Im modernen und sauberen Badezimmer hat es sehr viel Platz aber absolut kein durchdachtes Konzept. KEIN Haken, kein Platz für die Handseife, keine Ablage für Duschmittel in der Duschkabiene und allgemein praktisch keine brauchbaren Ablageflächen. Eventuell ist das aber noch geplant, da die Unterkunft sehr neu erscheint.

The level of lighting was too low in the room. The shutters could not be closed firmly so too much of the street lighting got in during sleeping hours. A well-lit full-length mirror in the bedroom would be a good addition.

Lack of parking and the cost to park a car but this is the price you pay with most hotels located so centrally in Florence. I suggest you don’t have a car when staying in Florence and hire one when you want to leave as public transport from airport to the city is good.

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025Our room 332 was amazing. it overlooked Piaza Senorita (I think) right near the leather market. So central to everything. Because the room overlooked the town square it was a little noisey in the mornings when everyone started to move around but well worth the sacrifice for the view. Staff were really friendly and went out thier way to help us out with stuff.
The only thing negative that I would have to say is that the reception is located on the first floor and there is no elevator to the reception and you have to carry your suitcases up 29 steps, but once at reception there is a lift for the rest of the way, This being said, it is no fault of the hotel.

Reviewed Oct 7, 2025就在领主广场的旁边，地理位置非常便利，旁边就是老桥和乌菲兹美术馆，走路到百花大教堂也就10分钟。因为整个佛罗伦萨的主要景点都是要靠走路，因为住在这里，甚至中午还能回去休息一会儿下午再出发。虽然没有早饭，但和旁边的餐厅有合作，可以选14欧的自助早餐或者9欧的可颂+咖啡套餐。不过周围小吃很多，牛肚包或者三明治都可以选择。到达的时候已经是晚上，因为提前做了在线的入住登记，所以可以直接进入房间洗漱休息。当然进门以后的几十级楼梯比较窄也比较陡，一次只能提一个箱子上去，提上去以后才会有电梯可以乘坐。走的时候是上午，热心的接待人员还帮我们拎箱子下去，总之还是非常满意的。

The property advertises a lift but to get to it there are two flights of very steep stairs not good with heavy suitcases! The apartment needed a good clean and the use of a vacuum cleaner!

Front door is very narrow, heavy and hard to open. Had to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs to get to lobby and elevator. Lobby personnel gone after 5:00. A/C is marginal. Shower drain was so slow had to turn water off mid shower to allow to drain before overflowing and no shelf/rack in shower to place anything on. Room refrigerator was very noisy.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2025Lo mejor de este hotel, sin lugar a dudas, es su ubicación. Nota aparte la recepción de Cynthia, fue increible. Muy amable, atenta y cariñosa. Nos ayudó con las maletas, ya que el en la primera subida desde la calle al 1° piso es a pie y sin ascensor. Luego, en la habitación, nos había dejado una botella de vino como regalo. También había agua de cortesía.
La verdad todo perfecto. Sin lugar a dudas, volveríamos a este hotel, ya que aunque no ofrece desayuno, ellos hicieron un convenio con una cafetería que está abajo y tienen diferentes alternativas de desayuno a un precio especial para los huéspedes.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2025Die Lage des Hotels ist super und das Personal ist freundlich. Es gibt eine Kooperation mit einem Restaurant zum Frühstück. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt für uns ok.
- Der Eingang des Hotels ist nicht gut zu finden. - Der Check In ist nicht dauerhaft besetzt. Man kommt zwar ins Hotel aber es fehlt der Hinweis das man sich zwingend online einchecken soll. - Es ist recht hellhörig. - Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht ordentlich einstellen. - Die Sauberkeit ist eher mittelmäßig. - Der Blick nach hinten raus geht in einen dreckigen Hinterhof. Dies ist leider ein extremer Kontrast zu dem Blick auf den Fotos vom Hotel selber.

Tutto ristrutturato, pulito, materasso, cuscini e lenzuoli molto piacevoli. le bottiglie d’acqua di cortesia 🙏🏼 Non servono la colazione MA hanno un ottimo sconto per la colazione buffet al Ristorante Bargello. Wi-Fi funziona bene. Noi ritorneremo!!!🙏🏼
Allora, purtroppo ci sono le scale fino alla reception, dopo c’è l’ascensore. Dentro il box doccia manca una mensola per poggiare shampoo ecc Secondo me manca anche uno specchio in camera, tutto qui!!!!

Reviewed Aug 22, 2025Η ατμόσφαιρα ήταν εξαιρετική, αφού πρόκειται για δωμάτιο σε κτήριο 200 ετών που είναι μεν ανακαινισμένο με μοντέρνα αισθητική, διατηρεί όμως πολλά στοιχεία της παλαιότητάς του. Από τα παράθυρα του (τουλάχιστον στο δωμάτιο 11 που μέναμε εμείς) δεν έχεις θέα στην πλατεία, αλλά βλέπεις τους τοίχους άλλων εξίσου παλαιών κτηρίων σε κοντινή απόσταση και αισθάνεσαι όπως οι κάτοικοι εκείνης της εποχής...
Επειδή, τουλάχιστον το δωμάτιο 11 δεν έχει πολύ φυσικό φωτισμό (μικρά παράθυρα που βλέπουν πίσω τους τοίχους άλλων σπιτιών) είναι λίγο κλειστοφοβικό. Επίσης δεν υπάρχει απορροφητήρας στην κουζίνα που καθιστά την προετοιμασία έστω και ενός απλού γεύματος δύσκολη.

Eramos 4 personas y el apartamento solo tiene un baño, el cual esta dentro de una de las habitaciones, por lo tanto los que quedaban afuera de la habitación tenian que entrar al habitación para hacer uso del mismo, lo cual fue un poco incomodo. Lo otro que mejoraría es tener un espejo en la habitación de abajo.
