La habitación que nos tocó estaba excelente y funcionaba todo

No tengo puntos negativos para destacar

Te menciona que tiene dos piscinas, una en la terraza con vistas increíbles para nuestra sorpresa cuando llegamos y subimos la piscina estaba vacía… y la otra que tienen está fuera en otro hotel de enfrente y está súper descuidado tienen la zona de la piscina como almacén. Por otro lado, está remodelando habitaciones y a las 8 o antes empiezan a hacer ruido los albañiles imposible seguir durmiendo.

I liked the location and the restaurant and cafe they had onsite.

After every single bathroom usage it was this sewage odor that came out from the drain. We had to close the bathroom door after every use.

Tutto ...dalle camere che non sono assolutamente pulite,alla colazione che dovevi spostarti in una altra struttura poco distante... e per andate in piscina dovevi andare in un'altra struttura...che poi di piscina c'è ben poco 1 metro e 1 metro e soprattutto poco pulita....

El tema del desayuno creo que se puede mejorar. Ponen muy poca variedad y cantidad y la estancia es muy pequeña, siempre se llena y es difícil encontrar sitio para ssntarte

Location, staff prompt to solve issues.

Too many issues. We were put in a bedroom with a broken toilet seat. When we turned on the shower, the whole room would flood. The room was dirty, the building was old, and there was also a very noisy mobile AC. I had to request a room change and was “moved as a courtesy” to the main building, where the room was newer but still not worth the price.

Good location

Logement avec 2 lits doubles + petit salon, réception en face dans le bâtiment principale. Points négatifs : Moisissures dans la salle de bain, humidité, clim en panne, ustensiles sales, bouteilles périmées dans le mini-bar, tringle à rideaux cassée avec vis-à-vis parking ce qui n’était pas génial pour le petit déjeuner. Impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres, à priori le cas dans les hotels avec des anciens bâtiments. Accueil à l’arrivée peu chaleureux, expéditif. Seul point positif : le personnel d’entretien était aimable. Pour moi ce n’était pas l’idéal pour un séjour en famille avec de jeunes enfants. Peut convenir pour un court séjour festif à Miami.

Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt nicht den Erwartungen. Die Fotos auf der Hotelwebseite stimmen nicht mit dem tatsächlichen Zustand der Zimmer überein. Die Zimmer sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und wirken abgewohnt. Ein weiteres grosses Manko ist die sehr schlechte Schalldämmung. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, wodurch man Geräusche von den Nachbarzimmern und dem Flur deutlich wahrnimmt. Zudem liessen sich einige Türen nicht richtig schliessen, insbesondere die Badezimmertür. Auch die Ausstattung der Küchenzeile war unzureichend. Für ein Zimmer mit vier Personen fehlten wichtige Utensilien. Beispielsweise gab es nur eine Tasse und zwei Teller, was den Aufenthalt unnötig erschwerte. Enttäuschend war ebenfalls die Kommunikation seitens der Rezeption. Bei der Anreise wurden wir nicht darüber informiert, dass sich der Rooftop-Pool aktuell im Umbau befindet. Ebenso wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt, dass Hotelgäste einen alternativen Rooftop-Pool eines anderen Hotels nutzen können. Auch über den Beach Club mit vergünstigten Konditionen für Hotelgäste wurden wir nicht informiert. All diese Informationen haben wir erst nach vier bis fünf Tagen selbst herausgefunden. Angesichts des Zustands der Zimmer und des gebotenen Services stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus unserer Sicht nicht. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch die ausgezeichnete Lage des Hotels, die wirklich ein grosser Pluspunkt ist. Fazit: Gute Lage, aber die Zimmer, die Ausstattung und die mangelnde Information durch das Hotel entsprechen nicht dem Preisniveau. Eine Weiterempfehlung können wir daher nur eingeschränkt aussprechen.

allora i primi giorni sono rimasto un po’ deluso già vedendo che l’hotel si divide in due strutture, la principale dov’è c’è la reception e una di fronte attraversando la strada dove non c’è la reception. Abbiamo scelto questo hotel dopo aver visto due piscine, arrivati in hotel nessuna delle due piscine era utilizzabile, cosa non giusta dato che abbiamo pagato con il servizio delle piscine incluse. Bisogna avvisare, invece non era scritto da nessuna parte questo problema, si poteva utilizzare una piscina dell’hotel catalina dove sono andato una sola volta e ovviamente non ho trovato neanche una sdraio libera. La colazione stessa cosa, non è in struttura ma in un altro hotel a 7 minuti a piedi circa, un po’ scomodo. Camera tutto sommato buona e comoda ma un po’ datata, la carta per entrare in stanza in 7 giorni 3 volte non funzionava, quindi bisogna riandare in reception dove la sistemano. Peccato perché mi aspettavo molto di più.

