Balmaceda Loft

Это лучшее место, где я останавливался в Чили! Тут есть абсолютно все для комфортного отдыха - начиная с мощного обогревателя и заканчивая наличием чая и кофе на кухне. Полотенца, мыло, шампунь и кондиционер для волос также в наличии. Все чисто, аккуратно и ухоженно. Спасибо большое хозяину, было очень приятно здесь остановиться!

Возможно, для кого-то будет недостатком то что оплата только наличными в долларах или песо. Но в остальном тут нет недостатков, это абсолютно 10/10

El espacio en general y la limpieza del lugar

La única observación es que en el baño no había jabón para lavarse las manos

Kleines Apartment mit allem Notwendigen in Küche und Bad (Pfanne war Schrott) Gute Lage, nahe am Busbahnhof Coole Aussicht auf die Berge vom Sofa aus Bequemes Bett, angenehme Bettwäsche 😊 Hervorragende Dusche (Wasserdruck, Temperaturregulierung) im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften in Patagonien Einchecken war problemlos. Alle Infos zum Schlüsselkasten und Wifi kamen einen Tag vorher per Mail

Lugar cerca del centro, bien cómodo y acogedor. Donde se puede llegar caminando a todos lados.

Que el precio no era claro hasta que había que pagar en efectivo.

The loft was as pictured and you can see the mountains which is nice. It is about 10 minutes walk to the main strip of town. The kitchen was stocked with oil, salt and cooking appliances.

Beware of properties that request payment in-person. On arrival we were charged $22 AUD ($15 USD) in 'tax' that was not listed anywhere on Booking.com. The apartment had a strong artificial fragrance that gave us a big headache and made us sick. For the price, it was a bit out of town.

Muy moderno, funcional. La distribución del amoblado estaba muy bien. Excelente ubicación.

Mónica was a very friendly and helpful host. The place is very close - walking distance to the Bus terminal which is very convenient. Place was clean and tidy.

The place is quite small so for 3 pax it felt a bit too tight, that's the only downside. Also the couch was not super confortable. But overall we were happy with the Loft.

The apartment is well equipped (the kitchen had everything we needed). It is located close to the city center. Shops and restaurants within 5 min. walk. Communication and check-in went smoothly. Monica responded very quickly and was helpful in resolving any issues.

The accommodation had very weak internet, which sometimes did not work at all and most of the time was unusable. It was a big problem for us, because we needed to work and had to look for internet somewhere other than in the apartment. We were a little surprised to pay for the accommodation in cash, which we were not prepared for, since this information was not listed on Booking. There was noise from the street in the apartment (cars, dogs...) However, this was not such a problem for us.

Everything were fine. The host send me all instructions, so it was very easy to get in.

Small cozy apt , has everything you need for a day ou a couple days in Puerto Natales . Good furnace , all the amenities included , super clean , a must .

Great place in a great location near downtown. It had everything I needed and the owner was fast to respond when needed.

Great stay would recommend! Very comfortable and clean. Great gas heater heats the place very quickly though the bathroom can still be a bit cold but not a problem for us. Comfy bed, smart TV for netflix night in. Easy communication via WhatsApp. Very accommodating as well as they were able to give us a late check out! Perfect stay!

Would have been nice to have had an over. Kitchen has only electric hob system and microwave but this is only a small improvement point. Was not a problem for us and does not stop us highly recommending this place!

Great views of distant mountains. V clean modern and well fitted out.

Location is great, no more than a ten minute walk from anywhere we needed to go in the town. The host was very responsive to any questions, and the inside of the loft was clean and nicely decorated.

The place was clean, comfortable, and the heater kept the place nice and warm when it was cold and windy outside! The bed was super super comfortable it was hard to get up in the morning!! Kitchen well equipped too and a nice walk to the waterfront.
