Was everything I needed for a one night stay. Very clean and tidy. Very thoughtful with all the free snacks etc

The fridge was too noisy, hard to ignore in such a small place, had to unplug it. Although the bed if comfortable it creeks very loud and you do here noise from people moving around etc upstairs so possibly not the right place for someone sensitive to noise.

Place was clean but very small

Breakfast meagre. Only chippies and Doritos No tv. Almost impossible to access the place. Instructions to get in were completely inadequate. I was not able to get any assistance from booking.com

Die Unterkunft ist mit Bad und Miniküche nicht größer als 9 m2. Nachts regnete es stark und durch die Fensterschienen am Boden lief Wasser in den Schlafraum, wodurch unsere Koffer nass wurden. Da alles so klein war, mussten die dort liegen.

Everything provided as per advertisement. Very clear instructions. An amazing feature was a projector in the bedroom. This machine is able to project a giant picture on wall or ceiling. We watched two Netflix movies. Very easy to use!

Great stay again. Always so clean and well presented. So kind of owners to leave snacks/drinks and breakfast cereals.

Very quiet for a main road location. Immaculately clean, and I loved the free snacks. I also appreciated the clear entry and arrival instructions.

It's not a biggie, but as an avid tea drinker, English Breakfast tea sachets would have been preferable to the highly scented Earl Grey ones. Also, some milk for tea and cereal.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic stay – super organised and amazing service! We stayed at Trafalgar Place on 17 January and everything about the stay was so well organised from the start. We received clear instructions on how to enter, and it made arriving and checking in really easy. The place is small, but honestly has everything you could possibly need. There were free snacks and drinks, which was such a nice touch, and we loved the coffee machine! Fans were provided in the bedroom too, which we really appreciated as it was super muggy that night. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was great, and the bus stop was only a short stroll down the road — so convenient. It’s amazing value for money, and the service was truly exceptional. I accidentally left a very special ring behind and didn’t realise until I was back in Tauranga. The owner went out of their way to courier it back to me super fast, which I’m so grateful for. Highly recommend staying here — we’ll definitely be back!

Location was good for us. Complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice thought and appreciated. Everything worked as it should. No hidden surprises!! Everything was very clean and tidy and a relatively new build in a complex of 3. The ground for is rented out so no stairs.

I found the bed too soft, I prefer a hard bed. The kitchen and dining table setup is not properly thought out and just too tight,no space. I sat outside to eat breakfast only to have a security camera in my face 75cm away.. Another security camera directly into the kitchen 1.2M away invaded my privacy. I found all the security cameras over the top. The entrance should be changed to the other side of the building so that you don't have to negotiate your way around those 2 large gas bottles carrying heavy bags. The alley way is not very wide.

Perfectly clean. Superb hosts. 10/10. Great facilities in compact area, perfect for someone traveling alone or a couple needing a comfortable, private space.

Simple room, but very much met our expectations after a long haul flight. Big room. Comfortable bed. Useful staff as we arrived later than anticipated. Happy overall.

Walking distance to Onehunga and Royal oak shops, clean, modern and comfortable

My personal opinion is that the bed has been thrashed over time and desperately needs replacing.

No chair to sit on inside

Impeccably clean, quiet, and comfortable. Convenient access to the motorway and airport (just 10 minutes away). Thoughtful extras like quality coffee, tea, and snacks made the stay even better. Clear instructions and excellent communication throughout. Highly recommend.

Be aware that this is someone’s house it is not a motel. This confused us as we were looking for a motel sign. Although it was very clean, tidy and private.

Location was great for the go media stadium event we went to. Snacks and drinks were available, which was a nice touch. Bed was comfy. Instructions for your stay are set out clearly in a folder on the bench. Definitely recommend for an overnight stay.

Very clean and tidy. Small and compact but very well supplied with everything that you need for a stay.

The only thing is we felt that we could have done will a little bit more hanging space for clothing.

Really good value for money! There are lovely touches throughout the apartment, like ample towels, snacks, and coffee. The kitchen is well stocked (except bring your own cooking oil) with salt, pepper, pots, and pans. Note that the place is very small but it has been well optimized. Ample street parking too.

