Reviewed Sep 11, 2026コストダウンを図りつつ、良いサービスがうけられた。特に懐石料理が美味しかった。飲み放題もうれしい。ペット同伴の人との接触が少なくて良かった。温泉の質が最高に良い。 全体的にコスパ最高😊
設備の老朽化が目立つ。特に大浴場。 新しいホテルが前にでき湖畔の景観が台無しになった点を上手く説明して欲しかった。

The toilet is extremely small, and lighting within was dim. The chairs in the dining hall were falling apart, dinner portion provided was meagre. The common toilet at dining level was poorly lit and the cleanliness was poor, enough said.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026地點雖然不在第一排，走到洞爺湖邊看煙火很近，飯店很傳統日式，因為是可帶寵物旅館，有很多日本人帶狗狗入住，可以看到很多狗狗很開心 :) 這次住的房間在三樓，可以看到一小塊的洞爺湖，坐在房間看窗外也很讚，還借了飯店的腳踏車去遊洞爺湖 房間的冷氣很復古，原本擔心睡覺會很熱，但洞爺湖晚上溫度比較低，很舒服不影響
跟其他飯店相比設施稍微偏舊，可能人力不足，大廳、樓梯都看起來有點髒，不過房間不會髒，整體我們是覺得還不錯喔

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026提供兩處停車場，若飯店旁的停車場滿了，飯店門口玻璃有張貼第二停車場的位子，很近，從停車場走到飯店大約1分鐘就可以到了。 飯店位置方便，走約5分鐘就可以看到煙火。 有提供籃子可以放換洗衣服和毛巾帶去溫泉
太貴了。 溫泉照片很美，但戶外溫泉的溫度不高約35度左右而已，還是室內溫泉比較舒服，很可惜。 此住宿是寵物友善住處，好像會安排有帶寵物的旅客住在一樓，我們這次住三樓還四樓，會聽得到一樓的狗叫聲。

サウナについて、女性が使える時間帯が短く、朝の３時間だけというのが残念でした。チェックインから寝るまでの間、どこか３時間ぐらいだけでも使えたらいいのにと思いました。サウナ出た後、汗を流すかけ湯があるとよかったです。シャワーをどなたかが使っていると、待つか水でいきなり流すしかなかったので。

The bathroom was very old. The sink had a rusty hole in it and there was mould in the bathroom. The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.

Amazing Free Snacks: They offer an incredible welcome service with free popcorn, snacks, sake, beer, and juice. They even have free ice cream! Great for Kids & Pets: There is a nice playroom that my kids absolutely loved. They also have special rooms for guests traveling with dogs. Easy Check-in: The hotel uses an auto check-in system. You get a code to enter the room, so you don't have to worry about carrying a key card. Helpful Staff: The hotel seems to be run by just one elderly lady. She didn’t smile much, but she was very helpful. Nice Baths: There are both indoor and outdoor onsen facilities.
Breakfast: not variety . Also, the breakfast hours were strict last entry is 8.30, so if you wake up late, you will miss it. Inconvenient Stairs: While there is an elevator to the rooms, you still have to carry your heavy luggage up a short flight of stairs from the lobby just to reach the elevator. Tiny In-Room Bathroom: The bathroom in the room is very small. It is much more comfortable to use the public bath instead.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Good location with a partial mountain and lake view. The fireworks at night were spectacular and our toddler loved it. Free welcome bar was a lovely touch and the pet buffet was cute. You can also rent board games for your stay which my children enjoyed.
Dated interior, although tidy it wasn’t super clean as there was quite a bit of mold on windows etc. As it is a pet friendly hotel we ended up going home with flea bites.

Electronic check-in was not smooth. The system is clunky and not user friendly. The staff were not particularly helpful and did not appear to speak any English that made the process slower.

There was a smell that I think comes from the pets (I think it's a pet-friendly hotel? Or previously was?). You can smell it in the hall/elevator. Also there are some steps in the hotel which you have to lift your luggage to (no ramp), which can be uncomfortable for some people. The staff might help with this though.
