It was near the VFS global

The toilet smells not good and noisy because of the vehicle.

The staff are courteous however the last room we availed has no window and has some fishy smell.

Everything was sanitary and clean. The staff are nice and welcoming.

Internet Issues. It was unstable and slow.

Location as it's near the mall and VFS Global office so ideal for those who'd like to be walking distance from the area.

The location is very convenient, especially if you have an appointment at VFS. It’s within walking distance of both VFS and Ayala Mall, making it an ideal place to stay or visit.

The location seems to be in a residential area, I guess. It’s quite noisy I can hear people talking outside along the street, as well as motorcycles. Even at midnight and around 3 a.m., the motorcycle noise wakes me up.

During my stay, the room assigned to me smells like molds (no ventilation). I think its good if there is dehumidifier.

No chairs in the room, ceiling beam not suitable for people above 5'3 in height...not all room have same amenities. The steps in the stairs ,the height is a bit high. You can only use the elevator when you check-in. OVER ALL NOT SUITABLE FOR TALL PEOPLE.

Can not use the elevator and being a senior using the stairs to the third floor OS not comfortable.

The location to Ayala Circuit Mall is walking distance.

The step stairs, low ceilings, and poor bed.

Walking distance to Samsung Performing Arts where we went to see a concert. Clean. Cool aircon, netflix, big bed, warm shower.

I wish the bathroom was bigger especially that there is a dead space right before it. Not a big deal though.

There was no breakfast.. haha.... But i loved the location!!!

I just hope there was a tiny cafeteria or place to eat.... Hard to eat and study in the room as there were no tables.... even a tiny pull out shelf and chair (like Red Planet) would be helpful....

I like the hot and cold shower. 😊 Just a walking distance from Ayala Circuit Mall.

Strategic spot

The air conditioning needs to be cleaned. The air from it made the room smell like molds.

The Location was the best for me. I needed a hotel near Circuit mall for my visa Application.

The place have a good location. Near in Market and Malls, very quiet and peaceful

The smells of the room. The roof is too low and the elevator is so scary. The door will automatically open in the 2nd floor even there is no people waiting on that floor. And it happened twice not in the same day. All the lights are dim and yellow looks like a hunted hotel

Shower and sink has issues, aircon placed in a wrong position, the floor is getting wet. Mattress and sheets cleanliness is questionable.

The location is near the mall and the staff are friendly.

1.The street noise. A lot of bystanders outside who talks so loud. 2.The room cleaning. I hang the DND/make up room card at the door 2x but they missed to clean so I needed to tell at the reception couple of times to remind them.

Hotel has extremely small cielings i couldnt even stand up in all parts of room and hotel (193cm). Also rooms are way smaller than what pictures show. Netflix is free but often doesnt work because of weak internet.

The ceiling of the rooms are concerning. And they don't have anything in the rooms for coffee or a mini ref, which is very needed.

I get and accepted the fact that the hotel was not able to provide us a room with window. It’s already ok with me and let it. What I didn’t were: 1. VERY SLOW INTERNET CONNECTION. I wasn’t able to work because of this. And since our room doesn’t have any window and it’s in the middle of the building, the data connection isn’t working either. The signal is weak. It’s just very frustrating. 2. NOISY!!!!!! THIS IS THE WORST. From 6am to 11am, we can hear all the conversations and I think meeting from other room!!! For 2 mornings we spent there, those people’s voices served as our irritating alarms. They are like bugs flying around our ears. we just play loud music just to not hear them.

Facility is clean and the staff is good 😊

In my stay there is some noice it's like they are renovating the other rooms...also the cleaner is noisy everytime they are cleaning some of the rooms and the hallway..

The lock in our room is not friendly

The room was clean although the ceiling was so low and the shower pressure was so weak. The front desk was accomodating as well as the crew and staff. But they put us on a room besides the room with special child who shout and tantrum from 1am to 3am. The loud noise make us uncomfortable and gave us sleepless through the night.
