Location, facilities, food, staff, services, Mr. Mohanad the first person we met in the reception we received good assistance from hom.

The AC did not work properly during our stay, I hope fixing this problem next reservation.

バスタブがあり、高い水圧のお湯がバスタブいっぱいはれる。スエズ運河が目の前にある。ホテルの敷地が広いので、安全にウォーキングができる。フロントデスクのスタッフは良い。弱いが部屋でWIFIが使える。

スタッフにより、清掃にばらつきがある。エアコンに暖房機能が、最初から備わっていない。朝食が何十年も同じで、愛が全く感じられない。普通に食べられるのはオムレツだけ。コーヒーも色がついているだけで、香りも味もない。ダイニングのスタッフは、暇なのに自分から仕事を探さずスマホを見てる。食事、サービス全てにおいて怠慢なレストラン。

Old furniture, need refurbishment and upgrade the rooms and toilets style to modern style

The hotel overall is good and AC is very nice. Breakfast is just ok but very limited. Location is good and nearby everything.

The central air condition was malfunctioning, all the hotel was hot. The stay was a night in hell due to that reason only. That’s my experience on one night stay

I like the view and the wind breeze of my room, it was fantastic! The location was very convenient to go anywhere. The staff were good. The breakfast was nice and many choices of food.

One small incident, when I paid for my stay, it should be in USD. However, the reception staff charged my Debit Card in EGP and voided the transaction immediately without telling me the truth. She just gave me a declined slip of paper and asked me for another card. So I paid correctly in USD by my Credit Card. After a few days, I found my Debit Card was charged with the same amount by in EGP. So I asked the reception staff (another one) why and the reception staff and the accounting staff told me immediately that it was commission without any investigation! The reception area was empty quite often and I had to ring the bell to call the staff out and you could not find the previous staff who dealt with you in my matter. Finally, I got back my money into my Debit Card, but I used a lot of energy to deal with it.

We like the sea view of the rooms. The view and the wind breeze were fantastic! The location was very convenient to go anywhere. The staff were good but you had to ring the bell to call the reception staff out. The breakfast was nice and many choices of food. It has a nice garden and the hotel was big.

The staff was amazing….so helpful and cooperative….ms.lamis abo el majd the PR representative was so helpful to explain everything during our stay and to offer spots which were really so helpful and of value…..the whole experience was really amazing…..and the location was great

Nearly nothing

I liked the hotel from A to Z & i want to always thank LAMIS ABU ELMAGD the public relation manager and the front office manager MR.WALID the very respected man and his whole very professional team and i know what i am saying very very well after 1000 hotel nights and more , thank you very much .

Nothing everything was perfect & if you need simple advice just make more expensive better cold cuts and some extra fine cheese , thank you .

The only good thing about this hotel is location.

Sheets and beds are dirty, I've seen all types of hairs and some other stuff on the bed. Very old furniture. The door lock barely works, you need to try 5 or 6 times for the door to open. Overall bad experience. No way this hotel is 5 stars, more like 3 stars, at best.

The location is more than wonderful. Thanks to all the staff, especially Mr. Osama from the reception. I was lucky to meet the nice General Manager Mr. Yasser Salem twice, and I experienced the true meaning of good hospitality. I am very satisfied with my 15 nights stay in this wonderful hotel And I will book it whenever I visit Port Said. Y. Youssef

Honestly, I was very pleased with this hotel. A lot of rooms with sea view, very good bed, clean thick carpets, fridge, teapot etc. Staff is very friendly and keen to help. Breakfast is also good with broad choice of meals. If you have time, try the pool -- it is large, deep and clean (+ water doesn't have chemical odor). The hotel is very popular place for wedding parties and we witnessed one for two days. Sometimes music goes on all night but for us it was more like a national show than disturbance since there were many traditional stuff like spceial bands, songs and dances.

Bathroom fittings are quite old and may not work properly, but it is my only complain.

A lovely hotel in Port Said with a helpful and friendly staff. The room was big and overlooking the canal. Very clean too. Lovely view of the ships especially at night. The beach is just five minutes away and there's a very nice promenade nearby. The breakfast was excellent as well. A lovely place to relax and take a break.

Breakfast was good but boring. The exact same thing every day. Not even one single change. The staff was amazing though and very helpful.

No variety. Room needs deep cleaning. Ants crawl everywhere. When we went to eat dinner it was subpar. What the menu said is not what we got.

The hotel was beautiful and the location was excellent, the quality of the guests was excellent. The service is excellent.

The room was not as requested, the bed was not a king size bed, it was two single beds, which ruined the joy of our wedding anniversary celebration.

The reception staff upgraded my room from city view to Canal view !

As always one of the best hotel in Port Said City. The location is perfect. Very secure and safe. It’s located near everything. The reception and front desk are very friendly and pleasant.

The furniture is worn out and disfunctional. There was trash on the floor from the guest before us. Everything in the room smells, and nothing was properly cleaned. There were electric wires out of the wall and the ceiling.
