The internet didn’t work the entire stay. We contacted the property, but the response was delayed until after we left.

Convenient location in the village. Small comfortable dwelling.

Parking was promised and included in the price. At the time of arrival all parking was occupied. The owner did not responce the calls. I had to solve the problem myself.

A wonderful stay with everything we needed—clean, cozy, and well-located. Great experience overall—comfortable room, helpful host, and a perfect location. Collection of key was easy and host response was very quick for any queries.

The room was very clean, cozy and comfortable. The bathrooms were very nice and clean too. Overall the place was very well located and had pretty good views to wake up too.

The water heating kettle and the sandwich maker were both not clean, and there were to sponges to wash. Not a problem if you don't plan on cooking. But at least the kettle should have been clean.

Der Preis ist etwas hoch, aber die Lage ist sehr gut. Es hieß, man habe Aussicht auf den Wasserfall, aber da es sich um ein Erdgeschoss handelte, war der Parkplatz sichtbar. Das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich.

Lage war gut.

Nur E-Mail Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, diese erschienen automatisiert und nur auf Englisch. Angegebene Handynr. wurde nicht bedient. Türcode wurde erst am gleichen Tag per Mail zugestellt, zuvor gab es keinen Hinweis auf die Schlüsselübergabe, sodass ich davon ausgegangen war, dass der Vermieter erreichbar wäre. Wir irrten als Familie herum, bis ich auf die Idee kam, nach neuen E-Mail an gleichen Abend zu schauen. Das Haustürschloss hat nicht richtig funktioniert, man hat die Tür mal nur aufgeschlossen und mal nur zugeschlossen bekommen, bei einem Brand wäre man in Panik geraten, die Haustür nicht aufgeschlossen zu bekommen, dies ist ein wesentliches Manko!

Cozy, amazing views, excellent location. Well equipped kitchen. The mudroom/entryway was fantastic to keep wet snow under control. Lots of storage. The kids loved playing in the snow while staying out of the streat.

A tea towel and extra rubbish bags would help us keep things tidy.

The location is nearby to the train station and waterfall. The apartment is nice, kitchen is full equip. While the owner is wise & helpful. It's easy to go for other beautiful sceneries destination from this location. Such as cable car & continue by train to Murren. Then by bus we can go to Trummelbachfalle (may water falls inside mountain) then continue with same bus to Schiltornbahn (Cable car to Schilthorn Piz Gloria (Bond 007 old movie scene take place) & we can see Swiss Skyline (Eiger, Monch, Jungfrau & other mountains) from the 2 nd floor/rooftop.

The location is excellent and the room is comfortable with a great view from the windows. The room was ready early and was well-suited for a short stay with our two small children. Parking was easy.

There is nowhere to sit on the front porch to enjoy the view. The kitchenette could use paper towels or napkins and a coffee machine.

Would have liked more towels for 4 days, soup dispenser is shower was empty, just small things but would have made everything perfect

Great location, middle of the village, close to shop and the station. Has a parking, which is a huge benefit in Lau! Also well equipped.

Super expensive. The bed is quite small.

Wspaniała lokalizacja, blisko wodospad Staubbach. Czysto, kameralnie bardzo nam się podobało. Kluczyk do drzwi otrzymujesz w skrzynce na kod przy drzwiach, który wcześniej podaje właściciel w wiadomości🙂 To była najtansza opcja w Lauterbrunnen ale na wysokim poziomie🙂

La atención increíblemente NEFASTA del anfitrión. Llegamos a la hora pactada y no nos habían dado instrucciones de entrada!! Llamamos el teléfono varias veces, enviamos varios SMS, usamos el chat de Booking también varias veces y nadie nos contestó durante horas. Perdimos las entrada de una salida por culpa de ellos!! Nos contestaron al cabo de horas: ESPERAR HORAS A QUE NOS CONTESTARAN NO ES CONTESTAR ES ABANDONAR. Estuvimos a punto de ir a la policia. Cuando conseguimos que nos respondieran, lo hizo un tal Peter, un incompetente total y diciendo excusas con mentiras varias veces. Lo tenemos todo guardado en pantallazos, las llamadas, los SMS y el diálogo para besugos inútil y banal con el tal incompetente y mentiroso Peter. Del todo NO RECOMENDABLE.

Good location

Host is not that responsive. There’s not much Information before check-in and check-out. There’s delay or long waiting in the host/owner’s response.

Close to the train station. Great views from the windows. Easy to get in. Peaceful area.

A bit expensive

The location was very central with the parking place and quite a nice view. To get the keys was super easy and the apartment was ready even earlier than it was highlighted in the description. The studio was spacious enough and we had a very nice stay there.

The chemicals with which the cleaning was done were pretty smelly and I would recommend to use some other ones with less bleach scent.

The location of the property is great! Also, the availability of parking. The flexibility to use the facilities in the room are also a perk.

The property advertises usage of facilities such as fridge, microwave, hot plate, kettle etc. When we went to use these, the power kept short circuiting. The property owner was helpful and tried to help us. However, for the price we are paying there is an expectation that the facilities work without concern of power. One night the power short circuited during the night and the fridge came to room temperature. All of our food was at room temp in the morning- including milk and yoghurt. When we arrived there was no one to greet us or inform us of how to check in. I called the number from booking.com and got told ‘I sent you an email with the code for the key box you need to check that’. The email was only sent 2 minutes before I called the number. The room could really do with some improvements for the price. An additional mirror outside of the bathroom would have been helpful- or a mirror in the bathroom that’s of a more suitable height. If you’re over 6ft forget about it. Complementary coffee would have been nice, as well as a TV. We visited when it was raining so a TV would have been nice. The cutlery, coffee mug and wine glasses were not clean. Not a fault of the property however if there’s an expectation of the facilities to be cleaned by the prior guests than more suitable cleaning utensils need to be supplied. Hand soap is not suitable. Also, a tea towel would have been useful. We stayed for 3 nights, an option to get a fresh towel and additional hand towels would have been great. One of the hand towels was used for the tea towel so we really only had one.

