部屋の位置と駐車場の位置早打ちつくし。でもホテル前の駐車場使用できないおかし

從進飯店開始，就有迎賓小點及飲料，入住後，到湖邊走走欣賞風景。 早餐及晚餐豐盛而美味，也能一邊欣賞湖景。 房間大而舒適，坐在窗邊可以欣賞湖景及海鷗。 浴場設備多元，但我多數時間都在頂樓的露天溫泉，因為微涼的天氣加上舒服的溫泉可以待很久，最重要的是可以由高處欣賞絕美的湖景，我在露天溫泉泡浴時欣賞了當夜的花火，分三大區重點施放，雖然不算盛大，但是值得體驗，隔天早上男女溫泉對調，又再次享受早上的露天溫泉及湖景，早上有許多海鷗在眼前盤旋滑翔，再加上舒適的溫泉及涼風，真的很舒服。

Old - needs renovation especially the rooms. For the price we are paying it is a bit of a disappointment. Accidentally made bookings via booking .com for one night and Agoda the other and wrote in to ask to accommodate/ change but staff reply was just to cancel one. Agoda didn’t allow to cancel without penalty so stuck with it. Found out I had to pay sgd30 per pax more per night if I wanted to keep to same room for both nights cos 8 floor cost more than agoda’s 6 floor and no refund allowed if I wanted to go lower floor for both nights. Should’ve just stayed 1 night on hindsight cos they serve the same food for both days’ breakfast and dinner.

We had a wonderful room with a lake view. Room was big, had a separate seating area and a coffee table by the window. Lake view both from the room and the bathroom. Modern appliances, nothing was missing in the room.

For the price I expected more choices for breakfast and dinner. Other than that probably nothing.

The room was dirty when we checked in. The mirror on the desk had some slimy liquid when we opened it up. There were hair found in several places in the room.

早上8點多的櫃檯男服務員態度很差，而且在訂房平台回答的收據問題答覆，與現場櫃檯回覆不一致，建議明確回覆收據是否可提供，而不是說已記錄，以免浪費彼此時間！

La posizione è davvero meravigliosa sulle rive del lago Toya - ONSEN veramente spettacolare all'ultimo piano - è stata una bellissima esperienza - forse un po' troppo grande, ma comunque un indirizzo interessante

溫泉區相當舒適，房間大小適中，在房間裡就可以觀賞洞爺湖煙火，非常滿意

飯店還是有一點歷史了，不少地方可以看出舊的痕跡。此外，希望shuttle bus往機場出發時間可以配合飯店退房時間，而不是提早到10:15，有點犧牲住房的感覺。

緊鄰洞爺湖，可以在湖邊步道散步，也可以在面湖房間坐看煙火，非常愜意。

Hôtel très bien placé face au lac et facile d’accès. Le onsen est au dernier étage avec une partie extérieure avec une belle vue sur le lac. Le petit déjeuner est un grand espace face au lac sous forme de buffet avec du sucré et du salé et des stands façon foodtruck. Il y a eu un beau feu d’artifice le soir sur le lac. Le personnel était très serviable et souriant

Il y’a 2 parkings pour l’hôtel et l’hôtel nous a placé dans le 2eme parking un peu éloigné de l’hôtel mais tout est organisé avec des navettes régulières pour rejoindre le parking. La vue depuis la chambre se fait à travers les vitres (pas de balcon) et nous avons été déçus d’être dans une chambre au fond du couloir avec l’angle d’un mur qui bloquait la vue à gauche. Heureusement on pouvait se mettre dehors face au lac.

Executive room is worth the upgrade cost. Huge room, clear view of nightly fireworks. Access to Executive Lounge is a nice perk. Very good staff.

Included buffet was okay, but not up to the standards of a luxury resort. Could have used better seafood selections. Cost to upgrade to non-buffet at Japanese or French restaurant was exhorbitant.

Pretty disappointing experience with this resort as it is not a cheap one. We checked in and got a room with a heavy cigarette odour. We approached the front desk, and they said they have no extra rooms, and couldn’t do much for us. They offered an ozone deodoriser but said it is harmful for the environment. I specifically booked a non-smoking room and i believe it’s a pretty basic ask for it not to smell of cigarette smoke. Disappointing. Views made up for it? Not sure. Behaviour and response of the front desk was also subpar. our family of 6 went for dinner at the hotel restaurant. When we asked if we could sit together, we were outright refused by the staff. No flexibility or accomodation for us was shown. We had elderly parents with us and this was such a shitshow of an experience, especially from a supposed “4 star” hotel. One of us also has an injured knee and has difficult walking, we had to request a nearer table to the buffet spread, and staff were pretty unhappy about it. Room smelled of cigarettes, and toilet was not the cleanest. There was hair on the shower walls. Spend your money elsewhere. This is no luxury hotel. Abysmal service, probably one of the worst in Japan.