There is no AC so it was very hot upon arrival. Luckily, the evening cooled down, so with the windows open and fan on, the small space cooled down quickly.

It was very clean and comfortable. A good location, close to the motorway. The free snacks is a nice touch. Great shower and amenities.

The only downside is, that the room is very light at night from the external access lights which I know have to be there. Maybe these could have a motion sensor to activate them or install blackout curtains. Next time I will bring an eye mask for a better sleep.

The location to get to the Go Media stadium. Bus stop within 5 minutes walk. Drove to the The Zookeepers Son hotel for dinner before catching the bus. Easy street parking. The snacks left in the fridge and pantry.

There was no air-conditioning, lounge/sitting area or TV. Felt very claustrophobic and the 3 cameras pointing at the door, kitchen area so kept the blinds down, also looking at the back neighbours kitchen from the kitchen window.

This was one of the cutest, cleanest, most welcoming places I've ever stayed at! Perfectly sized, incredibly clean, clear instructions on how to use any of the various appliances etc. Everything had been thought of and the snacks were such a welcoming touch! I would absolutely stay here again anytime I am in town and you should too! Bonus points for being so near Monte Cecilia park, which is such a lovely green space too.

The fridge was too noisy, we had to turn it off so that we could sleep. When we went into the kitchen at night there was a light thru a door that was locked. Didn't feel comfortable with that.

Unfortunately i stayed on a very warm sunny day so it was super hot in the room. There was a decent big and loud fan. No AC to cool the rooms down. the only way to cool down the room was to keep windows and doors open until super late and have the fan on. Maybe a smaller fan would suffice as it was too loud and powerfull for such a small room.. And i needed a few cold showers to maintain comfort.

Superb fixtures, furnishing and bathroom with maximum use of space. Has everything and more for a comfortable, short term stay. Excellent facilities and meticulously cleaned to chef's kiss perfection.

It had everything you could possibly need or want. Was super clean and organised. I felt safe staying there as it was behind another house, and there was heaps of on street parking!!

Instructions were really clear, the booklet inside can help as well! Communication was good and very arranging, really appreciated. The place is clean and neat, everything you need and even more with fresh drinks and snacks, a lot of sort of hot drinks as well! Bed really comfortable and clean bedding, the projector is another great thing but we didn't get the chance to use it! Everything is provided. Would have definitely stay longer or would book again in the future!! Thank you!

Clean quiet

Difficult access with very narrow gap between gas bottles and fence made carrying bags difficult. Excessive security cameras including one pointing into the kitchen had a slightly creepy feel.

I had a wonderful experience staying here! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and everything I needed for a transit visit. What truly stood out was their honesty and helpfulness. I accidentally left my wedding ring behind, and when I realized it, I was already away. Upon returning to Auckland, they safely returned it to me. Thank you again for your good service!

worth every penny we paid for the room and the accommodation has definitely exceeded our expectation. Next time we go to Auckland, this will be our first choice now. They have also provided everything we will need for our stay. We got enough towels, there are complimentary drinks, and enough shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Nothing really. I haven't been this satisfied with accommodation in a long time but I can't really point out any negative thing about our stay.

Netflix easy to use

The location was perfect for the game at Mt Smart Stadium. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. The complimentary snacks and beverages were extremely generous and appreciated, thank you.

The cleanliness, everything in lovely condition and everything we needed for an overnight stay. The generosity of adding in complimentary snacks and beverages was a pleasant surprise, especially in these times when everything is so expensive.This accomodation although quite compact, would be the best I’ve stayed at in Auckland, even in places that have been more expensive. Outstanding!!!

Room was very clean & well presented. Great spot & close to Mt Smart Stadium and Takeaway shops etc. The bed was VERY comfortable and the snack options were fantastic.

The passage way too the room is a bit narrow past those things on the wall. Was a tight squeeze to get our big bags through. And we were a little worried about our car being parked on the street because we couldn't see it.
