No hot tub, no private pool (it was the hotel all guests pool), no private sona, while all were mentioned as a room facilities The staff on the other hand, made us wait for a while till they came to let us in.

It wasn’t clean. The hot water pressure was low even when they sent someone the next day to fix it. The condition of the mattress is not good. Also, the smell of the room is not pleasant.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Good location, the mall is just down stairs. Good to have the washing machine and dryer as we were travelling for a month and need to wash our clothes.
Overall maintenance is poor, bathrooms have smell and one bathroom ventilation wasn't working, Fan remote control didn't work, the cupboard door for washing machine is broken. An air-condition in one bedroom wasn't cold. The pool has a good view but tiles are broken, we all felt itchy during the swim and we leave the pool very quickly.

The hygiene of this homestay was disappointing. The room and kitchen was not properly cleaned and there were many cockroaches. The kitchen had a strong unpleasant smell. This significantly affected my comfort and overall experience.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026The apartment was spacious and had 2 bathrooms, good for a family with children. The pools were really nice. There’s also a kiddy pool for young children. It is close to KL’s main attractions. Closeby is a mall and food street, but the food here was a bit more pricey. We had good contact with the host via WhatsApp, they responded quickly.
The day of arrival the host contacted many times about when we would arrive, when I explained this a few times already. This was a bit annoying.

The hotel was very affordable with access to all the facilities such as pool, shopping mall, etc… would recommend this hotel to anyone!!! Excellent job !!!!
The extra bed was a bit hard to sleep but the sofa was comfy

En la nevera quedaban restos de los anteriores huéspedes y no habían preparado todas las camas (quedaban los 2 futones).

Reviewed Jan 24, 2026Bardzo dobrze zlokalizowane mieszkanie. Są dwie sypialnie, dwie lazienki, wyposażona kuchnia oraz mini tarasik z widokiem na Petronasy (lekko w oddali). Są dwa dostępne baseny (dla mieszkańców kompleksu). Oba są super. Grab podjeżdża bezpośrednio pod główne wejście do kompeksu.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Pengurusan yang sangat baik. mudah untuk berurusan. Rumah sangat selesa. dengan kemudahan katil ada extra bed,selimut dan bantal. Di halam ruang tamu terdapat beranda yang dapat menghirup udara & pemandang yang cantik iaitu KLCC.
Cuma satu sahaja kekurangan untuk saya yang bawak keluarga, iaitu parking yang tinggi iaitu di level 3. Untuk sy berkeluarga sangat2 susah kerana ada anak kecil.

Reviewed Oct 18, 2025Die Lage und die Anlage. Pool und das Gebäude waren sehr schön. Sehr sicher und zentral!
Regal aus der Wand gerissen, Vorhang konnte man nicht richtig schließen und so war es sehr schnell hell im Schlafzimmer. Der Boden im Schlafzimmer war kaputt und meine Tochter hat sich damit verletzt. Es bedarf einer ordentlich Renovierung. Sehr sauber war es auch nicht. Überall war Staub auf den Möbeln und unter den Betten Verpackungen und Taschentücher von den Vorgängern. Schade….
