The staff were extremely responsive to our requests

Clean but mattress wasn't when my friend whom I shared a twin share room with pulled the sheets off.

The mattress and spa area could be cleaned and tidy. Parking is a bit pokey. Staff nowhere to be seen when we arrived at midday.

Used toilet roll was served, toilet was not clean enough. Would be nice if there was tissue box on table if not that’s fine too.

Clean and great location.

We had no hot water for our whole stay. Contacted the manager multiple times and we were told someone fixed it, yet this did not fix anything. We were not offered anything (like a free spa rather than pay $10 for it) for having no hot water. No responses to our concerns of having no hot water.

The unit had no hot water. Lukewarm at best We were given no information or communication for check in. Got to the location and we had to find a phone number as no one was on site. This was between 3:30 and 4pm. Check in was from 3pm.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a convenient location close to the main road.

The only downside was that it was quite expensive for just one night, especially for the room type I booked.

The property is located in the most perfect location with mountain view + closer to all services. The property had everything needed and the drying room is a plus too

Location was great and handy go town. Also self check-in/out was very simple and easy - no person contact was needed. From booking to stay to departure everything was very smooth.

Water in the shower could have been a bit warmer. Was lukewarm - obviously not cold enough as we didn’t do anything about it during our stay lol

The room was quite noisy due to traffic noise coming from outside.

We really enjoyed our stay in the room. It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room had everything we needed for a pleasant stay, and the bed was comfortable. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Came to go to the ski fields. Accommodation was central to restaurants and a New World supermarket. Warm room, comfortable bed. We would stay again.

The kitchen needed better cleaning. Not very private as the occupants from the studio next door had to pass by our window to vacate. We had to have the blind fully lowered whilst in the studio.

Could hear the neighbours next door. Very loud. Woken up by baby crying and incredibly loud family. Also only given two towels for three people for our two night stay. No staff around to ask for more.

We were in an accessible room, so the shower water went everywhere in the bathroom - maybe extra bath mats would be helpful for managing the water?

We had laundry we wanted to do, we followed their instructions with bags in hand, in the rain but they weren't where they described, we found it later but it was too late. A better description and stating its set back off the road would have been good.

The unit is in the town so it was lovely to just walk across the road.

We are an elderly couple travelling through on a road trip. I think this motel would be great for skiers, young couples. There kitchen facility is good. There is only the bed and to chairs and small table in the room so we found it uncomfortable with no comfortable chais. A huge TV which you lie in bed . Uncomfortable for us.The unit is very noisy. Trucks going through all night.

Loved the heatpump! The Big comfortable bed, and the huge Television. The view of the mountain would have been amazing if the clouds had allowed.

I didn't receive the promised check in information via text and found the check-in process a bit lacking, Noone answered the intercom, so I had to call (I also had to call on behalf of other guests who didn't have a working phone). The bathroom fan was horribly noisy and the key didn't work in the lock, so I had to leave my room unlocked whilst out for dinner.

Was very central to all shops and restaurants. Road a little noisy but when you have views from your windows looking over Ruaphue you can put up with it.

excellent service. we reveived a text message from the owner Thomas 2 hours before check in time. letting us know about our room, keys and parking. The place is very warm, clean, with microwave and a little stove with pans and pots and cuttleries. great location - just right at the back of ohakune carrot park - our lil daughter’s favourite..

Excellent location, just off the main road at the rear of the property. Close to cafes and supermarket. It was a very cold night (-2, -3) so both the electric blankets and heat pump were very welcome

the batteries in the aircon unit did not work and we arrived after 10pm. Luckily, I replaced them with a couple of AAA batteries that I had.

easy walking into main town hub, easy to locate, quick responses from staff. well equipped room with private bathroom.

parking wasnt allocated so after taking a drive to visit friends- the park in front of my room was taken. I messaged staff who did respond promptly but as this was my only request I was less than pleased. The bed was perhaps old- saggy in the middle- not comfortable and there were only two light blankets supplied. I ended up needing to get my sleeping bag to make it warm enough.
