Firstly the location was great, just a short walk across the bridge canal to get to the old town, shops and markets. The property is situated down a side street that is quiet from the main road and traffic, extremely peaceful woth no noise disruption. Throughout my 8 weeks of travelling and moving to new accomodation, this is the most peaceful, clean and comfortable stay i had had. The room was spacious with a very very comfortable bed and pillows, great airflow with aircon and a fan. Big balcony, complimentary water and fridge. Owners were very kind, polite and informative with the city information suggestions such as tours etc upon check in and importantly for me, lots of privacy and respect of my space. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

The drainage in the bathroom was slow so when showering the bathroom the floor did pool with water but wasnt too much of an issue as slippers were provided.

Cô chú chủ homestay rất nhiệt tình. Phòng mình ở là phòng 2 giường đơn, rất sạch và thoáng. Từ home đi bộ qua xem show Ký ức Hội An tầm 10 phút. Nói chung rất ok.

Die Lage ist super, das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig, das Bad war auch super sauber und die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Danke für alles wir hatten eine schöne Zeit

Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer mit Balkon, die Familie kümmerte sich liebevoll, zentrale und ruhige Lage, in 3 min am Markt von Hoi An.

Perfect location. Quiet and yet so close to the old town.  Perfect hosts. Helpful and friendly.  Perfect room. Large spacious triple, with balcony and ensuite.  Towels were changed daily. Cheap cold water and kettle available. Brilliant restaurants nearby. I highly recommended Chopsticks. This homestay was a great find.  

It was really good. Can't think of any suggestions for improving the homestay.

The hosts were very nice, the location was great, and the beds were really comfy 😄

Habitació espaiosa, disposes de bullidor d'aigua i nevera. El bany i tot el mobiliari en bon estat. L'atenció rebuda per paet del personal ha estat molt satisfactòria. Situat en carrer tranquil a pocs minuts del centre. Hem dormit molt tranquils.

Superb location and amazing local stuff. Located 5-10 min walk from city centre in a very local & quite area with local prices.

Perhaps the lack of ventilation in the whole facilities. Everything was locked up, creating warm effect.

Прекрасный номер: просторный и очень чистый. Кровати были самые удобные за всю поездку по Вьетнаму. Отель расположен недалеко от достопримечательностей, но далеко от дороги, поэтому там тихо.

Отельчик прям супер! Однозначно можно рекомендовать для посещения! Фото полностью соответствует! Номера очень чистые и просторные! Кровати большие и удобные! Есть все необходимое! Дворик утопает в зелени! Хозяева очень доброжелательные, все покажут расскажут и даже карту дадут! Расположение отеля тоже очень понравилось, близко к центру и всем достопримечательностям, но при этом на тихой улочке! С удовольствием вернулась бы сюда снова!!!

The host is amazing and the room is spacious with a great shower. They can rent you bikes for the town for only 40K dong a day which is a good deal. Great spot great family

Great location, friendly staff, rooms are very comfortable and clean. They even give you slippers as they have a no shoe policy in the hotel. And the street was quiet at night.

Rooms are spacious, not smelly at all (with humidity it is not very common 😀) . The owners are super cute . Nice garden . Wifi is strong and working on each floor! 100% recommended.

I loved how accommodating the staff were. They cleaned the room daily and took out the trash. The room was big for 3 people.

There's no elevator, so be mindful that you'll have to go up flights of stairs.

The rooms are really big and clean. Hot water and wifi were available. The staff was super nice and helpful and supported me with tour and taxi bookings. The property is in a nice location. Very close to the old town without the noise.

Really quaint and cute Homestay but also a really great location, the hosts were a lovely couple ! The room was huge, very clean and the AC worked very well. We were super comfortable and I think it’s great value for money !

It is closed to the centre and even the Memories Land. It is close to the main Street but very quite. Room is spacious, light. The homestay is green with many kinds of tree. They let us check in when the room is vacant even it has not been 2PM yet

The remote of the air conditioner didn't work smoothly, we need to unpack the battery many times to make it work! The floor from the 2nd day is not as clean as the 1st day we come - which means it was not carefully taken care.

Super location, quiet yet close to the center of town to visit... the place is really ideal and we're in a family. I was stuck for an extra night and they managed to find me a room.

Shower did not drain very well and flooded bathroom floor. A/C wasn’t too powerful but room also has a fan so it was sufficient.

Great Homestay in a quiet part of town; easy walking distance to all the sites of Hoi An.

The owners were extremely nice, and they helped us get a tour, tickets for memories of Hoi An and taxi from and to the airport.

Gorgeous big room, lovely spot only afew mins walk from the old town. Run by a friendly and helpful local family who were amazing the whole time. Would definitely stay again! :)

Perfect location close to the centre just about 10/15 min walk, far from the noise streets. Lovely hosts (family) they are so nice and helpful they also give us many tips about the things to do around the city they also provide bike rental if you need. The room was big and bright.

Large, clean and comfortable room. Nice small balcony. Exceptionally friendly hosts, who helped us with organising additional trips. Perfect location - close to the old town, but away from the crowds. Many affordable restaurants in the area.
