Room was clean and host had left milk, bread etc which was nice and unexpected.

Room was smaller than expected. Bed was small and not very comfortable. Shower was awful as it fluctuated between freezing cold and scalding hot.

We arrived late and were charged 50 pounds to go 1mile

Our stay was perfect. There was everything that you could ever need there, you could literally arrive with the clothes on your back it was so well catered for. The apartment was spotless, warm and comfortable. There was a secure parking spot on the drive immediately outside of the apartment too.

The clealiness of the whole apartment. It was spotless Having breakfast foods for us was very thoughtful and extremely helpful. Thankyou Aircon was excellent. A very comfortable place to stay near Gatwick Staff responded fast with answers to our questions and very helpful and friendly. The photos were exactly as the advertising pictures which we appreciated

The only thing i have to comment negatively on is the chair/bed for our 14 yo son. It wasn't really a bed. Extremely low and not comfortable at all. Suggest a proper sofa/rollout bed as there is room in the big bedroom for this.

Was lovely to have some food and milk to make some breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and the room as well! I enjoyed taking my coffee outside on the terrace in the morning as well. If you arrive by car from the airport I recommend to take an Airport Taxi, not an uber, it's twice cheaper and faster.

Very nice little appartment with spacious bedroom and bathroom.

Access to Gatwick is unfortunately expensive. £ 22 by taxi from Gatwick and £ 18 from location to terminal south for a 7 min ride / 1.6 miles. Location is also very residential and there are no pub or shop closeby.

well appointed kitchen including supplies such as milk, bread and condiments; well designed, modern and functional space for both the smaller and larger units; clean; the parking space was appreciated; renting the two units for our family before our departure from Gatwick the next day was convenient, allowing us much more space with a full kitchen in the larger unit to prepare a simple meal

Perfect location for a one night stay to fly from Gatwick early the next day. Cristina was very helpful & friendly & the place was very well presented & clean. Everything we needed & the air conditioning was heaven!

The shower didn’t work well at all. It took me about 20 minutes to have what’s usually a less than 10 minute shower because the water wouldn’t stay at one temperature. It was very difficult to set & was either ice cold or burning hot. Luckily we made do in between these extreme temperatures.

Very clean, everything there you needed. Especially tea, coffee, milk, sugar, butter, jam, toast and water for just one night. That came as a surprise, and I was correspondingly delighted. As it was very hot when we left, our host gave us another two bottles of water for our travel, which was very much appreciated! Great: you can walk to the airport!

Sharing one big blanket with a friend isn't much fun. But this seems to be british custom, , so I can't really criticize it

The property is a very convenient stayover for an early-morning flight from Gatwick. However, the unit is really small.

We were very happy with our choice of this apartment. Directions were clear and easy to follow and the apartment is well set up, clean and just what we needed after a month travelling in a campervan. The apartment is about 10 minutes' walk from/to the Horley railway station (opposite a large supermarket) with direct access into London central and about 20 minutes' walk with luggage to/ from Gatwick airport through the park on a sealed path. There are no roads to cross except the quiet street close to the apartment. It would be difficult to walk to the airport in the dark as there is no lighting, although it worked well for us as our plane departed mid-morning. We found Cristina to be a welcoming and generous host.

It was spacious and comfortable, and secure. Everything was so clean and fresh and there were little things that made a difference like the range of hair and body products in the bathroom

It's not a criticism, just an observation. Maybe provide oat milk and butter alternative for those who are vegan/ dairy intolerant? Also, maybe marmite as well as jam? These are small issues as the place was great

Cute little appt, cozy and close to Gatwick. Just leave more detailed instructions for arriving at airport.e.g have a quick look to single out the shuttle to the north station ( hidden by a pillar) .

Good location with parking. Small but perfectly formed. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. There was bottled water, plenty of tea and coffee and also cereal and bread for toast. A great little find.

We thought just walking distance from Gatwick Airport. Apparently quite difficult & hard to get there. We then decided to take Taxi to Gatwick Airport in the morning that cost us £20

It's a short walk to LGW south, about 15 min. Comfy bed, clean facilities, exceptionally good instructions from the host on how to get there.

Limpio, cómodo, nuevo y tienes todo lo necesario. Nos ha gustado el detalle de encontrad lo esencial para el desayuno (café, leche, mantequilla, etc) y las botellas de agua. Hemos dormido bien. Se puede ir andando desde Gatwick si no vas cargado, 20 mins por un sendero. Está muy bien para pasar la noche si tienes un vuelo temprano o llegas tarde.

Todo correcto! Solo un tip: Hemos ido andando desde la Terminal Sur (20 mins), tomar la salida correcta desde la terminal para comenzar a andar fue un poco complejo. Sal por donde termina la plataforma del tren que conecta la T sur con la T Norte. Bajas unas escaleras y toma el sendero. Puede estar algo oscuro de noche pero no lo sentimos nada peligroso.

The hostess was very kind and accommodating. There is a park nearby, perfect for a lovely walk. It’s a 14-minute walk from the airport.

Very clean with everything we needed. Easy access, 5 mins from restaurants. The location was excellent for Gatwick South terminal. It only took us 5 minutes to get there. We will definitely use again when travelling from Gatwick.

Fantastic location !!!

The flat was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. It was in a quiet neighbourhood and easy to get to and from Gatwick airport. Instructions were concise.

I wouldn't say didn't like, so much as could prove to be a problem for some people and that, is the stairs going up to the flat. These could be a bit tricky with heavy suitcases, especially when you are frailer. When we arrived it was pouring with rain. We were fine, but I imagine that wouldn't be the case for everyone.

Attention to detail for comfort. I highly recommend
