Reviewed Sep 17, 2026The property was in an amazing location, really close to everywhere we wanted to visit. It had all the right amenities and was perfect space for 3 adults. The staff were always quick to respond and extremely helpful. We had such a great stay!
I found the washing machine a little hard to use but once we figured it out, it was no bother.

Check in was awful, it was really smelly. They changed the allocation to another that was only marginally better also really smelly and I was refused a refund. It was not comfortable and I only stayed one night and booked elsewhere.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026This is one of my rare 10/10 ratings, but I truly think they deserve it! The location is great, with many things conveniently close by. We loved that the house had everything we needed, and there was plenty of space, especially by Japanese standards. The staff were also very kind and responsive throughout our stay. Overall, a really comfortable and enjoyable experience!
The location is very close to nice cafes/places to eat etc., which is convenient, but it can also feel a little busy and overwhelming at times.

What really stood out to me was the customer service. Anytime I had a question or request, they responded incredibly quickly and were always helpful and accommodating. I even requested a later checkout and they were more than willing to work with me, which I really appreciated.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026L'appartamento era confortevole. Anche se di piccole dimensioni, in 3 siamo stati molto bene. Tutto pulitissimo e bene organizzato. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la qualità e i profumo di shampoo e bagno schiuma! La posizione è molto comoda per visitare Osaka. L'accesso all'appartamento è con self check-in. Il gestore ha fornito istruzioni molto dettagliate ed è stato molto responsive.

Far enough from the main tourist chaos to feel like a genuine neighbourhood stay rather than a hotel corridor.
Honestly, nothing to complain about. The property delivered on everything it promised, and we would not change a thing about our stay.

The edge of the bed is too close to the tv stand furniture and extremely sharp We all got hurt - I had to cover it up with the fluffiness of the blanket to protect us. Also the main bed was a bit soft - but I suppose the foreigners would be used to it - I prefer hard beds like the Japanese so slept on the extra mattress which was much better for me

We found the washing machine hard to use, mostly because the labels on the machine panel were not easy for our apps to translate.. The instructions provided in the booklet were a little hard to understand. (we're English speakers). It took us many attempts to get the machine to work for us. It would have been useful if there were tea towels to help dry dishes.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026非常干净，对我这个洁癖性格太适合了！地理位置非常好，心斋桥地铁站2号口出来5分钟，到大丸百货也就6-7分钟。周围各种网红日料、拉面店、回转寿司店吃喝购物都很方便。700多米还有一家大型生活超市，买和牛和生鱼片回民宿自己烧很经济实惠。关键闹中取静，晚上能睡得很好！早餐基本都自己做、也可以洗衣服，比酒店性价比高出太多。客服服务很周到，有问必答，回复也很快和贴心。以后再到大阪出差就选这家了！遗憾的没拍民宿里面的照片，就找到自己做的早餐照片，不过里面环境和平台展示照片一样。

老問題，希望可以有其他枕頭的選擇，畢竟睡眠是補充體力最好的方式，個人睡了房間內的枕頭隔天起床後容易頸部不舒服。可以考慮放置室內晾衣架、空氣清淨機，如遇雨天，曬衣服比較不方便，浴室內沒有乾衣吹風系統。浴室內的浴簾要換新了，底部發霉容易有異味。

В апартаментах было чисто, площадь квартиры была довольно большая (если сравнивать с площадью номеров в отеле), на этаже очень тихо. Сотрудники всегда на связи. Мы приехали на час раньше check in и смогли заселиться без проблем.
Мне не понравилась стиральная машинка. Очень много правил при заселении; возможно, кому-то это покажется сложным, также инструкция, которую присылали, показалась мне не очень полной. Еще были вопросы по сортировке мусора. В апартаментах нужно обязательно сортировать мусор по трем разным категориям, возможно, некоторым это покажется неудобным.

One of the window did not have blinder courtain, therefore it was a bit brighter in the room. I need a dark room to fall asleep.

Reviewed May 5, 2026De locatie is geweldig. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt tijdens het verblijf. De instructies waren duidelijk. Tijdens ons verblijf was er een aardbeving. Het is duidelijk dat het gebouw hierop gebouwd is en je er erg veilig bent.
De slaapkamer heeft geen gordijnen. Er zijn wel panelen die wat licht tegenhouden, maar verwacht vroeg wakker te worden door het licht (in ons geval dagelijks rond vijf uur). En dan zijn wij niet eens lichte slapers. We hebben contact opgenomen met de verhurende partij, maar die waren niet bereid hier iets mee te doen of enige compensatie te bieden. Het contact was beleefd, maar onze klacht werd niet naar tevredenheid opgelost. Ook ruikt de badkamer niet prettig (doucheput-geur). Voor lange mensen goed om te weten dat je met een lengte van 190cm niet rechtop kunt douchen. Daar kan de verhuurder niks aan doen, maar misschien voor erg lange mensen wel belangrijk om te weten.

Un peu loin du métro. L annonce dit 3-4 minutes mais c est plus 12min car il faut marcher tout de même dans le metro un long moment avant de trouver la bonne sortie qui est la plus proche de l adresse du building. Pas de possibilité de laisser les bagages dommage.

The price was a bit high for me at the time of booking but other than that, great hotel close to a bunch restaurants and cool shops to browse about.
