製氷機とドリンクバーがありがたかった

カラオケ、サウナ、ジャグジー、ドリグバー、BBQがついていたところです！ 洗濯、乾燥ができるところ。 旅行のあとの洗濯がいつも大変だったので、洗ってから乾かして持って帰れるのは最高でした。

よくなかったことではないですが、カラオケの音を大きくしてしまう人がいたからだと思いますが、音を小さくさげたかったです！

３世帯孫も一緒に利用しました。 個別の部屋も3部屋、各部屋にテレビもあり、サウナ、ジャグジーもあり快適でした。ドリンクバー、カラオケの設置もあり満足です。

部屋も広く快適に過ごせました。 カラオケ、ドリンクバーも完備されていて充実してます。 今回で利用は2回目になりますが、使い方も分かってきたので、また、利用したいと思います。

Rien de grave mais la machine a Soda fait beaucoup de bruit.

Place was squeaky clean, spacious and comfortable. There is a beverage dispenser providing free flow of soft drinks, large ice maker, and other really cool amenities. The toilet was spacious and clean. Location was excellent...walkable to town and huge supermarket within 7mins walk.

Sofas are too soft and sinks in. Shower pressure was not strong. No manual with instructions to use all the wonderful wonderful facilities....but a staff came by to run through with us so it was very much appreciated. Overall 5 stars.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The space was incredibly spacious, making it perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day of exploring. Loved the sauna and hot tub after being on our feet all day! Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The views were absolutely beautiful—waking up and enjoying the scenery was one of the highlights of our trip. The atmosphere was peaceful and calming, which made it easy to truly relax and enjoy our time. Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

One small suggestion would be to include a simple chart or guide under the decibel reader to clarify what noise levels are acceptable during certain times of day. For example, we were watching TV in the morning and noticed it would turn red whenever there was bass in the movie soundtrack. We weren’t sure if that meant the volume was too high or not allowed, so we kept turning it down to be safe and respectful. A clear reference would make that easier to understand.

Amazing facilities, amenities, spotless house, everything you need and more. The hosts were wonderful and communicative, and accommodated to our needs. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay with our group during an unforgettable time in the area!

There was only 1 bathroom but we knew that when we booked so it is no fault of the host.

部屋の広さ、清潔さ、設備、備品、基本的には全て良かった。リビングにドリンクバーがあるのは1番衝撃的でした。各部屋に足元暖房や、空気清浄機、ベットの足下にホットカーペット、気配り設備が凄すぎて驚きました。部屋から富士山も見えました。家族が望んでいた「BBQ、富士山が見える、サウナ、カラオケ、広い部屋」全てが揃っていて格安な宿として最高の旅行となりました^ ^

玄関の暗証番号が分かりにくい。メールで２つ送られてきていた為入るのに戸惑った。チェックインコードが探しにくい、たくさんメールが来る中でコードに辿り着くのが大変時間がかかる。 サウナのドアの下の方が変形している為隙間があり、部屋の温度が上がらない

沒用過設備這麼齊全且也蠻新的，真的超棒，如果有下廚需求的一定要住這裡，風景也超棒，之後去河口湖還會住這裡，超級推薦

The entire place felt so homey. It was a very good price as well. The staff was also very friendly and accommodated to our needs. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is hoping to stay around Kawaguchiko

ドリンクバーやカラオケなどの設備が充実しており、退屈することなく過ごせました。特にバルコニーにあるサウナ、水風呂、ジャグジーは、周囲を気にせずプライベートな空間で満喫できて最高でした。BBQコンロがバルコニーにあるのも便利です。室内のお風呂も驚くほど広く、家全体が良い香りで清潔感に溢れていました。鉄板やコンロなどの調理器具も揃っており、自炊も不自由なく楽しめました。文句なしの最高のヴィラです。

サウナの温度がもう少し上がりやすいと、より良かったです。

Probably the best Vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Very well accomodated and the view was exceptional. It was just me and my wife so there was a ton of space. It would easily be enough for 6-10 people.

The only thing we didnt like is we didnt stay longer!

Amazing location in quiet neighbourhood with beautiful views of Mt Fuji. Lovely amenities, tonnes of space. Option to hire bikes for the duration of the stay made getting around super easy.

We have liked the facilites, air conditioned in whole house, well equipped kitchen, laundry space and a great bathroom. The location is closed to Kawaguchiko Station and a good supermarket. A must, view of Mount Fuji from the living room and master bedroom.

Only one toilet besides that would be usual in Japan.

我是來跑富士河口湖馬拉松的！ 雖然離的位置稍遠！但是腳踏車都能到！滿方便的！ 環境真的是我迄今住過所有國內外民宿裡的第一名！！！ 沒有之一！！ 價格也很讚！！ 民宿主人更是耐心回答幫忙解決我們遇到的難題！ 已經是口袋名單了！以後來河口湖！都住他！ 大推！！ 超讚！

Logement hyper pratique et très confortable. Il y a beaucoup de choses à disposition. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le check in est extrêmement simple. La vue sur le fuji est magnifique. Recommandé pour visiter la région du Fuji en voiture !

BBQコンロがフタをしめるガスタイプだったので、 お肉やお魚の焼き具合が乾燥気味になりました カセットコンロでやるタイプの方が美味しく焼けました·͜·

カラオケ、バレルサウナ、BBQ、ドリンクバーなど設備が大変充実していてとてもリラックスできましたし、楽しかったです！何日も泊まりたくなりました！

シャンプーとリンスーが残念でした。 洗い上がりの髪がキシキシして大変でした。

The host has thought of everything to make the stay so welcoming, comfortable and convenient! The house is beautiful and so spacious. Extremely clean and lots of useful amenities. Loved the sauna and outdoor jacuzzi.

I liked everything to be honest

Wow, I was absolutly stunned when I entered this villa. Absolutly amazing. The villa is spacious, clean and beatiful. One of the rooms has view on Fuji. The villa has literally anthing you need. It has huge tv, karaoke, sauna, jacuzzi, soda machine with around 7 different types of soda, ice machine, washing mashine, dryer and I could go on like this for quite a while. We didnt even want to go side seeing after seeing the villa and wanted to just chill there the whole day :D The location is also great being walkong distance fron kawaguchiko station. I would give 100/10 if I could. We traveled quite a few places but this was definitelly one of the best experiences with acommodation if not the best. If youre choosing acommodation in kawaguchiko, just stop and book this one. You will not find anything better.

It is in a convenience location for sight seeing, shopping and dining. The villa is spacious, comfortable and modernly equipped. Special thanks to the host as we can feel their passion to provide the best accommodation possible.
