Carnmore Chateau Marlborough

Modern, clean, large rooms, comfortable bed. Lots of onsite parking

Very comfortable and good location. The Sunday Roast seemed to be a very popular choice for dinner.

The updated grandé apartment was very roomy, quiet and comfortable.

It’s modern, clean, location is great and the restaurant very good

Nothing

We were unexpectedly upgraded to a suite, which was a complete joy. This meant we had somewhere to sit that wasn't the bed, which I always appreciate. The bathroom was spacious, the shower was great. We dined at the hotel, and were able to benefit from a specials night at the restaurant (two main courses for the price of one). The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we completely enjoyed our stay. We come to Blenheim fairly often, to see parents, and will definitely want to stay here again!

Nothing. We were really happy.

We were both happy with the comfort of the beds and also, I called a couple of hours before to request that we had two singles instead of the king bed and the staff member was very accommodating. And we were able to check in a little bit early :) I also had to speak to someone with regards to something I thought I had lost and she was so easy to deal with. The service of the room after the first night was great as well.

It was a little bit pricey (but we did know that) and there was nowhere really to prepare any food - I should have researched more carefully.

Our room had a kitchenette but no microwave even though there was a space for it

Staff were lovely, even upgraded our room on arrival. Dinner in restaurant was amazing and waiter staff very friendly and would highly recommend .

great staff and clean rooms.

Car parking was minimal

Location and staff

Lack of crockery e.g. nowhere to put down teaspoons or squeeze teabags, which means carrying wet teabags across to the bin.

The staff and location were excellent

The pillows were terrible

Great location. Car parking. Good size Roos and great restaurant.

There is no fault but a dishcloth to wipe bench.

. Location nd price was excellent.

I could here the neighbours fiddling about after I went to bed. Gor woken up a few times by that during the night.

Great location.

Set breakfast was good but buffet would be great.

Good location with spacious rooms

Getting in late with no one at door was a bit painful

good clean accommodation

Nette Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage. Da ich im Winter dort war, kann ich zum Poolbereich nichts sagen. Der Parkplatz kann zur Hauptessenszeit am Abend durch das angeschlossene Lakal kurzfristig etwas knapp werden.

Es hat alles gepasst.

The lovely staff that came to my room with dinner and drinks were lovely.

The staff at the reception desk were very rude.

Clean, comfortable, and friendly. Great location.

Spotlessly clean & very central

Very convenient to town centre, walking distance. Clean and comfortable

Car parking onsite was challenging, but good off street parking.

Friendly staff, wonderful room, easy parking

staff put extra bed

I needed two single beds rather than a single king-size bed; the staff provided an additional bed

Convenient place to stay when using the ferry.

Good size room and location

Old fridge and aircon need replacing, noisey

Everthing!

Nothing

Easy walking distance to main shops, lovely cafes and various amenities. The room was spacious and luxurious, and the cleaning staff were very obliging and friendly. Very pleased with our whole experience.

Nil

room is very stylish

The bathroom doesn't have heaters

Warm & sunny rooms, good location

Very comfortable hotel with modern facilities. We use this hotel regularly and have never had a problem. Walkable distance to shops and restaurants

On arrival, the receptionist was very helpful in arranging early access to our room, given we were travelling with an 11-month-old. The housekeeping staff did their best to ensure the room was ready for us ahead of the usual check-in time.

When I called the hotel to follow up on whether our accommodation was ready, the receptionist was quite abrupt with me. She explained she had tried calling my Australian number and hadn't been able to reach me. I acknowledge I should have provided a number that was contactable while in NZ, however the tone she used was unwarranted and took away from what had otherwise been a positive stay.

Clean and comfortable room. Close to town centre. Free parking available.

Great property, and the staff were awesome

Nothing

The beds were super comfortable. It was warm and the decor was spot on. The evening meal was superb, and they had room service.

The reception staff were friendly and efficient, and the cleaning staff were exceptional. The room was lovely and spacious and within easy walking distance of eateries, supermarkets and good shops. We've thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lovely restaurant onsite too.

Nothing we didn't like at all.

Lovely staff good rooms and great restaurant. Location to the venue was a plus

I was in a unit that could have been better if the kitchen area had a microwave and toaster. Also plates and cutlery

Location Spacious

The clock nearby

Spacious clean and warm. Good bed.

Mostly good just house keeping hadn’t re loaded shampoo in shower.
