HOTIDAY Olbia Wallure

Me hospede en este hotel en dos ocasiones y la verdad es fabuloso , con un diseño super cuidado y una ubicacion inmejorable dentro de la ciudad a un paso de todos los restaurantes y la zona mas animada y turistica.

Alfomadas e cama muito confortáveis, o local do hotel não poderia ser mais central.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und praktisch. Die Hotelmitarbeiterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert. Als wir sehr früh vom Hafen aus ankamen, konnten wir problemlos unser Gepäck abstellen und dann sogar 2,5 Stunden früher auf unser Zimmer (ohne Aufpreis). Als am Abreisetag kein Taxi zu bekommen war, hat uns die Mitarbeiterin kurzerhand selbst zum Flughafen gefahren. Zudem war das Frühstück sehr lecker!

Nicht gefallen ist zu stark, aber wir fanden amüsant, dass die Einrichtung der Zimmer sehr hübsch, aber teilweise unpraktisch war. Beispielsweise gab es kaum Möglichkeiten, seine Handtücher im Bad zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Oder es gab eine schöne Schrankwand mit Glastüren, die also das Chaos dahinter nicht verdeckten und die äußeren Türen verhakten sich ständig. Schade war auch, dass es zwar einen Balkon gab, aber keine Balkonstühle, obwohl die Aussicht auf den Platz wirklich schön war.

A localização do alojamento era excelente, com a vantagem de ter a possibilidade de estacionamento do carro muito próximo do hotel (custo extra, mas indispensável em Olbia). Gostei da atmosfera do espaço, quartos funcionais e bem arrumados e limpos. A responsável do espaço era muito atenciosa, disponível e tinha uma clara preocupação com o bem estar dos hóspedes.

Não tenho nada a apontar de negativo. Deixo a nota que o pequeno-almoço é simples, mas completo. Tem a possibilidade de pedirmos ovos, tostas e bebidas quentes - é tudo preparado no momento.

La décoration est belle, mais au vu du prix de la nuitée, je m’attends à une chambre saine avant d’être belle. L’humidité a tout mangé, les draps étaient également humide… Première fois que je vivais un accueil aussi froid également.

La ubicación, el diseño, el desayuno, el trato...todo espectacular. Aurora cuidaba de todos los detalles.

Nos gusto todo, pero por poner algo, la velocidad del ascensor...demasiado lento

Ein sehr schönes, modernes Hotel.. sehr gemütlich, elegant, einfach herrlich ❤️ Beim Frühstück wurden wir sehr nett empfangen. Minibar gut befühlt, Nespresso Maschine gibt es im Zimmer

This is a decent location if you want to see downtown Olbia

The staff did not inform us that check-in time was move from 15:00 to 17:00 and we spent around 70 minutes waiting outside trying to contact the staff using the phone numbers on the wall. The biggest problem is the square just outside of the hotel where loud street music with heavy basses does not stop until very late in night, about 2am. It is impossible to fall asleep. The room itself has seen its better days around 5 years ago. Our air conditioner kept shutting itself off and we have to turn it on again a couple of times during the night. The entire breakfast was a small fruit salat and a choice of toast with an egg or small ham sandwich with an option to get a croissant. We have had to abandon our stay after one night, not to ruin the entire vacation. This is not a four star hotel. It should have a different rating not to confuse people into paying highly unjust price for this stay.

La réactivité de réponse de l’hôte. C’est très beau et propre. Bien placé dans le centre d’olbia tout es a proximité.

The location of this hotel is great. Directly in the centre of Olbia and if you like craft beer there is the perfect bar about 10 steps away. We were contacted by WhatsApp the morning of check in and gave them our arrival time. Were met there by member of staff allowing us to leave our luggage, she gave us our room key and let us know our room would be ready at 2pm. Nice modern room but nothing very practical in there. More of an Ikea showroom than hotel room Elevator up to all levels Rainwater shower was really good. Beds really comfortable Plug sockets the side of the bed

There was some kind of sliding glass contraption that you had to keep moving to get to the kettle or wardrobe space that served absolutely no purpose and just got irritating. There was glass between the bedroom and bathroom and although there were blinds fitted you could still see someone sitting on the toilet when you were lying in bed. The futuristic sink had no plug so to have a shave you just had to leave the tap running. No towel hooks anywhere to hang towels The light switches were like something out of Star Trek you needed a manual to work out. There was one chair in the room that just got in the way as the room wasn't big enough for it but it was too big for the balcony. Two small chairs on the balcony would be better. Only one room key. The hotel in not staffed and they have some kind of virtual concierge where you have to scan a barcode but that just loads a page in Italian that can't be translated so had no information on anything whilst in there. The wi-fi is one of those that you have to put your email in and seemed hit and miss. Upon check out, I was trying to ask via WhatsApp if I needed to leave the key card in the room or downstairs in reception area but just kept getting AI responses going round in circles so just left downstairs. Breakfast was a bottle of water between 2 people, a small bottle of juice each and a biscuit thing. Hotel is great for an overnight stay but not practical for stays of longer length.

We came after 20.00. Although we had very good online communication I missed the personal welcome once we arrived around 20.30. Everything works with codes.

Lage, Lage, Lage - das Hotel ist der perfekte und ungezwungene Ausgangspunkt für einen Olbia-Bummel.

