Beautiful view overlooking the Lake. The choice of breakfast food was excellent and the two Onsens on site were outstanding-one rooftop view overlooking the lake and volcano and the other with a tranquil enclosed outdoor garden. The staff were unfailingly helpful and my room was very spacious. A great place to stay

夕食・朝食、全て種類豊富で食べるものが多かった。食事とロケーションだけはとてもいいホテルだと思います。

家族４人で、子供も中高生だから大人４人ってかんじなのに小さい畳部屋一つでとても狭かった。布団しいたら通れる隙間もないくらいの狭さで窮屈だった。あと、３家族一緒だったから３部屋予約したのに全部離れた場所の部屋をくれてまったく配慮がないと思いました。

The central location of the hotel enable us to enjoy the evening fireworks from inside the room. The size of the room was also very generous and spacious. The breakfast and dinner were very high quality and outstanding.

For the price we paid we felt that the facility was rather dated and needed a rennovation.

ブックカフェが良かった。 大浴場のパウダールームが快適だった。 マッサージが良かった。 布団が気持ちよかった。

ビッフェは美味しかったがやや落ち着かない感じがした。 ブックカフェの本をもう少し拡充してほしい。 客室の洗面所の水量が少ない。 また、蛇口が短く、手を洗いづらい。

The location which offer the lake view. There are 2 large onsen baths, which are switched for men and women during the night and morning time so everyone can enjoy the lake view at the onsen. Breakfast was really great with variety of foods;however, a little bit crowded.

The room is old and the cleanliness doesn’t meet the expectation with this tier of the hotel. I found dusts on the tissue hanger.

The hotel is ancient! Apparently it was built in the 1940s but it has been well maintained. The room was large and there were plenty of spaces for the four of us travelling. The onsen was nice. The buffet dinner was very good and breakfast was decent. The staff were great, the coffee area is like co-sharing office. I loved it!

It’s next to the water! The onsen was awesome! The breakfast buffet was bountiful and the fireworks was a plus. The location is close to the other attractions in the area.

The room were not as big but the view was awesome. It was hard to communicate with the staff, not a lot of them can speak English.

個人看法，以這價位而言房間太小，床鋪擺上去之後就沒什麼活動空間了。 很大一部分的服務人員的態度偏冷淡（但打掃房間的服務人員態度倒是很好），只有餐廳有一個看穿著感覺是高階主管的人是熱絡積極招呼，但給人感覺是很表面的熱絡。 餐廳動線很差，與之前上網查到的資訊相符，晚餐自助吃到飽，生啤酒卻需要另外付費（而且偏貴），而且除了生啤酒以外的飲料有很多竟然都要收費，連汽水、果汁這種便宜飲料都是，真的太小氣。每個吃完的餐盤都得自己拿去回收台，以這等級的飯店餐廳服務而言，似乎沒達到一般基本的水準，令人感到不敢置信。 原本感覺是具有日本傳統的高檔飯店，價位真的也偏高，卻有很大部分未能符合期待水準。

Check-in staff was grumpy and gave quite a bad attitude. Room at the central wing is very dated, seems like the hotel has been renovated fully, but not the rooms here. The toilet is extremely small, if you are over 160cm you won’t be able to get off the toilet without your face touching the wall. At the Japanese restaurant dinner, they assigned Japanese staff to serve Japanese guests, but a foreigner who didn’t speak much English to serve us. The Japanese waitress would not even serve us tea when we asked, she just called her colleague to speak to us. Overall, a let down.

四人房偏擠很多，沒地方走路

地點好，房間就可以看煙火，服務人員超親切，房間太悶只能開窗，但窗戶紗窗實在蠻髒。

月之湯跟星之湯的景觀都非常好 而且溫泉設施讓人覺得非常的貼心 往後走出去就是洞爺湖 也在搭船處的旁邊 公車一下來就到飯店 位置非常好

Weirdly early and restrictive meal times. We were told 7:15 was the latest breakfast slot allowable but saw many others stroll in much later. Pillows a bit small.

何度も宿泊してますが…また泊まって良かったと思う程のホテルです。 温泉ロケーション泉質最高。夕食朝食ビュッフェ品数多くて美味しくて最高。部屋も広くキレイでした。スタッフもとても良い人でした。 また絶対泊まります。

洞爺湖の目の前で、ロケーションが素晴らしく、 花火も目の前で大変良かったです。 また、お風呂とお食事が、とても素晴らしく…また行きたいと思います。

駐車場が主に、３ヶ所ありましたが… A駐車場は…斜面なので車が傾き…隣のドアの開閉でぶつかる恐れがあります。

入住當天頂樓的浴場因供湯問題關閉，問員工也不知道什麼時候會解決，也沒有任何的補償，最後還是要收每人300yen的溫泉税，整體感受不是很好 房間內有點過悶，需要自行開窗戶來通風（不確定暖氣是不是開調成冷氣）

Buffet selections were plentiful. The shampoo bar at the onsen was appreciated.

Rooms were too hot with no option to turn down heat. We actually had to open the door to the balcony to cool our toom down enought to where it was comfortable. Especially after the ath.

옥상 공용탕에 노천탕.. 최고입니다 날씨까지 맞춰줘서 요테이산까지 깔끔하게 잘보였습니다 지하 욕탕도 괜찮지만 옥상 노천탕에 아침에 꼭 가보시길 추천합니다 석식은 안했지만 조식 뷔페퀄리티도 수준급입니다^^

Great location. Nice hot spring that can accommodate a lot of people in the same time and can see the mount Yote if the weather permits. Room is big and has lake Toya view rooms, the one got booked for us was on level 1 though and the view got blocked by trees.

So many customers as it’s such a huge hotel. The breakfast was a little bit underwhelming too.

The room was extremely outdated, with very dim lighting that felt oppressive—almost like entering a slum. The service was very average, and some hotel staff were quite rude; they wouldn’t even respond when you greeted them. My husband also found a clump of long hair in the public hot spring, which made us seriously question the cleanliness standards. We booked two nights but wanted to leave after the first night. I strongly advise others not to choose this hotel—it was extremely disappointing.

The room is clean, spacious enough for 4 adults with luggage’s, the futtons & beds are comfortable. It’s good experience to stay in a Japanese style room. The buffet was delicious & has a great variety to choose. There are 7 11 close by. The washing machine is very easy to use & if you don’t have coins there is app that you can download to pay for the laundromat. However, all washing machine is in East tower. It’s a bit troublesome for guest who is staying in west tower.

The room temperature is too hot even though we have switched off the heater & it can’t be reduced. There is no aircon in the room. We opened our windows to let the cold air in but still hot as we can’t open it overnight. Location is not close to Toyako station but this can be solved if you rent a car from JR rent a car or catch bus to the property.
