La habitación muy limpia y con aire acondicionado, imprescindible por calor que hace en Mirissa. Tiene nevera para poder conservar agua fría y la habitación era muy cómoda. Cerca de todo.

Que la recepción estaba cerrada y no pudimos decirle que queríamos desayunar, pero fue error nuestro no haber avisado antes.

Really good location and staff were all helpful, sorted us out with turtle snorkelling, upgraded us to a room with ac with no charge, and gave us their number so we could contact them whenever with things we needed help with! Room was very clean and had a fridge and lots of area for storage, even gave us towels to go to the beach with, overall great experience! + the cat they owned was dead cute

No staff no guest respect . Forcibly took 5000 money for account of cattle damage which is entirely not . Due to sad services vacate hotel One day before 4 rooms . Bit in last day too money forcibly stopping girls staying there . Worst ever experience

没有电梯，行李要麻烦帅哥服务生帮忙提上楼和下楼。

Super close to the beach. A good place to stay if all you’re going to do is sleep there. Good aircon, really kind, helpful staff, and they sorted an airport taxi for me which was great.

Could probably do with a deep clean and some fresh linen. But really good value for money so you get what you pay for.

Vinduerne er på ingen måde tætte og der er etableret myggenet over vinduerne, som altid er åbne, så man kan høre alt (hunde, scootere, biler, mennesker), der passerer på gaden nedenfor hotellet

Great location and very clean - was upgraded to a triple room for free which was great for space and just across the street from Mirissa beach which we lived for all things seafood 🍤 😍

Die Lage war Top, sehr nah am Strand und an den ganzen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Souvenirshops, Restaurants, Cafés usw. Die Anlage ist hübsch gestaltet, alles ein wenig verwinkelt - was Charme gibt. Auf den Mangobäumen kann man Affen beobachten. Eine kleine süße Katze gehört zur Anlage , die sich schneller auf mein Zimmer geschlichen hat , als ich gucken konnte. 🤭 Wer Natur und Tiere mag ist dort gut aufgehoben. Gefallen hat mir auch das Konzept , dass man sich unten Strandhandtücher wegnehmen kann und nach Rückkehr vom Strand die Füße abduschen und die Handtücher in einen Wäschekorb werfen. Grade gut für Backpacker , die nicht so viel dabei haben. Für mich waren das auch die letzten Tage, somit kam es sehr gelegen , dass mein eigenes Handtuch nicht mehr nass wurde. Der Manager Daniel kam extra zum Check in / Begrüßung vorbei , obwohl ich viele Stunden vor dem offiziellen Check In an kam. Man konnte ihn bei Fragen jederzeit über WhatsApp kontaktieren. Einen Rabattcode für das naheliegende Café Santino Family gab es auch. Kreditkartenzahlung vor Ort war ebenfalls möglich. Die meisten Unterkünfte nehmen nur Barzahlung in LKR.

Dir Badezimmer könnten gut modernisiert werden - aber vollkommen in Ordnung und Hauptsache sauber.

Clean, modern facilities. Perfect location for the beach and close to the shops and restaurants. You can borrow beach towels which is really handy for trips to the beach. Safe in the room. Great staff with quick communication via WhatsApp. Would happily stay again next time.

- Perfekte Lage um Mirissa zu erleben! (Die besten Strandabschnitte mit Restaurants für abends und Strandliegen für Strandtage nur wenige Minuten entfernt) - alles ist sehr sauber und wird sauber gehalten - geräumiger, gut kühlender, Kühlschrank im Zimmer für eigene Einkäufe (war top gereinigt) - ziemlich neue starke Klimaanlage im Zimmer - sehr nettes Personal - bis 16:00 Uhr kann man das Zimmer reinigen lassen, immer gab es (wenn gewünscht) frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche - ein kleiner Laden ist direkt in der Nähe, der große Supermarkt 5 Minuten zu Fuß - ständiger Kontakt über WhatsApp mit dem erfahrenen Manager möglich (z.B. Transfer zum Flughafen) - Tipp: Unbedingt im nahe gelegenen Santino Village das günstige und hochwertige Frühstück machen!