Building is very old, air conditioning did not work, smelt smoky despite being a non smoking room probably because there was a booth outside the whole for smoking. Furthermore when we checked in, staff were a bit rude to us considering we had a 5 month old baby and it was difficult to make the times for breakfast and dinner. One of the staff members called us “being difficult” in Japanese which we understood - very rude.

The hotel itself is very nice, with good facilities and a great buffet. The Club Building is newer, and we especially enjoyed the facilities and lounge access.

We booked and prepaid for two rooms—one Executive Room in the Club Building and one Twin Room in the regular building. One day before arrival, the hotel informed us that the Executive Room’s air conditioning was not working and tried to force us to change from two rooms into just one “Special Twin Room” in the regular building, calling it an “upgrade.” I found this very misleading, as we would lose an entire room, the newer Club Building facilities, and lounge access. After repeatedly insisting that we wanted the two rooms we had already booked and paid for, we arrived and were simply given our original rooms as if nothing had happened. The whole situation caused unnecessary stress before our holiday.

絕佳的風景跟溫泉，醒來直接可以看到洞爺湖和羊蹄山，晚餐也直接在餐廳看煙火！ 服務人員都很專業，能迅速處理問題，我們忘在飯店的東西也立刻幫忙找到。 美食選項滿分，早餐跟晚餐都很豐盛，絕妙的利用了北海道豐富的農牧產品做出佳餚。

除了價錢對荷包不太友善之外，其他一切都很完美。

真是第一次在日本遇到這情況，因有小孩的關係早餐在10:05還有一兩小碟沒有吃完，正在吃的時候員工會搶客人手上的食物和沒收碟，真是太沒有禮貌，原本遲了吃完是很不好意思，盡量趕快吃，但是員工搶客人的食物，真的非常非常意外和不快

我們一行七人，有小孩有老人家，所以頗多行李，要用三架手推車，有一位員工幫我們，他只是揀兩個紙袋和一個小行李放上手推車，最後他推的時候也很慢，我們最後也是自己幫他推手推車，他就是望着我們自己手推車，自己只是陪我們行到去窗邊，這樣服務在一間出名大的度假酒店，我真是第一次遇到

The room was HUGE, it had a window showing the lake, which was perfect at night for the firework show. The buffet was AMAZING both for breakfast and dinner. If you go there, you must go for the second round, almost everything was so good, I cannot choose a favourite dish. Also checked the onsens in the morning - it had literally one person, no crowds, so clean, beautiful views, many options to choose from. Loved everything!

Honestly, only thing that was rough was the price, as we took the room with private onsen. I honestly think I would want to come again, but next time I would go cheaper on the room, as the public onsen was great too!

My fiance and I really enjoyed the buffet for dinner and lunch. There was a wide variety of food. One day isn't enough time for a stay here. I wish we stayed here for two days to really experience the hotel.

Our private onsen in our room had a lot of mineral deposits that we didn't expect due to the pictures shown on booking. Although it is safe, it was just unexpected since the pictures on booking shows a spotless onsen/tub. We were able to wipe the minerals off with our fingers so I'm not too sure how often it gets cleaned..

넓은 도야호를 객실에서 바라보는게 너무 좋았습니다. 루프탑 온천에서 도야호를 바라보는 것은 더더욱 좋았으며, 여름밤에 호수 배위에서 불꽃놀이를 객실에서 감상하는 것은 최고의 낭만입니다. 석식, 조식 다른 후기대로 너무 좋았고, 조식이 더 임팩트가 있었습니다. 객실은 넓고 시설은 깔끔했으며, 리조트내에 마트도 있지만 걸어서 3분거리에 세븐일레븐도 있어서 좋았습니다. 직원들도 친절하게 접객해주었으며, 노보리베츠 보다는 도야호를 바라보며 맛있는걸 먹고 불꽃놀이를 보고 온천하는게 더 좋은 것 같습니다.!

This hotel has an incredible buffet breakfast and dinner and the rooms are immaculate.

Despite it being a great hotel, the prices seems to be way above market.

