Great location, lots of space, possible to park right in front and good breakfast.

The cleaning fee of 80 EUR - it's quite high, we stayed for one night only and the cleaning fee increased the price of our stay by almost 50%. You have the option to clean yourself if you want to avoid the fee. It would be fair to have the cleaning fee amount mentioned in Booking's Important information section, not only the deposit amount (250 EUR).

Sohvan päällinen kaipaisi pesua. Sisäilmassa hiukan pistävää hajua, pinnoitteista vai kosteutta?

Hinta-laatusuhde oli ok. Suihku ja wc-tilat modernia ja rempattu. Muu talo on erikoisesti sisustettu.

Huoneisto oli tosi Creepy. Kuolleen (?) mummon kuva yhden huoneen lisäkaapissa oli hyvin erikoinen. Lapset on jo teinejä mutta mummon kuva aiheutti hieman erikoisen fiiliksen kaikille. Kaapin eteen oli vielä laitettu tuoli. Itse säilyttäisin mummon kuvaa jossain muualla.

Sijainti oli erinomainen

Asunnossa epämääräinen haju. Kahvinkeitin todella pieni. Myös toista WC:tä kaipasimme.

Nice location close to the centre, recently furnished with authentic retro materials, great sauna and functional layout for two families.

Aamupala oli todella kattava. Vastaanotto tila oli kivan lappimainen. Puhdas ja viihtyisä asunto. Vieressä parkkipaikka. Hyvä sijainti

Tout était parfait, nous sommes arrivés plus tôt et avons eu le droit de récupérer notre logement. Le personnel de l'accueil a été très sympa et souple sur les horaires. Le logement etait très spacieux, le sauna etait top! Le petit dej est très bon et très copieux. Je recommande les yeux fermés :)

The stay offered great value for money, especially considering its location close to the city center. The beds were very comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the shower and sauna. Breakfast was also good, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

One downside was that three of the rooms didn’t have cupboards or proper storage space, which made things a bit inconvenient during our six-night stay. Aside from that, everything else was pleasant and we had an overall nice experience.

Single beds in every room. However, they were comfy.

The receptionist, İcaro and other workers were extremely nice, the home was very large and comfy, the breakfast was okay

Unfortunqtely the home was very dusty and the coaches were stained probably by the previous guests. The guests staying upstairs were moving and walking very loudly, couldn't sleep:(

The decor was interesting and it has a large shower area, also the sauna. The male hotel staff member was really nice and helped me carry out 9 checked luggage to our apartment. Very basic breakfast, but nothing wrong with it.

The decor, the main reception person was not very welcoming. Rovaniemi. Honestly, just skip Rovaniemi, the whole place is a tourist trap.

Ongelmien ratkaisu tapahtui nopeasti ja kivuttomasti. Saimme kelvottoman asunnon tilalle paremman.

Ensin varaamassani asunnossa oli voimakas haju.

It’s very basic. The floor creaks, we often hear loud footsteps from upstairs, the soundproofing is very poor, and the door doesn’t lock properly.

Location, space and comfort. It is simple, but very comfortable. Everything worked and we had plenty of space. 4 adults and 4 kids and we enjoyed our stay.

Very spacious, very comfy beds, close to the city center. Good breakfast. Well kitchen equiped. Sauna. Nice big windows with a nice view. Silent place.

Maybe cleaning the floors a bit more, but it was no dirty, maybe dusty. And one rooms was a bit colder then the others, but it had an extra heater

Location was great, the sauna was so nice in the cold. Every thing was supplied like cleaning products and such. The property was cosy and warm.

There was 7 of us staying in the property with one small corner sofa in the sitting room which was definitely an issue as we all couldn't sit down together, also there was only one toilet which was beside the kitchen. Not the best place. Another thing was there was a lady's sanitary product stuck to the bedroom wall from the previous guests, this was disgusting. We got an apology and that was it.

Big and clean apartment. Very helpful and kind stuff. Near the city center. The breakfast was better that we expected. The apartment and the hotel have a cozy atmosphere.

Todo nos gusto

La struttura è molto grande. Noi eravamo un gruppo di 8 e abbiamo dormito comodamente. Il bagno è un po’ datato, ma comunque efficiente. La colazione esaustiva e buona. La posizione è ottima perché con pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro di Rovaniemi.

Las personas muy amables y el sitio, aunque que es algo antiguo, tiene todos los servicios y es cómodo

The apartment was always warm. Nice clean cosy beds. Breakfast each morning was a big hit with everyone.

1 toilet between 9 was a bit awkward, but totally manageable. Especially as the hotel was only a few steps away if we got caught short.

The apartment was a little dusty. The door stuck, it was difficult to get in.

Housed all 9 of us comfortably, and was a nice enough stay. We booked quite late, just a few days before arrival and chose Apartment Hilli because is was good value for money. Nice quiet area, close to a good shopping Mall with souvenir shops, restaurants and a super market. close to the train station. Easy to get to Santa Village!

There were empty cigarette packets stuffed with butts outside the door. One of the under sheets on the mattress had blood stains or something. Dishwasher had dirty dishes left in it. 80 euro cleaning fee if you don't clean up yourself and €250 damages deposit was taken on arrival. Old fashioned decoration and wallpaper.

Beds were comforttable. Breakfast was fulfilling.

We couldn’t find hallway light-switch so it was on the whole night.

Lovely 4 bedroom house so close to the hotel old fashioned decor but clean and lovely and warm! Good facilities great shower room! and kitchen has a big fridge/freezer coffee machine cooker microwave and kettle mugs glasses cutlery etc. also breakfast was included in the hotel which was wonderful so much choice! Easy walk to centre town and great supermarket 5 minutes walk! Would return very quiet too!!

The apartment belongs to the hotel right next to it, where they're offering good breakfast. Besides, it was close to the center of Rovaniemi, which was quite comfortable.

The apartment was not adequately equipped, and it was a little bit dusty. Furthermore, we didn't have access to the WiFi. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the sauna since the door was closed, but the staff didn't come over for checking despite asking for it. All in all, it seemed as if they gave us an unprepared apartment since the apartment number was different from what they communicated before.

We loved that breakfast was included, and all we had to do was get the kids across the small parking lot and they could serve themselves from the buffet and make fresh waffles. The little plastic sleds to borrow came in really handy too. The sauna in our apartment was nice and spacious with the shower in the same space, so it was convenient. The layout of the apartment was great, with the kitchen and living room on the opposite end from most of the bedrooms so the kids could sleep while the adults hung out in the evening. Beds were comfortable, and each had a small nightstand and lamp. It was also conveniently located walking distance from the train and the city center. We had 5 kids between 1 and 9 years old, and they were able to walk everywhere.

There were no kitchen towels, paper or cloth, and not enough cutlery for everyone. It was simple enough to walk across to the hotel to get some, but if the apartment is for 8 people, there should be at least 8 sets of cutlery! Also, some basics like salt, pepper, and sugar would have been nice. I think most guests are coming by train or plane with limited luggage, would rather not buy those ingredients for only a week long stay or possibly shorter, because it's not like you're taking it home after. Again, we were able to go across to the hotel for some, but it would be good if they were already in the apartment. At the hotel the Brazilian and south Asian male hosts were very nice but the woman was a bit rude.

Large space with four bedrooms suitable for a large family.

Only one toilet and one shower. No toiletries like soap, shampoo and gel.
