Reviewed Sep 1, 2026The staff is very friendly, the rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was also nice. they also have an in house bar which was great for my partner.
If they can provide covered parking, to avoid waking up to a dirty car because of all the trees. The breakfast does not accommodate all dietary options especially for someone who doesn't eat beef. The fence on the main gate side could be changed to look more appealing, what you see on the outside should reflect the inside.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026The service was really good and the room was beautiful and clean, we had all the tv channels and were able to watch world cup final. The breakfast was somewhat good but it didn't cater for all dietaries. Having a Cafe within the premises is another good bonus. Very friendly staff.
Although you can't change the location, the place does look dodge at first glance but that changes when you get inside. The noise from the other establishment.

Location is extremely poor, I will never ever recommend this establishment to anyone that is wanting a good night's rest. It may look safe with 24 hour security, however because of the location, I did not sleep at all. Also the neighbourhood is extremely noisy throughout the entire night
Location is extremely poor. My Uber driver that dripped me off, said that the street where the establishment is located has vast amounts of drug and other activities. The room was okay, but not enough amenities to call it a 4 star establishment. Complimentary coffee was the cheapest money can buy. The toilet leaked and made.a noise all night. The shower allows water to splash all over the floor making it a slip risk. It was raining and the gutter outside was leaking and the throroughfare to the rooms was not covered so I got wet. Bar facilities was dirty and extremely run down. This establishment is in dire need of a huge revamp should they want to maintain their star status. There was a funny smell when I entered my room. I felt extremely unsafe and the neighbourhood is extremely noisy throughout the night.
