Ottima posizione in centro, comodo parcheggio riservato sotto il palazzo, istruzioni precise sulla casa e sull’utilizzo della sauna, locali molto luminosi e letto comodo. Siamo stati due notti in agosto. Ottimo rapporto qualitá/ prezzo.

La struttura è accogliente, l'host è molto disponibile per consigli, ottima la posizione e il contesto. L'aeroporto ed il Santa Claus Village sono a massimo 10 minuti di auto. La sauna la consiglio.

Kodikkaasti sisustettu asunto, toimiva kokonaisuus - tykkäsin. Hyvä ja rauhallinen sijainti. Sauna kiva plussa asunnossa.

Apartamento muy equipado, cómodo y buena ubicación

The apartment was spacious, clean. The kitchen was well-equipped including coffee maker and dishwasher. The bathroom was large with nice sauna. The host provided check-in information in advance and we were even able to check-in early.

Spacious and comfortable apartment, very well located, with a much-appreciated private sauna. Many basic ingredients were available: spices, tea, cocoa, sugar, oil, rice etc. Easy access and the key pickup was very well explained.

Rather superficial cleanliness, giving the impression that the cleaning was done too quickly after previous location. Several pieces of equipment were not working: the extractor hood and its light, the lamp near the bed, and there was no sink plug. Some of these issues were resolved by the host during the stay, but overall it caused us a slight disappointment.

Easy access to city centre. Spacious Appartment with Sauna. Host was super friendly. Even made it possible to get in before the official check in time.

Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es war außerordentlich sauber, nett eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, die eigene Sauna war super. Eigener Parkplatz und gute Lage, in 10 min zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen (10/10). Vielen Dank!

Appartamento pulito e ben tenuto, grande abbastanza per famiglie anche numerose, noi 3 adulti e 2 bambini siamo stati bene. È presente tutto il necessario per colazione e pranzi, Presenza di Lavastoviglie.Comodo l'accesso e l'organizzazione. Appartamento Caldo. Sauna ottimo relax, quando si rientra a fine giornata. Noi avevamo auto ed è sempre disponibile parcheggio privato vicino all'ingresso. Distanza dal centro a piedi circa 1 km. Il supermarket più vicino è a 500 mt a piedi. Consigliato

Asunto oli erittäin siisti ja kauniisti sisustettu. Rauhallinen. Sängyt hyviä nukkua.

Edellinen asukas oli laittanut likaisen vuokan kaappiin ja astianpesukoneessa oli pesun jälkeen edelleen likaisia astioita, joita ei oltu ilmeisesti lainkaan esihuuhdeltu. Ne olisi ollut hyvä tarkastaa, kun käydään tekemässä siivousta, että seuraavat asukkaat saavat täysiin siistin asunnon.

Comfortable. Spacious, cosy, sauna is lovely.

It was just very expensive for time of year we were there. The shower didn’t seem to drain fast enough and water went everywhere.

A very nicely decorated apartment with perfect cleanliness. You have everything you need in the kitchen, but we only had breakfast.Otherwise, there’s so much to do that you don’t have time to stay in the apartment.The sauna is also available, but unfortunately, we didn’t have time to try it. Free parking is available next to the building. We had a rental car, which made it easy to get around everywhere. Santa Claus Village is just a 8-10 minute drive away. The message with the accommodation instructions was clear, and the host responds quickly to messages in case you have any requests! Highly recommended!

Lovely and clean appartment, beautifully decorated about 15 minutes walk from the station and 20 minutes from the city centre. It was really quiet and had everything I needed and more, including its own sauna. Communication with Jukka, the owner, was very smooth. Would definitively stay again.

Very nice apartment with everything you need to cook a meal of your own if you're tired of burgers. Had a little hiccup with the keys, but the host was quick to respond and very easy to get in.

My only criticisms are the sofa (so uncomfortable!) and that the previous guests didn't do their dishes very well.

Everything else was a great price value ratio. Whatever you expect from an apartment in the 4 star category was there or even exceeded.

Wifi is a bit slow

So warm and comfortable. The sauna was absolutely amazing! Such a wonderful property and very clean.

An earlier check in time would have been helpful!

Cousy and specious in general. Bathroom is very clean and has a working sauna. Kitchen is well equiped and we were making breakfest in the mornings without any issues. Smart TV in the living room allows to log into your streaming services. Good size balcony, but it was too cold to use in January.

It was a bit too cold even though the radiators were on max.

The apartment was well equipped. It was clean and spacious, even the sofa bed was comfortable for multiple nights of sleep. The location was 10-15 minutes away from the actual city centre so it was accessible with a quiet neighbourhood. Every morning we wake up to a really scenic view outside our window. The host was responsive and super nice, and prepped clean linen, towels, utensils (including forks, knives, spoons, frying pan, bowls, plates, mugs, glasses, etc.), toiletries and even cleaning supplies in the cupboards. This made our stay so much more convenient and enjoyable. Collection of keys went quite smooth after the initial bit of confusion but the best part was that I can do it myself even though I landed my plane late at night. 100% would recommend this place if this is your price range.

There were fresh fruits and an opened carton of juice from the previous guests in the fridge, the host probably forgot to clear them out before our stay but not really a big problem. We walked to the city centre with our 20kg luggage when we left the place and found it quite difficulty to drag the bag across the snowy path for 15 minutes, so if you have a lot of luggage during the winter months its best to travel from the apartment directly by vehicle.

The position is perfect to get everywhere by foot or by car

Quite newly furnished apartment. The sauna in the apartment is an experience itself and a must when visiting Finland :)
