We stayed a night while we came to see dalada perahera. Hotel was good calm and relaxing small space was well planned and managed. Restaurant on 5th floor is with a nice view. 1.5 k.m from vehicle road to kandy, bit difficult with kid’s or elder parents but we luckily managed with tuk tuk. Staff is super friendly and helping…. I would stay again…nice memory

La habitación de una pensión sin luz, la habitación no la hicieron tuvimos que insistir al personal, el desayuno muy justo y el responsable del desayuno borde. Lo desaconsejo totalmente

La chambre était confortable et bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner était très bien, il y avait beaucoup de choix. La vue sur le lac est belle surtout depuis le restaurant au 5eme étage

The location of the hotel was a perfect distance to the city and everything. Some staff were very lovely and helpful.

The dinner food at the restaurant was delicious, however the staff was a bit unwelcoming or rushed. The breakfast was a bit messy. They didn't seem to have any baby chairs at the restaurant.

Es gibt Zimmerkategorien bei denen die Fenster nur auf einen kleinen überdachten Innenhof sehen. Wer Wert auf Aussicht und lüften legt sollte die bessere Zimmerkategorie buchen. Da hat man Blick auf die Stadt und einen eigene Balkon. (Wir hatten für eine Nacht ein gratis Upgrade bekommen :D)

The view from the hotel is very nice

May be i had higher expectations, but I was not overly impressed by this hotel when I got there. There was nothing majorly wrong, but I did not feel I am in a top tier hotel. There were flies all over breakfast and nobody was doing anything about them.

Na twee weken rondreizen was het geweldig om in deze luxe kamer te verblijven met zijn vieren. Het is heel ruim, schoon en de badkamer hebben we ervaren als een spa, met een jacuzzi. Een heerlijke plek om bij te komen. Het ontbijt overtrof onze verwachtingen en ook 's avonds hebben we de meest heerlijke maaltijden voorgeschoteld gekregen in het restaurant met de heerlijkste desserts ooit. Prachtig uitzicht. Goede locatie ook voor een bezoek aan Kandy en vanaf het restaurant uitzicht op de tempel met de tand van boeddha. Aanrader!

Estaba sucio, el aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido y el ventilador más. Nos pusieron una cama supletoria súper incómoda.

Breakfast was delicious, beds were comfortable, good location. Room was clean.

Our room wasn’t cleaned / water wasn’t replaced despite us requesting this from the staff. The shower took at least 15 minutes to heat up - huge waste of water waiting for it to heat up. We found it an expensive stay for what we got.

Este hotel tiene muy buenas instalaciones. La habitación era amplia. El restaurante es muy bonito con buenas vistas de la ciudad de Kandy.

Me gustó mucho el desayuno, muy completo y también la piscina con muy buenas vistas para un rato de relax.

La piscina dovrebbe essere riscaldata. E dovrebbero risolvere il problema delle scimmie , non si può tenere il balcone aperto e ne tantomeno stare seduti fuori al balcone.

Property had very large rooms which were very clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely.

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het restaurant (en ontbijtzaal) zijn op de rooftop wat je mooi uitzicht geeft over de stad en het meer. De kamer was geweldig met zeer goede bedden en ook voor ons zoontje (1,5j) was er een mooi babybedje voorzien. Het leuke terras met prachtig uitzicht zorgt ervoor dat je hemels kan ontwaken 's ochtends.

Het was jammer dat het zwembad aan de kleine kant is en vooral dat het wat weggestoken zit in een hoekje van het gebouw. Het ligt op een lagere verdieping met langs 3 zijden de rest van het hotel wat maakt dat de zon er niet aan kan en het water dus redelijk koud is. Voldoende om er even een verfrissing te zoeken na een warme dag maar niet om er enkele uurtjes in de zon te liggen.

Rustige ligging op wandelafstand van de stad. Zeer comfortabele kamers en bedden. Vriendelijk personeel en lekker restaurant!

