HITrental Riesbach Apartments

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Zimmer und sehr gute Ausstattung, was uns für 5 Tage sehr gut gepasst hat. In der Nähe waren Denner und Migro und eine Haltestelle. Wunderbar.

Leider war es an der Hauptstraße und doch bisschen lauter, aber man hat sich dran gewöhnt.

It was a great place to stay . It felt safe, quiet, comfortable and it had great access to transport links :)

All was great!

The location was pretty great - it's not far from the centre of the city, on a tram line with regular service (approximately every 10 minutes). The apartment was incredibly clean on arrival, and it was very easy to get into the building with the coded lock box. The kitchenette included pretty much all you'd need for a stay - fridge, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, two hobs and a coffee machine.

The mattress was a little soft for our liking, and there were only two light pillows for the entire double bed. The main road outside was quite noisy, but the windows do block most of it out when closed - the included fan was helpful to "cool" the room at night with the windows shut.

Location is ideal and it's clean.

Lift is really small like small cubicle.

Super Stadtlage, sehr gut organisiert sehr hochwertige Küchen und Badausstattung.

Der Raum würde die Möglichkeit bieten, ein breiteres Bett hineinzustellen.

Sehr schön eingerichtet zweckmäßig und geschmackvoll. Guter check-in.

Die Appartements zur Strasse sind sehr laut und das Parken ist etwas schwierig aber machbar.

Tout. Chaleur infernale avec un ventilateur anémique pour tout rafraîchissement et des fenêtres donnant sur une route à grand trafic de jour comme de nuit.

La posizione anche se non centralissima è ben collegata.La struttura è stata rinnovata .Il self ceck in è molto semplice. La stanza è è molto pulita con Il bagno con doccia e inoltre c'è un piccolo angolo cottura con macchina del caffè

Manca un pentolino per scaldare il latte o un microonde sarebbe utile. Purtroppo la Forchstrasse è molto trafficata e pur essendo molto caldo abbiamo lasciato le finestre chiuse per il rumore. Il monolocale è veramente piccolo con le valige ci si muove a malapena . Tutto sommato ci tornerei se avessi voglia di passare dei giorni nella mia bellissima Zurigo. PS, non so valutare il personale perche non l'ho mai visto.

I received all instructions in advance, the self-checkin was without any problem. The beds are comfortable, the room is equipped reasonably. The tram 4 is just 3 minutes walk, and the supermarkets are next to the tram station.

There is no traditional air-con, only smart central system which does not help a lot when it's very hot outside. It's a bit noisy from the road if the windows are open.

Hat alles super funktioniert mit dem Code und dem Einlass. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und bringt alles mit, was es braucht: Küche, Frigor und Kaffemaschine. Wlan hat super funktioniert und es war für die Lage sehr ruhig. Immer wieder gerne!

Very well renovated and thought through. All well equipped, modern, clean and functioning

Rooms to the front are incredibly noisy inside, as it is a busy road plus trams passing too. It could have easily been fixed by quality double or in this case triple glazing. Not recommend for people with light sleep.

Lage sehr gut Tram in der Nähe und Migros und Denner zum einkaufen.

Sehr gut eingerichtete Unterkunft mit allem was man für einen kurzen (oder auch längeren) Aufenthalt braucht. Sogar Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen vorhanden. Alles TIPPTOPP! Kleine Küche excellent. Sogar ein kleiner Balkon. Es gibt nur deshalb keine 10 Punkte, weil die Wohnung an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße mit Tram lag. Nähe zum KISPi, nur 5-10 min. Per pedes war aber super.

Für Menschen, die Ruhe brauchen und keinen Straßenlärm mögen, sicher nicht ganz optimal. Die Fenster sind zwar gut isoliert, im Bett hört man trotzdem die Tram. Ich war beruflich unterwegs daher war es optimal für mich. Als Urlaubsappartment würde ich es nicht buchen wegen der Lärmkomponente. Und im Haus knarrt die antike Holztreppe, egal wie vorsichtig ich die Füße aufsetzte.

Lage war gut, Haus gepflegt

Leider hat die Kaffeemaschine nicht funktioniert und es war etwas laut draußen, ansonsten alles super

El inmobiliario se notaba en buen estado y la calefacción radiante se agradecía mucho.

No ha nada que no me gustase como para decirlo.

The apartment is 30-40 minutes from the center on foot, but in close proximity to a tram stop. There are two supermarkets very close and a full equipped kitchen if you plan to cook (keep in mind there is no oven). The apartment was clean, the heating was working fine and it was in general very convenient, highly recommend if you are. travelling on a budget.

General cleanliness. Very quiet room. Bathroom very clean and comfy.

The bed is non too comfortable, not the pillow. The TV doesn't receive any signal from the satellite antenna cable. It would have been nice to find a microwave owen in the room.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία ακριβώς δίπλα στο τραμ το οποίο σε πάει σε 15-20’ στο κέντρο της πόλης Ωραία ντουζιέρα, καλή θέρμανση και ωραίο μπαλκόνι

Δεν είχε χαρτί υγείας στο μπάνιο , δεν είχε φούρνο ή κουζίνα πολύ βασικός και δεν καθαρίζει κανείς το δωματιο ενώ είμασταν 5 βράδια εκεί , σκληρό κρεβάτι Και επίσης πολύ αργό check in 3 και μετά το μεσημέρι

Обслуживающий персонал ! Я заселилась и уже поздней ночью я растелила кровать а внутри постельное белье было в кровавых пьятнах. На следующий день мне поменяли постельное белье, я даже дала 20€ чаевых за это ! Но приехав домой я обнаружила что моих брендовых вещей просто нету , я не заметила сразу поскольку не одевала их . Пропали только брендовые вещи - ремень Versace стоимостью 500€ и футболка Ami 250€ . Я их не могла забыть 100% потому что в помещении 18кв м это невозможно ! Я просто в шоке ! Неужели персонал ворует вещи ? А грязное постельное белье лишь способ попасть в вашу комнату !