The room size was extremely small. Also the safety deposit was charged to my credit card and not pending...it was not refunded automatically as stated on check out. I now have to go to my bank and contact the hotel to have this cleared up...this is unacceptable

Au départ nous avions réservé cet hôtel car il avait 2 piscines et nous sommes plus piscine que plage et avec la chaleur brutale de l'été, nous souhaitions profiter de quelques journées pour se baigner et relaxer. Quand nous sommes arrivés, les 2 piscines étaient fermées pour rénovations quand sur le site c'était bel et bien indiqué que c'était ouvert et fonctionnel. Le gérant de l'hôtel a été très gentil de vouloir nous rembourser sans frais pour que nous puissions aller se reloger où nous le souhaitions.

Les 2 piscines fermées, l'emplacement un peu loin des restaurants et boutiques achalandés, et le fait de devoir payer 30$ US pour avoir deux chaises et un parasol sur la plage.

Literie confortable, chambre spacieuse à proximité de la plage et de petit commerce pour acheter à manger

Les deux piscines annoncées ont été en réparation pendant la quasi-totalité de notre séjour sans proposition de compensation à notre arrivée

La ubicación está muy bien, cerca de la playa y bastante cerca de tiendas y restaurantes de miami beach. La cama era grande y cómoda.

El desayuno no es en el hotel, es en otro que está a 4 calles unos 10 min andando y el desayuno es bastante escaso. La piscina de la azotea no funciona, no se puede usar. La piscina del hotel es del edificio de en frente o la del hotel del desayuno, pero son bastante pequeñas y con muy poco sitio para acomodarse. El personal en general bien aunque el que nos atendio el primer dia no nos explicó las cosas, ni lo de las piscinas ni lo del desayuno. En habitación no puedes abrir las ventanas, y es extraño porque el baño y ducha estan por un lado y la pica en otro, poco espacio para organizar tus cosas, más de un día se dejaron las toallas limpias y tuvimos que reclamar, y una de las veces que cambiaron las sábanas tenian manchas.

I like the location, facilities, and cleanliness.

The sofa in my suite was torn and need to be replaced. The suite for 2 guests have only 2 towels, 2 face towels and no bath mat. Would be nice to have extra towels. The cable tv channels have 5-6 channels working at was blurred.

J’ai choisit l’hôtel car y’avait une piscine sur toit , petit déjeuner inclut Arrivé labas si j’avais pas poser la question pour accès à la piscine il m’ont pas informé qu’elle était en réparation , il fallait aller dans un autre hôtel pour la piscine et pour le petit déjeuner, clest mal honnête , j’ai demandé un transfert à l’autre hôtel

Riviera is in a great part of town and has an awesome vibe. Highly recommend the Orange Blossom around the corner for dinner!

I had one issue which the staff handled quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this property for their willingness to make their guests stay excellent.

Le personnel était très sympa, et très courtois et a l’écoute. L’emplacement était idéal

Le nettoyage des chambres n’étais pas fait tout les jours, impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres dans les chambres il faisait très humides dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner qui se trouve à 500m de l’hôtel, la piscine de l’hôtel n’était pas ouverte donc nous devions aller dans la piscine qui se trouve au même endroit que le petit déjeuner.

Uy no se por dónde empezar a ver primero las dos piscinas estaban cerradas eso en parte lo subsanaron haciéndome un pequeño reembolso al protestar en Booking, y dejarnos utilizar la piscina de otro Hotel del grupo a 4 calles. Es imperdonable cerrar las piscinas y no avisarlo. Tampoco me gustó nada que me chantajearan para darme la habitación un poco antes de la hora del check in a cambio de 50$ o dejarles una reseña de 5 * en Google previamente revisada antes de subirla a redes por parte del personal. Lo del desayuno en otro Hotel ya lo sabía pero pensaba que era en uno de los edificios contiguos no en Hotel Catalina. La habitación era amplia y ya está es todo lo positivo que se puede decir junto a la buena climatización de la misma. La ducha pésima poca presión y fija en la pared. La iluminación como expresarlo tiene menos luces que un barco pirata, si creo que se ajusta a la realidad. La limpieza de la habitación voy a dejarlo en justita y tardía. Lo de no dejar las suficientes toallas para los ocupantes también es un detalle feo. Tres días para cambiar una de las 4 bombillas que estaba todo el día parpadeando y había que dejarla apagada. En fin lo dicho la ubicación buena lo demás decepcionante, una pena.