Spijtig dat er geen cappuccino was bij het ontbijt. Anders alles tiptop!

Everything was exceptional; the location, the food, the rooms, the facilities, and the hospitality were all top-notch. This was our second visit, and once again, the experience exceeded our expectations. We had a beautiful stay at Rivora Heights. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. From the moment you enter you feel almost like a spa atmosphere. Our room was so well designed and had a beautiful mountain view. The service was superb and we can highly recommend having breakfast with a view. All in all, this was the best hotel we stayed in during our trip. We left well rested and would always come back.

Staff were fantastic, so welcoming and friendly. Couldn't do enough for us. It's a very new, clean hotel, with very comfy beds. The pool was a nice treat and the views from the restaurant were stunning. Food in the restaurant was good, the breakfast was a little basic but still very varied.

Not much we didnt like. It's a bit of a walk up the hill but that gave us amazing views on their rooftop restaurant and to be fair you could easily get a tuk tuk, they're everywhere, easy to catch just outside hotel.

Bij het inchecken kregen we een kamer upgrade aangeboden. Zowel het personeel aan de receptie als in het restaurant waren zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De slaap- en badkamer waren prachtig, goed onderhouden en proper. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid.

Het dinner viel wat tegen.

A great place to stay in Kandy, within an easy walk to all the main attractions. We experienced such wonderful hospitality from all the staff we met during our stay. The room was really comfortable and immaculately finished. Breakfast was delicious, with a spectacular view, too.

We kregen zomaar een upgrade naar een prachtige kamer met een geweldig uitzicht. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en ze hadden een heerlijk restaurant. Het ligt op een fijne locatie en de bedden lagen echt heerlijk. Absoluut een aanrader!

Heerlijk hotel, goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel. De kamers waren schoon en netjes. Dikke aanrader. Wij hebben ook 2 avonden in het restaurant op het dak gegeten, dat was heerlijk.

Het zwembad is aan de kleine kant, echter was dat voor ons geen probleem! We waren de enige die er waren.

The bedrooms were really spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was ok but fairly limited however I did enjoy the omelettes once I realised they were an option. Lovely views out over the hills and down to the lake.

I had to ask for the room to be made up each day.

Der Service war sehr aufmerksam. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Schönes Restaurant und gutes Continental Breakfast für Sri Lanka.

Liegt auf dem Berg und ist etwas schwieriger zur erreichen. Ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß aus der Innenstadt. Pool war dreckig, wurde aber auf Nachfrage schnell gereinigt.

Breakfast was good, should improve to a buffet instead of limited set menus which will give few extra varieties. This will reach more client satisfaction. Dinner was very good with A la carte menu.

La chambre est spacieuse, lumineuse, très belle décoration . Literie très confortable. La salle de bains est très bien équipée. Nous avons adoré cette chambre.

Nous voulions faire un massage, ce n’était pas possible de le faire à l’hôtel , alors qu’on pouvait le supposer , puisque qu’il était indiqué qu’il y avait un Spa. Le personnel nous a dissuadé de le faire en argumentant que c’était très loin et compliqué. Le personnel de la réception ne semblait pas très motivé.

The view from the restaurant is spectacular. Hotel clean and beds comfy.

Concerning the restaurant, the food was delicious but the service was slow and inaccurate. My daughter’s order was wrong and then the kids had finished their meals before ours had even arrived.

Unfortunately, our breakfast experience at the hotel restaurant was disappointing. While the variety of the food was good, we were sadly let down because even the hot dishes were cold. This happened because the chafing dishes did not have any heat underneath them, so the food never reached the right temperature. We hope they improve this in the future, because the setting is actually very nice, and the service was also friendly.

It is an attractive hotel and our room was surrounded by a koi pond which was lovely. The room was good with a good shower area. The pool was really good.

The breakfast area was a bit chaotic as there was a large group with reserved tables which were not marked so we were asked to move.
