Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Letto comodo. Frigo in camera. Bagno grande e nuovissimo. Camera con balconcino che dava su un giardino. Personale gentilissimo a qualunque ora del giorno o della notte. Ottima gelateria nella vicina Via Ippocrate. Molti locali dove mangiare,, bere un drink. Da segnalare nella vicina Via delle province un locale che sforna continuamente pizze e pangoccioli (brioche con gocce di cioccolato venduti anche in formato famiglia). Nella stessa via il Cinema delle Province che propone anche lavori di giovani artisti.
L''hotel a un primo piano era raggiungibile con l'ascensore. Purtroppo il piano 0 dell'ascensore era a una decina di gradini dalla strada: avrei preferito saperlo. Nel cestino del bagno (per altro pulitissimo) era rimasta una cicca di sigaretta...

Durch die Lage nahe der Uniklinik und an der Straße, zudem Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer, mitunter etwas laut, auch nachts.

Reviewed May 31, 2026Polite staff, decent location (close to the metro, with several pizzerias nearby, and the city center is within walking distance if you don’t mind walking), and a balcony.
The place is in very poor condition. The walls are cracked and dirty, the floor is tiled, and the sink is literally inside the bedroom. The water in the shower was barely warm. The tap sprays water everywhere One evening the electricity went out in the entire building for about 20 minutes, while everything in the surrounding area was working normally. There is air conditioning, but it’s in very bad shape — I had to leave it running all night at 16°C. At 5 a.m. I woke up because ice was literally falling out of it onto the floor (first time I’ve ever seen that, check the photo). For €100, this was the most basic and problematic stay I’ve had in my life. If you just need a place to sleep for one night, it might be okay. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Reviewed May 14, 2026Ottima posizione per la zona universitaria e buona per spostarsi in città grazie alla metro abbastanza vicino (fermate Bologna e Policlinico). Staff super cortese e gentile pronto a venire incontro alle esigenze personali.
Purtroppo abbiamo avuto dei vicini di stanza molto rumorosi durante la notte che abbiamo dovuto chiedere l'intervento dello staff il quale ci ha gentilmente offerto la colazione.

Reviewed May 3, 2026L’aspetto che ho apprezzato maggiormente di questo albergo è stata sicuramente l’accoglienza: il personale si è dimostrato cordiale, disponibile e attento fin dal primo momento. Anche la posizione della struttura è senza dubbio un punto di forza, comoda e strategica per muoversi con facilità.
Purtroppo l’aspetto che mi ha maggiormente deluso è stata la pulizia della struttura, soprattutto in rapporto al prezzo richiesto. L’albergo appare datato e poco curato: ho trovato il lavandino otturato, polvere diffusa in più punti della camera e un odore sgradevole persistente nell’ambiente.

One extra pay by the end and the somehow damaged neck uber the tube in the bathroom..also the noise from a very close room that in some cases could be distractive.

Sicuramente i muri sono un po' sottili ma non si hanno particolari problemi di rumori dalla strada o dalle altre stanze, se ci sono ospiti educati non ci sono assolutamente problemi!

Ho trascorso una nottata in bianco. Ho dovuto aprire la finestra e spegnere il condizionatore, con risultato che il caldo e i rumori entravano in stanza e rendevano impossibile il riposo