Шикарне розташування ! Близько до водоспаду , тихий район , близько до кафе! Наявність кухні! При заїзді був презент в вигляді шоколадок та вина ! Все наявне для приготування їжі !

Nice comfortable studio apartment, ideally suited for a short stay right in the centre of Lauterbrunnen but away from the main street, so very little traffic noise. The apartment was clean, as was the bathroom.

The bed is on the small side, but I suppose there isn't much else that the owners can do with the available space. One night the shower ran out of hot water very quickly.

Location was perfect, right in the middle of town, but tucked off the main road, close to train station and all the Lauterbrunnen shopping. View from window is beautiful, as you can see in my photo. Dedicated parking right in front. Room was very clean and had updated decor, especially compared to the nearby hotels, it exceeded my expectations. Also loved that the bed was made with 2 duvets, so comfy. Finally, the room had a lot of storage, including a dresser, wardrobe for coats, and huge drawers under the bed. I had a very short stay in the summer, so it wasn't needed, but I can see it being very useful with winter gear.

The communication from the host was poor, and is the sole reason for my low score. As the booking approached, I started getting nervous because I hadn't heard what the check in process would be (key-in lock box, meetup to receive key, hotel desk etc.). When I looked on the listing, it said check-in form 4:00pm to 8:00pm, so I was feeling ok as long as I arrived then. However, then my flight was delayed 5 hours, so I would arrive between 9:00pm and 10:00pm. I tried calling the host multiple times, sent an email, and finally updated my arrival time on booking.com. I received a message that my arrival time had been accepted, but still didn't know how I would be getting into the room. When I arrived right before 10:00pm, I was standing on the doorstep and finally called; the host sounded a bit irritated and said they sent an email with a code for the key lockbox (I never got this email). I can understand not wanting to give out a key code until the guest arrives, but I would have appreciated even a note saying that once I arrived the code would be sent. It was very stressful driving to the small town and not knowing if I would have a place to stay. I didn't have any other issues during my stay so I didn't have to reach out to the host again.

Very good location. For sure I would stay there one more time! Nice room, had everything what was needed.it was clean and cosy.

Everything was perfect. Modern, clean and comfortable apartment in the center. You have all you need for a small family. A beautiful view. A free parking is available - wow! We enjoyed our vacation and Studio Inferno. Looking forward to our next trip in Lauterbrunnen!

Die Lage.

Keine Heizung im Zimmer...kein TV...kein Handtuchhalter im Bad. Nachts sehr laut. (Lärm von der oberen Etage)

J'avais réservé pour 4 personnes, et le canapé lit n'était pas préparé et il n'y avait pas de drap housse, ni de fourres de duvet et de taies d'oreillers! Et le code pour le coffre à clé n'était pas le bon!! A part ça c'était super.

The location of the studio was great! It's close to restaurants, the train station, and waterfall. Though be mindful if you travel during shoulder season as a lot of places are closed even if they say they are open online. The bed was comfortable and it was convenient to have a fridge, microwave, and cooking plate.

We liked that there's free parking, however there was no instruction on where to park and there are private parking signs everywhere. When we asked the owner if we parked in the correct spot, they confirmed we did, but then the next day we encountered a very unhappy hotel worker as the space we parked in was for the nearby hotel. So, if you plan to park a car here, don't park under the carport by the studio door. It would be helpful if the owner shared a picture of where to park with the check-in instructions as the hotel person said this has happened several times before. The studio was also a bit chilly during our stay in late November and there was no way to adjust the temperature, though, there was a space heater we were able to use that kept us warm.

- Die Wohnung ist nicht gut ausgestattet zum Kochen. Nur einen gebrannten Topf und eine Pfanne vorhanden. Keinen Topfreiniger zum abwaschen, nur ein gebrauchtes Scwammtuch... - Desaströser Kundendienst: wir haben versucht mehrmals den Gastgeber zu kontaktieren, wir warten immer noch auf eine Antwort... lächerlich.

Tolle Lage und schönes kleines Apartment. Platzverhältnisse optimal ausgenutzt. Gute Küche und hat alles was man so braucht, für eine Ferienwohnung

The shower started not having hot water starting 2nd day of my stay. I had to take cold, miserable showers for days and I told this to the owner, but i was not compensated in anyway. I would’ve been fine with at least small partial refund. This place also does not have AC or even a simple fan. It wouldve been nice to have a fan at least. Lastly, the windows did not have any bug screen so I could not even keep the windows open.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Short walk from the train station, very easy check in, as we received the door code before arrival. Beautiful and cosy studio with all necessary facilities. Delicious welcome gift was waiting for us from the owners. Both bed and sofa were very comfortable. Every day we woke up to stunning view from the window. I definitely recommend this place.

For three people staying, there were only two chairs at the table. But it wasn’t a big deal.

Studio placé en centre ville, près de toutes les commodités. Au calme, au retrait de la rue principale. Parking sur place Mobilier moderne et propre

La taille du lit, 140x200, pour un couple avec un mari de grande taille et assez fort, le lit est trop petit. Matelas un peu mou. Pour tous les transports en commun, il y a la possibilité d avoir des réductions assez conséquentes avec la carte de résident, laquelle le propriétaire aurait pu nous la fournir.

Que tuviera parking privado y que no está en la calle principal con el ruido de coches y gente.

El Studio para dos personas es perfecto pero la cama no es muy cómoda y falta un secador de pelo y gel y champú en la ducha. Por lo demás todo muy bien.
