Wow, what a location. Everything about this place was stunning. Comfortable beds, cozy fire place, hot tubs with a view.. speaking of the view, just spectacular. A short drive from queenstown town centre but trust me when I say you arn't going to want to venture away too much from this beautiful place.

Every little detail was catered for, an absolutely beautiful property and every amenity you can think of.

The home is cosy with extraordinary views. We enjoyed our stay there so much. The kid was also appealed by the fireplace a lot. And also I was greatly impressed by the story of Crystal Waters. Thank you so much for providing us with a precious memory and I think we will come back one day.

Location and comfort

This accommodation is absolutely superb, we had a few people stop by for a coffee throughout our stay and everyone just said “wow” the minute they walked in. Everything was thought of, clean, intentional and the view is unreal. Will 100% be back.

The whole apartment was nearly presented and well thought out in design. The location was top rate.

Our stay at Crystal Waters was truly the highlight of our New Zealand trip. Allanah and her team were incredibly helpful and always prompt in responding to our enquiries, making the entire experience seamless from start to finish. Everything about this Airbnb was exceptional. The views were absolutely breathtaking, the bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the woodfire created a warm, cozy atmosphere that was both relaxing and soothing. We enjoyed our first night so much that we decided to extend our stay! That alone speaks volumes about how much we loved being here. If you're visiting Queenstown, I highly recommend staying at Crystal Waters. We will definitely be back the next time we're in Queenstown!

We had an amazing stay at Crystal Waters Queenstown. Although it is a self-service accommodation, the customer service team was always online and responded quickly whenever we needed assistance. Communication was smooth and they were always willing to help, which made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking. Looking out over the lake and mountains felt like stepping into a fairy tale. Every morning and evening was magical, and the scenery changed beautifully throughout the day. The view alone is worth the trip to Queenstown. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved relaxing on the balcony and soaking in the incredible scenery. It truly felt like a peaceful escape surrounded by nature. Thank you for making our trip so memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Crystal Waters to anyone visiting Queenstown.

Crystal waters was absolutely beautiful. Breathtaking really, the location was gorgeous And we walked into town both days along the water. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and it had everything we needed. The hot tubs were a great addition and it was extremely quiet. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying.

Loved everything about this place. The view was so much better than we expected. So stunning. It was such a comfortable stay. Having the fire to relax in the evening, and a full kitchen to prep for our little one made it so much more enjoyable.

The breathtaking scenery and the incredible warmth of the hosts, Josh and Allanah. The property strikes a perfect balance between nature and convenience, providing a sense of peace that exceeded all our expectations. Sharing in their story made our stay feel truly special and personal.

None. Everything was perfect! (Though I wouldn't have minded an 11:00 AM check-out just to stay in that beautiful place for one more hour!)

The view is beautiful. The owners have put a lot of effort into the property and left notes and suggestions for travellers, have games available inside etc. Parking, check in and check out processes were all smooth

The front door to the room does rattle when others are leaving the connected pod next door which can be alarming at first.

We loved Crystal Waters! Every little detail was well planned, the design and layout is spectacular with constant lake and Mountain View throughout every room! This place feels both homey and high end at the same time. This is easily one of the best places I have ever been to. We will definitely be back.

Stunning views, good heating, first rate facilities, thoughtful, provision of cooking, condiments, like salt, pepper, spices, olive oil, et cetera. The coffee percolator was fun to use so much so that we are thinking of getting one for ourselves. At night with the lights off, we could see millions of stars.

The parking is a little dangerous, because the parking lots are located on a steep slope. The suites are only accessible via several flights of steps, and this is a big challenge when you’re dragging heavy luggage.

I can genuinely say that our family's stay at Crystal Waters was an unforgettable experience! As soon as we arrived, we were mesmerized by the stunning views, with the property beautifully nestled among the breathtaking mountains and alongside Lake Wakatipu. The accommodation was tastefully designed, effortlessly blending comfort and luxury. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making our stay feel incredibly special. Josh and Allanah were exceptionally attentive and responsive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a wonderful getaway. This property is a must-visit for anyone heading to Queenstown. It truly feels like your own slice of paradise!

Crystal Waters was undoubtedly one of the highlights of my trip to New Zealand. The property is as stunning as it appears in the photos, featuring breathtaking views and tastefully designed interiors that create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Upon stepping inside, I was captivated by the soothing scent that filled the air, instantly making me feel at home. Every detail reflects the host's warmth and passion, with furnishings and decor that come together to create a truly relaxing retreat—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The hot tub is an absolute delight and we enjoyed it immensely. Trust me, you will only regret staying there for too short a time!

The view was breathtaking, even better than in pictures! Even after a week’s stay, it never failed to impress. The accomodation was beautiful, clean and well equipped - even while traveling with a toddler. Every detail has been thought of, making it feel very luxurious. The hosts were wonderful and very accomodating. The location of the property was convenient for spending time in Queenstown and day tripping to surrounding areas.

The view was spectacular. We love the privacy. The fire place was a midas touch, we love heating up the room using the fireplace. The facilities were functional. The property was new and it just made us happy to stay there.

The furniture isn’t at the same level of the property nor is the long list of rules - This is a holiday accomodation and not boarding school.

The property is gorgeous and the view is incredible. It is well-equipped and we could find everything we need inside.

The path down the property is a little bit steep which requires a bit of driving skills to get down there.

The property was in an idyllic location with beautiful lake and mountain views. It was well equipped and we cooked the majority of our meals there. There place was tranquil and we slept peacefully. The hosts were excellent. They responded immediately when we had an isue with the kitchen tap. i highly recommend this amazing property.

Gorgeous and luxurious! Every detail is exquisite. The views are incredible, and Josh and Allanah have truly created a special and unforgettable oasis. So cozy and comfortable and felt immediately at home. The hot tubs are perfect way to unwind with unbeatable views, and they've truly thought of every detail (even Cornhole on the balcony!).