有一點可惜就是我朋友住的房間是在3樓，他們是需要有幾層樓梯要拖行李上去，問那時的員工會唔會幫手拿行李他們也不理。這點10分失望。如果老人家拖住行李都不知他們怎麼拿上房。

The hotel is expensive, but it's worth it. Lake Toya is also a beautiful place and worth visiting and at least spending one night there. The room is clean and spacious. Breakfast/dinner is absolutely amazing and offers a wide selection and good quality. The rooms are also lake facing: you can even see the fireworks from the room every night! The hotel also has shared onsen baths, both indoors and outdoors. The shuttle bus to get to/from Sapporo are also really helpful (although note the caveats below).

It can be tricky to get to the hotel by public transport. While still accessible, it requires taking a train to Toya station then changing to a local bus. Importantly, Toya train station and buses only accept cash or the paper train tickets (not IC cards!), so do ensure you bring sufficient cash/change. Also, the buses are rather infrequent (roughly once per hour or even less during certain times), so it is important to plan your transport well, whether traveling to/from the hotel, or visiting the nearby attractons. The hotel makes up for this by providing a convenient and value-for-money shuttle bus. However, there's only one trip a day which may not be compatible with your flight timings. I recommend checking the shuttle timings before booking this hotel as that really makes travelling to the hotel much easier and cheaper.

Location is nice, right by Lake Toya. Good view of Lake Toya and spacious rooms.

The buffet dinner is not fantastic and does not offer excellent value for the high room prices. We stayed 2 nights and the foods for breakfast and dinner were the same for each session. They should have some variations. The variety of foods were not within our expectations for a 5 star hotel. We expected some freshly cooked prawn tempuras like other hotels, but there was none but cheap veggie types. It was the first time I came to a buffet struggling to fill up my tray. However, it was nice to have freshly squeezed apple juice and they have some yummy dishes like french toast. The staff were quite polite and helpful too.

This hotel is completely mismanaged and does not meet even basic standards of hygiene, organisation, or hospitality. The experience was far below what was advertised or expected for the price. * Strong sewage smell throughout the room – A constant foul odour was present and made the stay uncomfortable. No action was taken to resolve it. * Serious hygiene concerns in shared facilities – The hotel was severely overcrowded with no supervision of common areas. In the onsen area, guests were washing personal clothing in the bathing facilities, with no staff intervention. This created a highly unhygienic and unacceptable environment. * No hospitality standards at all – No drinks were provided with meals, and there were no basic inclusions expected at this price level. * Extremely poor value for money – The standard of service, cleanliness, and management is completely inconsistent with the price charged. Dinner – chaotic and poorly managed * Reservation system not enforced – Despite booking a dinner time, there were no seats available on arrival. Guests from earlier sessions remained seated with no rotation or control by staff. * No table management – We were left waiting and then placed in a cold, isolated corner while tables were still occupied without enforcement of time limits. * Very limited food quality and choice – Only basic seafood options were available, with a strong smell throughout the dining area. * Empty buffet stations – Food trays were frequently empty and not replenished in a timely manner. * Extremely small portions – The only cooked option (steak) was served in minimal portions, requiring repeated queuing. Breakfast – same issues repeated * No seating despite reservation – Again, despite a booked time, there were no available seats on arrival and we were placed in the same corner. * Poor food availability – Most items were empty and not restocked properly. * Extremely basic breakfast – The only available items were pancakes and coffee.

Had an amazing time at The Lake View Nonokaze Resort. The room was very comfortable and gave a great view of the lake along with the daily nighttime fireworks. The staff were very helpful and could speak excellent English. The dinner and breakfast buffet were a highlight of our stay (shoutout to the fresh sushi, steak and pasta) along with the on site onsen. The outdoor onsen on the roof in particular

The only thing I can fault with my stay is the onsen and facilities were closed between 11 to 3. I recommend either doing a 1-night stay or having activities nearby booked during this time

Nossa experiência foi perfeita. É a nossa segunda vez no Japão e a primeira vez em Hokkaido. É difícil descrever a experiência, mas o Lago Toya é um lugar muito especial. Único mesmo. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e eficientes, a comida do resort é excelente (tanto o café da manhã quanto o jantar), com uma variedade enorme, com ingredientes de Hokkaido, o que torna tudo melhor. A vista para o lago é incrível. Os fogos são um show à parte. Foi muito bom assistir dois dias e ver a alegria das pessoas, especialmente das crianças, com o espetáculo. O resort fornece muitas opções de comida e bebida no seu lounge durante todo o dia. Não perca o sorvete depois das 18:00. Foi tudo perfeito e ficamos com muita vontade de passar mais dias.
