Le lit est un peu dur avec des ressorts très fermes, ainsi que les oreillers qui était trop durs Le confort est un peu spartiate mais étant donné le rapport qualité prix on ne peut pas tout avoir

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Das Frühstück fand in einem kleinen Raum statt bei dem maximal 3 Pärchen Platz hatten. Wir haben aber immer Glück gehabt und mussten nicht warten bis ein Tisch frei wird. Die Lage war sehr gut und ruhig, fußläufig wie in ganz Venedig, ca. 15min vom Bahnhof und ca. 3 min von der nächsten Vaporetto Station.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026The location was really excellent, with easy walking distance to the grand canal, local supermarket, restaurants, square, shops - it was all fantastically simple. The family/staff were lovely and very helpful. I originally booked a double room for my son and I to share a double bed (as on a budget), and we were delighted when we were given a bigger room with double bed and single bed - perfect for us! The breakfast was beautifully arranged, and our wonderful hostess served us coffee, a selection of cold meats and chesses, croissants, bread, fruit, yoghurt... A truly generous and delicious spread every morning, which was very appreciated. Check in and out was easy and we were accommodated both on our arrival, being able to drop off our bags a few hours before check-in, and on our final day, being able to leave our bags there whilst we had our day in Venice, being able to pick them up on our way through to the airport. A truly wonderful stay, which I would highly recommend. Thank you from Elouise & Sebastian

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t have chosen a better place in Venice! The owners were truly exceptional — incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. Even though we arrived after the official check-in hours, they made sure everything was arranged for us. The room was beautiful, spotless and very comfortable, with everything we needed, including a wonderfully comfortable bed and great air conditioning. The breakfasts were delicious and each morning was made even better by the owners’ genuine kindness and smiles. We were also grateful for all their wonderful recommendations and tips, which helped us discover Venice in the best possible way. We would happily come back! ❤️

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Το ξενοδοχείο είναι ένα οικογενειακό B&B, βενετσιάνικου στυλ με ισόγειο και δύο πατώματα που ανεβαίνεις από τις τυπικές βενετσιάνικες σκάλες. Οι ιδιοκτήτες είναι πολύ φιλόξενοι, ιδιαιτέρως η κα Μαρτσέλα! Είχαμε κλείσει ένα δωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και καναπέ. Της ζητήσαμε μονα αν είναι δυνατόν, και μας είχε ετοιμάσει τον καναπέ! Υπέροχη! Το δωμάτιο αναπάντεχα βολικό, αν σκεφτούμε ότι όλα είναι στενά και μικρά στη Βενετία. Μας κάλεσαν κιόλας για να δούνε τι ώρα θα φτάναμε και αν χρειαζόμαστε βοήθεια για να το βρούμε. Στο πρωινό, η ίδια ετοιμάζει και σερβίρει σε μια μικρή κουζίνα-σάλα. Εισπράττεις την ζεστασιά της ιταλικής φιλοξενίας. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται κοντά στον σταθμό, υπάρχουν λίγα μαγαζάκια ή σουπερμάρκετ αν χρειαστείς κάτι. Παραμένει ήσυχο, έξω από την τρέλα της κεντρικής πλατείας. Μας κράτησαν και τις βαλίτσες την ημέρα που αναχωρούσαμε. Θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά.

La situación es cercana a la estación del tren, con lo cual es muy cómodo para llegar con bolsas o maletas. Alrededor hay todos los servicios y está lleno de callejuelas para perderse, con pocos turistas.
Que la habitación estaba en la tercera planta y los escalones no son cómodos para subir con peso.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage für einen Städtetrip nach Venedig. Vom Bahnhof sind es nur etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß, und die nächste Vaporetto-Haltestelle ist in nur 3 Minuten erreichbar. Dadurch lassen sich alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem erkunden. Wie in Venedig üblich, ist alles etwas beengt. Die Zimmer und auch der Frühstücksraum sind eher klein, dafür ist das Badezimmer überraschend groß. Alles war sehr sauber, und trotz der zentralen Lage war es angenehm ruhig. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück wird frisch à la carte vom Vermieter zubereitet und war sehr lecker. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei, was besonders an warmen Tagen sehr angenehm war. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Hotel mit hervorragender Lage, Sauberkeit, freundlichem Service und einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Allt. En mycket trevligt bemötande från alla. Rummet var jättefint, med kylskåp. Badrummet rymligt, bekväm säng. Frukost ingick för vår del och den var över förväntan. Läget är en kort promenad från stationen och du är snabbt bland restauranger och butiker. Skulle absolut bo här igen.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Consiglio questa struttura tipica veneziana a conduzione familiare in ottima posizione vicino alla stazione, agli imbarchi dei vaporetti e anche al servizio gondola e per raggiungere le attrazioni di Venezia facendo una piacevole passeggiata tra le calle. La signora Marcella molto disponibile, e gentile pronta a soddisfare tutte le richieste e ti prepara una deliziosa colazione. Si dorme molto bene con materassi comodi e in totale silenzio.

Whenever we encountered an issue, they were quick to find a solution and provide assistance. The location was excellent—close to all the main attractions, yet away from the tourist crowds. It was situated in an area with authentic local spots where residents spend their time, which made our stay even more enjoyable. If we visit Venice again, we would definitely love to stay here again.

Reviewed May 29, 2026We had a lovely experience staying here. The double room we booked was comfortable and well equipped. The location was also great, allowing us to explore Venice with ease. I also have to acknowledge the amazing hospitality and service that was provided to us during our stay. The hosts were very approachable and freindly. The breakfast was definitely worth adding to the booking, we were spoilt for choice with cakes, breads, croissants, antipasto, coffee, juices and more. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Venice, you will not be disappointed.

Reviewed May 14, 2026Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig, etwas abseits, aber sehr gut angebunden (zum Markusplatz zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten). Der Busbahnhof sowie die Vaporettohaltestelle liegen fußläufig. Wir hatten Zimmer 2 (Standard Doppelzimmer mit dem roten Bett und der roten Couch). Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Das (modernisierte) Bad war zwar etwas klein, aber durchaus ausreichend. Das Bett und die Kissen waren sehr bequem, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Wie in anderen Bewertungen bereits angemerkt, ist der Frühstücksraum sehr klein (Platz für ca. drei Paare). Das war aber kein Problem, da es nur fünf Zimmer gibt und die Gastgeber sich sehr bemühen, das Platzproblem zu managen. Das Frühstück war eher wie bei einem Bed&Breakfast. Es gab kein wirkliches Buffet. Die Gastgeberin servierte das Gewünschte. Der Kaffee war außergewöhnlich gut. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und sehr um unser Wohlergehen bemüht. Wir durften am An- und Abreisetag auch unser Gepäck vor dem Ein- und nach dem Aus-Checken in der Unterkunft lassen. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie sehr empfehlen.
