Snowman Cabins

Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. Warm and cozy stay. Great location that’s close to all your necessities.

The cabin needs a deep clean. There is mould on the curtains and in the corners of the ranch slider. There are stains on the couch and crumbs in the cupboards. There’s a lot of dust on the bed head board and floors, and rubbish under the bed. When I arrived there was a dirty and wet cloth on the floor from the previous guest.

Handy location, cabin has most things needed for a short stay for 1 or 2 people.

The cabin hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned, there was dirt in the corners and old popcorn under the bed. In the morning I noticed mould on the door frame, and the smoke alarm was missing. The shower gel supply was empty.

Everything starting from now receptionist or someone at the desk i waited like 30 minutes before I could get a key, cleaning was bad the dust in the room, shower wasn't cleaned i had to clean it before using it,glasses had to wash them drawers had food pieces inside their housekeeping is bad coming from a housekeeping team leader it was horrible.

The location was very central and handy. It was great having a small kitchen and bathroom attached making it very self sufficient.

I think it would be great if they had more of a kitchen set up. Possibly an element with ventilation so you can cook properly inside. They do offer a BBQ but in the winter this isn’t the most convenient. A safe would also be a great additive.

I like the fact that it was a private cabin and it has everything we needed.

Sofa not too clean which was very visible cause it was white and also the fact that the heater is above our heads on the bed and it has no remote so have to stand up everytime you have to change it.

Was cosy and clean and well set up. Access to the restaurant was great and food and service was exceptional!

I loved everything, the only thing was I couldn’t work out how to turn the light on the wall mounted heater down (or off) so to leave it on it it lit up the room. But that was most likely a me issue 🤣

Perfect location right in town

Couple of hooks in the bathroom to hang things would be good. The toilet was very low especially for us slightly older adults. Would be great to have a grab rail coming up the outside steps to the room

Minor issue - glasses weren’t cleaned properly. Booked in for 3 nights and only got 1 towel per person, 2x towels pp would have been ideal.

Had a great stay there. It was in a good spot, walking distance to all the restaurants and cafes.

The only bummer was the super slow wifi. It was tough to plan anything since the sim network wasn't working well either, which made things a bit hard for us.

Shower water pressure was pathetic Coffee and sugar was minimal 2 x each sachet Tv had poor service unable to watch anything kept lagging and cutting out

Great location, quiet, clean. Perfect for a one night stay for one person - the space is small.

The TV remote did not work, the heat pump could not be set to a cool temperature- it was extremely hot being February. The fan did nothing except make lots of noise.

Für mich allein war der Platz gut ausreichend. Zu zweit wäre es ein bisschen eng.

This is a great property. The container room was very clean and had everything we needed. There was a restaurant on site but was closed when we were there.

Had a weird smell in the shower.

Clean and the location was good for access to restaurants and bars.

Very cramped, no storage, very warm in the evening as the sun had been shining all day. It’s basically a small portacabin with no air con, just a small fan.

Nothing it was perfect

We booked 1 Day before arriving and they still had plenty of rooms available. We arrived in the late afternoon, the rezeption was hard to find as there were no signs, so we decided to go through the restaurant at the front and the staff was very helpful. It seemed like the staff from the restaurant is also responsible for the Check in. Check in was easy and fast. The Cabin we booked was looking the same as the pictures on booking. The Cabin was clean and big enough for 2 People, but i would not reccomend spending lot of time in the Cabin as its not that large. We were surprised as we were allowed to use the Comunity Kitchen and Living Room from the Hostel which was also attached to the Hotel Cabins. The Cabin had a nice and private outside area we could use.

The Cabin was clean, but you should not look really close. The Carpet looked not really vacuumed and the sofa had lots of hairs from the guests before us (could be also from a dog as there were that many). The Bathroom and the Towels were all clean, same with the Kitchen area. In the Corners you could see the dust from a few months i would say. It seems the Main area was really clean but the floor and corners havent been that clean. Also the Sheets on the Bed had a few stains. (It was definitely a fresh washed sheet) We had no chance to mention something to the staff, as we Checked out and put our Key into the box, there was no Staff available at the Reception.

Beautiful setup, gorgeous location, and a dreamy team who were very helpful!

There was a bit of mould above the shower. I would recommend a heavier weighted duvet for the cooler months too as it got quite chilly and we couldn’t find any extra cosies. But other than that the room was very lovely!

It is very near the shops and you can just walk around.

The cleanliness of the room should be improved. There were still hairs visible on the couch, bed and on the floor, when we checked under the bed there was dust. It is very obvious that they didn’t vacuumed the room prior to arrival of the next guests.

Cabin was very private with it's own entrance through a gate. Nice spacious cozy space for a couple to enjoy.

Little touches here and there were missing. At least one bedside table and a rubbish bin for the kitchen would have been handy.

Loved the self-contained cabin - perfect for our trip to the snow :)

The wifi cut out a lot. A heater in the bathroom would have been great as it was freezing in the morning when getting up early to ski.