Charged resort fee but no access to pool 1. No advise of current construction at booking time nor from concierge. Card key needs activation every single time you exit. Very inconvenient since reception is on another bldg. and they always question “is this close from your celphone?” Linens and towels looked and FELT rough. All furnitures looked tired. Room dark, gloomy and sofas are muggy. Feels like mushroom is going to grow from it. Carpet dirty, like never vacuumed forever. I personally bought disinfectant wipes to ensure quality. Bathroom smelt moldy and from sewer. No phone in room to call reception about your room concerns. They gave a number but nobody ever answers or calls back. A/C kept leaking causing us to slip. Have to sleep overnight without A/C as it failed after midnight. Staying here ruined Miami trip due to lack of rest.

Nos tocó una pieza un poco antigua, las conexiones eléctricas fallaban y hacían corte. La limpieza la hicieron poco tarde y nos tocó un baño que se salía el agua por el piso. Las almohadas un poco antiguas.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they were very flexible with our check-in, which we really appreciated. The hotel also provides complimentary chilled water throughout the day and American coffee every morning, which was a lovely touch. The pool areas are fantastic, with plenty of shade, fresh towels always available, and even complimentary body lotion for guests. These thoughtful details really made a difference and showed how much care the hotel puts into the guest experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and honestly have nothing negative to say. I would happily recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Close to beach and everything in south beach was on walking distance.

Very disappointed with our stay. The room had a temporary air conditioning unit that wasn’t adequate for the Miami heat, and we couldn’t use the balcony at all. Our room was never cleaned, and when I asked for fresh towels, I had to go back to reception three times before they arrived. Overall, the service was poor, and unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

No A/C , Balcony was unusable , staff gave us the run around about the problems & kept giving us wait times for “maintenance” .

The location was the best part of this place. The staff was also very nice. The area is old and not upgraded. It has lots of character. Close to the beach and walking distance to everything you need.

Das Zimmer lag zum Innenhof und war sehr ruhig und sauber

Das Check in um 16 Uhr ist zu spät und noch dazu es hat sehr lange gedauert und die Leute haben gewartet und die Zimmer waren nicht fertig, trotz Check out um 11 Uhr.

La chambre est grande avec petit balcon,la salle de bain est vieillote,l'emplacement est parfait pour aller se balader,en ville à proximité de nombreux restaurants,et à cinq minutes de la plage.Bus et trolley à proximité.Piscine sur le toit agréable pour se raffraichir,serviettes founies.Bon petit déjeuner à prendre dans un hotel proche,ticket fournis.

La douche peu pratique,le bruit venant du patio ou notre chambre se trouve ,par des clients non soucieux de l'heure qu'il est en plein milieu de la nuit,aucune intervention du personnel de l'hotel,malgré le panneau demandant de respecter le voisinage.

Śniadanie średnie dla kobiet. Dla chłopów można się nawpierdalac (nieograniczony bekon, jajowa, burrito, pancake, ziemniaki) na cały dzień i nie być głodnym. Dają zniżkę na parking obok ale i tak 40$ za dzień to w duża cena.

Dali inny pokój niż był zarezerwowany bez wcześniejszego info. Obsługa na recepcji ma trochę wypierdolone w ciebie.

quartos excelentes, limpeza boa, camas confortaveis, faltava umas tomadas e uma iluminação melhor, mais nada que atrapalhasse a estadia. bem localizado e facil acesso as areas de mais movimento. embora para o cafe da manha tivesse que andar duas quadras, por ser em outro local, foi ate melhor assim ja começavamos o dia com caminhada leve.

Solicite una silla y no me la prestaron para poder trabajar en la noche . por lo que tuve que trabajar en el computador parada. no esta bien eso. Es muy económico , creo que por eso tuve paciencia con lo que no me gusto.

el ascensor suena como si se fuera a destabaratar y el agua salía del techo en el baño donde uno se sienta para usar el toilet. No me han devuelto los $100 de depósito. No me comí nada de lo que había en el bar y tampoco tome el agua. Yo compre mi propia agua y comida. Espero me devuelvan esos $100usd. Gracias.

The bed was uncomfortable, the toilet wasn’t working properly. Room was freezing and the staff wouldn’t provide a blanket.

Dicht bij het strand, en supermarkt. Personeel receptie was aardig maar schoonmaak kamers was ondermaats.

Voor het ontbijt wordt je naar een ander hotel gestuurd, Catalina Hotel. Personeel daar erg onvriendelijk en lijkt wel of ze geen zin hebben om te werken. Ontbijtbuffet was iedere dag hetzelfde en erg weinig keus. Schoonmaak kamer ondermaats.