L’arrivée était une catastrophe… nous sommes arrivés dans la soirée et j’avais prévenu l’hôtel via Booking qu’il nous faudrait un code pour le check-in pour pouvoir entrer dans l’hôtel , rien ne m’a été communiqué et j’ai dû appeler en urgence l’hôtel où une dame nous a expliquer comment entrer avec le numéro de code . Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles c’est un peu limite…

La posizione, la pulizia , l'eleganza sobria e moderna degli ambienti.La stanza , che pure era direttamente sulla piazza " molto vivace "come vita notturna, era perfettamemente insonorizzata. Essendo proprio in centro e' vicino ai migliori ristoranti tutti raggiungibili a piedi.La signora della reception molto disponibile e sollecita nell'accoglierci e nel soddisfare le nostre richieste pur non essendo continuamente in struttura.

E' una gestione alberghiera nuova per me.Il fatto di non avere una reception mi aveva lasciato perplessa...ma come ho detto la signora e' stata gentilissima e " presente"

Ottima posizione per visitare il centro e raggiungere fermate di autobus e treno e i locali. Stanza dotata di aria condizionata, tv e frigo bar, stanza ampia e letto comodo. Staff gentile, colazione nella sua semplicità adeguata e sufficiente.

Unico neo che posso segnalare è la mancanza all’interno della stanza ma soprattutto nel bagno di attaccapanni o ganci a muro per appoggiare gli asciugamani, anche nella doccia manca un porta saponi, la porta del bagno non resta a aperta se non per lo sgabello presente nel bagno. Rifiniture sul soffitto che sono state lasciate senza ridipingerle e una luce rotta, luci in parte al letto che non funzionavano. Sono solo piccoli dettagli che non disturbano il Soggiorno, ma sono accorgimenti che per una struttura da 4 stelle bisognerebbe sistemare.

Great little hotel on a town square with plenty going on, but not too noisy. Decent beds, shower and including a simple breakfast. We arrived around 23h and they gave us the access code and left the keys on the desk. There is a great little cocktail bar next door.

Probably the slowest elevator ever, but it was cute they even had one with two rooms per floor.

The hotel has an extremely modern look and is located in a lovely location with a view on a nice square.

The bathroom with glass walls and a door that does not close perfectly was not something that I liked. The staff was not particularly welcoming or helpful. The breakfast is nice but extremely limited.

This boutique hotel was excellent. Centrally located in the heart of old Olbia. The room design was modern and funky with an extremely comfortable bed and rainforest shower with changing mood lights.

Beautiful 6 bedroom suites hotel in the center of Olbia on a happy/ familiar piazza. Good breakfast, a lot of attention to details, close to dozens of restaurants and bars. Just a great stay in the surprisingly beautiful Olbia.

L'hôtel est vraiment idéalement situé, sur la place principale de la veille ville (pas trop bruyante).Il est très design des communs à la chambre. La salle de bain est top ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Le wifi fonctionne bien

Des problèmes de communication répétés avant le séjour (pas toujours de réponse à mes messages) et surtout pendant. Des femmes de chambre inattentives ont cru que nous avions emmené des objets de la chambre (ce qui était faux) et nous avons eu droit à des discours désagréables ce qui a entrainé des tensions. Pour faire simple le personnel n'est pas à la hauteur de l'endroit

Świetna lokalizacja, parę kroków do restauracji, barów. Czysty pokój, bardzo dobre śniadanie. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna i bardzo pomocna. Nie wiem czy tyle byśmy zobaczyli fantastycznych miejsc bez ich pomocy. Na pewno mogę polecić to miejsce. Bardzo ładny design, ale trzeba bardzo uważać przy przesuwnych drzwiach szafy, która jest bardzo ładna, ale trzeba uważać. Są szklane, pokój niezbyt duży, przy dwóch osobach musieliśmy się pilnować, żeby jej nie uszkodzić, albo nie przytrzasnąć sobie palców. Poza tym, na prawdę godna polecenia miejscówka

przydałoby się parę wieszaków na ręczniki w łazience, ale to nie był jakiś problem, tylko drobna uwaga.

Lage Perfekt, Parkplätz 20 Euro die Nacht gleich um die Ecke. Das Frühstück wird serviert, frisches Obst etc. Das Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Gemüse (Tomate, Gurke etc.) vertragen. Die Toasts sind etwas lieblos zubereitet. Die Croissants und der Kaffee mega lecker.

Wie gesagt die Auswahl beim Frühstück hätte größer sein können.

Posizione invidiabile in pieno centro. Pulito e dotato di parcheggio a pochi metri dalla struttura (da pagare extra e richiedere in anticipo). Ben insonorizzato rispetto all’esterno.

Nonostante l’ottima insonorizzazione verso l’esterno, i rumori interni si sentono, sopratutto le scale in metallo. La colazione é servita solo dalle 8; chi (come me) viaggia per lavoro deve saltarla e arrangiarsi.

A really cool hotel, comfortable and clean and in a great location. Staff were fab and breakfast was wonderful.

J'ai apprécié le tarif de genius 3 sur Booking, Sinon le prix réel aurait été beaucoup trop élevé. Le personnel est très agréable. Le service est à la hauteur de nos attentes, parfait. Chambre très propre. Établissement très bien situé , sur la place centrale de la ville, à 10 min du port à pieds et à 20 min de la gare.

Dommage que l'accès au Spa soit payant (50€ pour 2h à deux). Du coup nous n'y sommes pas allés. Le miroir de la salle de bains est trop haut. N'est approprié pour les personnes de moins d'1,70m. (Le miroir de la porte est pratique, mais pas pour le rasage ,ni le maquillage.)

Rien. C'était une catastrophe

Un énorme cafard dans la chambre!! Et quand j'ai contacté l'hôtel pour annuler ma réservation, je n'ai jamais eu de réponse! Ni par email, ni par booking, ni sur whatsapp! Et manifestement, la personne avait l'habitude de tuer les cafards. C'est scandaleux!