Location was fantastic, very close to the beach and great restaurants.

Overall the accommodation was not as advertised. Rooms weren't very clean, no hot water in the morning, beds uncomfortable, and the aircon dripped water on my head all night. Bad smell as well. Looked nothing like the photos.

Dostaliśmy informację o pokoju na WhatsApp i wg pracownika obiektu, ti wystarczyło... Zero nawet inromacji, gdzie znajduje się pokój czy jak dokonać formalności. Musiałam sama się upomnieć o to. Łazienka, to jakis dramat, stara "krzycząca" o remont, gdybym widziała jej zdjęcia nie zarezerwowałabym tam noclegu. Największym problemem był brak ciepłej wody, długo by pisać, ale ostateczna odpowiedź obektu: to jest max możliwości naszego bojlera. Nie była lodowata, a zimna, ale nadal rezerwując hotel oczekuję się podstaw, bo za takie uważam ciepłą wodę. Nie zaproponowano nam żadnego rozwiązania podcxas pobytu.

Die Unterkunft liegt fußläufig 2 min vom Strand in Mirissa entfernt.

Die Unterkunft liegt leider direkt neben einem Mülltümpel weshalb es vor dem Hotel sehr stark gestunken hat. Davon riecht man in den Zimmern allerdings nichts. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer mit Balkon, in dem waren leider Ameisen unsere ständigen Begleiter. Sie waren sowohl auf dem Bett als auch im Badezimmer. Was man den Besitzern allerdings zu Gute halten muss, das sie nachdem wir es angesprochen haben eine Reinigung des gesamten Zimmers vorgenommen haben. Danach hatten wir weniger Ameisen.

Gute Lage, innerhalb weniger Minuten am Strand.

Zimmer sehr klein, Bilder stimmen nicht mit dem Zustand des Zimmers überein. Alles schon etwas älter. War unser teuerstes Hotel auf der ganzen Reise und das schlechteste.

Dal soffitto della camera cadevano moscerini e piccoli insetti sulle lenzuola, il letto ne era pieno e lo stesso accadeva nel lavandino del bagno Nella nostra camera c’era una luce non funzionante e una lampeggiante, abbiamo chiesto di farla sistemare ma non è stato fatto.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Santino Garden per una notte extra e ci siamo trovati bene. È un hotel semplice, ma ben tenuto e pulito, ideale come soluzione pratica a Mirissa. La camera con balcone era ordinata, pulita e la doccia con acqua calda ha reso il soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è comoda, vicina alla strada principale e all’accesso a Mirissa Beach, perfetta per muoversi facilmente a piedi. L’host gentilissimo e molto disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutarci.

We had higher expectation given the ratings of this hotel, however it did not meet our expectations at all. The room was small and dark and there was no hot water. The hotel is located in an extremely loud area and we were woken several times during the night by loud screaming neighbors. we stayed for one night and left as both the area and the hotel experience was disappointing.

Perfect location! After walking just 50 meters barefoot, you’re suddenly on the stunning Mirissa Beach They provide fresh, clean beach towels every day, the rooms are spotless and very comfortable. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. A special thank you to Daniel for all his support and guidance during our stay — he truly made our experience even more memorable. Hope to see you again soon!

De locatie is echt top. Je bent met een paar minuten op het strand en zit dichtbij allemaal winkels/restaurants. De kamer is heel erg basic.

Bedden waren heel erg hard. Er was geen water voor 8 uur s'ochtends en er hangen ook haakjes in de badkamer.

The hosts were very hospitable. It was a very pleasant stay.

There could be an improvement on the amenities provided.

Good location.

