Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Location in the heart of London- Chelsea. Very close to the Old Town Hall or two venues Trafalgar Pub and Cadogan Arms. Air conditioning was amazing. Thank you. Big smart tv. We liked the small balcony too.
Broken not working main oven as well as the the small version- the door glass was shattered. Very dirty, unpleasent lobby downstairs. Hot water booster? Only two chairs.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Konumunu oldukça beğeniyoruz; otobüsle birçok yere kolayca ulaşım sağlanabiliyor. Binada asansör olması da özellikle bavullarla seyahat ederken büyük kolaylık. Mutfak yeterli donanıma sahipti ve üç kişi için ekstra yatak bulunmasını oldukça rahat bulduk. Banyo da genel olarak güzeldi ve gerekli duş/banyo ürünlerinin bırakılmış olması hoş bir detaydı.
Bu konaklama yerinde daha önce mart ayında kalmıştık ve o zamanki deneyimimizden oldukça memnun kalmıştık. Bu nedenle tekrar tercih ettik. Ancak bu sefer kaldığımız oda, önceki odamızdan farklıydı. Üç kişi konakladığımız için odanın tasarımı bizim için çok uygun değildi. Lavabo ayrı bir odanın içerisindeydi ve diğer kişinin lavaboyu kullanabilmesi için odaya girmesi gerekiyordu. Ayrıca yağmurlu bir gecede tavandan su damlamaya başladı. Damlama sesiyle gece uyandım ve maalesef su doğrudan bavulumun üzerine damlıyordu. Bavulum kapalı olmasaydı eşyalarımın tamamı ıslanabilirdi. Daha sonra odadaki tavanda suyun sızdığı bir çatlak olduğunu farkettim.Biz geldiğimizde odada temizlik yapılıyordu ancak buna rağmen komodinin üzerinde belirgin şekilde toz vardı. Bu da biraz hayal kırıklığı yarattı.

Shame on the landlord as well as the booking.com for such a fraudulent apartment rentals. They advertise a normal flat and rent out ground floor with zero privacy from street. We couldn't open the only existing sliding window because anyone from pavement could step inside. There was no airco and it was more than 30deg inside. The property owner doesn't care about human rights! For them money is the highest priority. Shame on you! It was a real nightmare to stay in this flat.

As always, wish there was some sort of air conditioning. It took us two days to find the bathroom fan (located in the laundry closet). There was no sugar. The lights above the bedstands do not work. And it was clean.. but seemed dusty for some reason?

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026It was well appointed and within easy reach of the Royal Brompton. Fantastic location and lots of cafes close-by and a very hand coop. It was also helpful that there was a lift as my husband couldn’t manage stairs post surgery. It was also very quiet.

Conta com máquina de lavar roupa, máquina de lavar louça e tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia prática e agradável. O imóvel é maravilhoso, muito limpo, organizado e bem cuidado. A localização em Chelsea é excelente, com fácil acesso a tudo, além de estar em uma região tranquila, silenciosa e muito agradável. A hospitalidade foi impecável, tornando a estadia ainda mais especial. Recomendo fortemente este apartamento para quem procura conforto, praticidade e uma ótima localização.

The breakfast choice and quality, provided by their partner restaurant, was just perfect and all the staff there and the apartment owner went out of their way to be helpful. Byt neodpovídal fotkám z rezervace. Některé prvky, jako třeba špatně nalepená folie na oknech nebo pokažené ovládání rolety, by potřebovaly opravit.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026Wróciłem w tą okolicę po 23 latach i wyglądała dokładnie tak, jak ją zapamiętałem, czyli pięknie. Wspaniała architektura okolicy w połączeniu z zielenią i rzeką daje naprawdę mnóstwo frajdy i satysfakcji. Podobało mi się również to, że obok jeździ niezliczona ilość autobusów w różne strony miasta. W pobliżu mnóstwo sklepów, barów, i punktów usługowych. W samym mieszkaniu ciepło i przestronnie. Z właścicielem świetny i szybki kontakt. Nie było problemu z przesunięciem terminu przyjazdu i opuszczenia mieszkania. Żona doceniła szczególnie ciepło, po całodziennych spacerach, jakie panowało w mieszkaniu po powrocie.
Może nie tyle nie podobało, co można by poprawić. Na pewno winda w obiekcie przysparza emocji i nie wiadomo, czy zadziała. Druga sprawa - tu i ówdzie mogło by być trochę czyściej (chodzi o wyprawnie krzeseł, czy poduszek ozdobnych). Ale to nie przysłoniło nam ogólnie bardzo dobrego wrażenia z miejsca pobytu.

L’appartamento non era proprio pulitissimo e mancavano piccole accortezze per rendere davvero comodo il soggiorno: qualche gancio per i vestiti, due comodini, non c’era il copri tavoletta in bagno, una mensoletta in doccia sarebbe stata gradita. Una delle sedie si è rotta -ha perso una gamba- e il mio compagno ha rischiato di farsi davvero male. Le stoviglie erano abbastanza sporche, il tostapane e il bollitore per il the idem. In bagno c’è la ventola per gli odori, ma non funzionava, sul balcone c’erano mozziconi di sigarette (non nostre). D’altro canto, lo staff si è reso disponibile a rifornirci le capsule per la macchinetta del caffè (non si trovano in nessun supermercato, ne abbiamo girati davvero un sacco) e ci ha dato, nel caso in cui ci fosse servito, la possibilità di effettuare il check out più tardi.

Reviewed Jan 30, 2026Self checkin was helpful and no need to worry about keys as it uses passwords. Heating, TV, Wifi, bedding were good. Cooking facilities were available with some kitchenware which helped to manage things.
Hot water was not available for one and hf days except on the day of arrival. The plumber visited at night and said to have some repair of the boiler, however it did not work and there was no response from the management either following that. Unavailability of hot water was a real issue as we had a small baby with us. Washing machine was available without detergent.
