be great if you add KSA TV channels in the TV, like live haramain, news, cartoon or sports

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026السلام عليكم، أود التعبير عن استيائي الشديد من تجربتي في السكن لديكم. زيارتي للمدينة كانت ليوم واحد فقط، وللأسف ضاع نصف اليوم بسبب سوء الخدمات: أولاً: انقطاع المياه في الصباح تسبب في تأخيرنا وتعطيل برنامجنا بالكامل. ثانياً: المكيف (شباك) مزعج جداً ويفصل باستمرار و تسمع صوت الحمام على المكيف، بالإضافة للإزعاج الخارجي وأصوات الصيانة التي تصلنا بوضوح. ثالثاً: عدم توفر مواقف خاصة كما هو متوقع. رابعاً: عدم توفر كاوية ملابس. خامساً وهو الأهم: لاحظت أن العامل يعرف الرقم السري للباب، وهذا خرق كبير للخصوصية والأمان ويشعرنا بعدم الارتياح. التجربة كانت سيئة جداً ولا تعكس ما توقعناه. ( تجربة لن تتكرر ) ادفع زيادة 100 ريال وتسكن في فندق افضل لك.

No food included. The location from Masjid An-Nawabi was showing around 3 km but while I drive it was not like 3 km rather fur away. Don't consider arial distance; road distance is matter. also, car parking was not provided 2nd day, I kept my car outside somewhere.

Die Lage ist etwas weiter von der Moschee. Aktuell der weg mach Moschee erschweren die Bauarbeite neben dem Baki'i Friedhof. Deswegen fährt man herum umsonst.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026العمارة قديمة لكن صاحبها مجدد الشقق وشكلها ممتاز والاثاث فوق المتوسط ومريح. ليس فندق بل عمارة بموظف واحد عامل ومحاسب وكل شيء ومتعاون هو والمالك. الدخول ذكي بدون مفتاح ولابطاقة يرسل اليك عير الوات ساب من المالك. حقيقة فيها خدمات فندقية كالمعجون والضيافة والماء والشاي... التلفاز شاشة كبيرة جدا فاخرة ادوات مطبخ متكاملة. المروش مطري فخم. بشكل عام ومقابل السعر تعتبر ممتازة جدا