The hotel was overall okay, but a bit disappointing considering the price. The room was quite small for what we paid, and the bathroom was very cramped. The shower was so close to the toilet that water went everywhere, which was inconvenient. The price felt high compared to the value offered. During our stay there were several electricity outages, which affected our comfort. Additionally, the room was not soundproof, so noise from outside and other rooms was noticeable. During our stay in Sri Lanka, we stayed in several different hotels and had no issues, which makes us believe that it is possible to find better accommodation at lower prices. Not a terrible stay, but for the price we expected better facilities and comfort.

Personel nie był tak uprzejmy jak w pozostałych miejscach.

Lokalizacja obiektu była doskonała. Dojście do plaży zajmowało dosłownie 3 minuty. Przy głównej ulicy oraz na plaży znajdują się restauracje, gdzie można zjeść śniadanie, a wieczorem szczególnie polecam kolację na plaży. Miejsc jest mnóstwo, wszystko wygląda bajkowo i jest smacznie. Do obiektu nie dochodzi hałas z ruchliwej ulicy, więc można się dobrze wyspać. Pokoje w hotelu są skromne, choć brawo za mop, którym można było w łazience usunąć wodę z podłogi po prysznicu. Jest dostępna woda pitna, suszarka, podstawowe kosmetyki i wygodne łóżko. Ogólnie pokój był wygodny. W części wspólnej, na powietrzu dostępne są fotele, gdzie można odpocząć. Klimatyzacja oraz wifi jest i działa. Obsługa była uprzejma i pomocna. Hotel oferuje ręczniki plażowe, przechowanie bagażu i ogólnodostępną łazienkę, gdzie przed odjazdem można się wykąpać. Można było płacić walutą lokalną, $, €, ale my bez problemu zapłaciliśmy kartą.

Everything was great! The room was clean and perfectly located right by the beach. The service was excellent, whenever I messaged the host asking for towels or water, he came within a minute. Very helpful, responsive, and friendly.

The only downside was that the beds were quite hard.

Nothing to dislike!

Great location just a short walk from the beach. The hotel provided free beach towels and we had a drying rack and a small table and chairs outside our room. Cleaning services for the room offered daily. Quiet, although we did get woken up by dogs barking and a very noisy bird multiple times (though no fault of the hotel).

WiFi was very spotty. We booked a double room and given the reviews and rating of this property expected it to be much better than it was. The room was clean but very basic, with a hard bed. The bathroom was a traditional Sri Lankan one (wet room). The staff at reception were not very friendly - at one point we were looking to speak to staff and there were some guests watching us but not saying anything. We couldn’t find the staff but later on went back to reception and it turned out the guests from earlier actually worked there but clearly hadn’t wanted to help us. There is no restaurant at the hotel, though there is a small shared kitchen and some common areas. Really it felt like a hostel but without the social aspect and dorms, not what we expected for the price we paid.

Dårligt og utæt værelse, gardinstangen faldt ned og ramte næsten min ven i hovedet. Kakerlak i sengen. Altanen var lige ud til trappen som alle andre gæster brugte. Meget dyrt ift kvaliteten.

Das Hotel liegt nahe zum Strand und vielen Restaurants und Cafés. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und es gibt einen Balkon um seine Sachen vom Strand zu trocknen. Es war immer jemand über WhatsApp erreichbar um Dinge wie Check-Out, Waschservice, Transfer etc zu organisieren / beantworten. Man bekommt vom Hotel Tücher für den Strand gestellt. Zudem bekommt man eine Karte mit Tipps zu Restaurants, Cafés, Strandbars, etc.

Die Lautstärke der Klimaanlage. Für uns ist es ungewohnt, dass die Dusche nicht abgetrennt vom restlichen Bad ist und nach dem Duschen das ganze Bad nass ist. Ist aber Standard auf unserer Reise gewesen :-)

There are open slats in the room so outside noise was quite loud. Would recommend earplugs. Lower wall in the shower could do with a good scrub.

Had an amazing stay right near the beach in Mirissa. Was perfect location for exploring the area and the room was really nice with aircon.
