Parcarea subterana este la 10 minute de mers pe jos de locatie si costa 15 euro pe zi ,iar unitatea detine un air cooler de podea care nu a facut fata temperaturii exterioare de 38 de grade care era la momentul calatoriei noastre

Tous bien. Un peu de bruit de l’autostrade.

Konumu, temizliği mükemmel. Gerekli her şey fazlasıyla mevcut. Şemsiye bile lazım olur diye koymuşlardı. Sessiz sakin toplu ulaşıma yakın bir bölge.

Üçüncü kişi varsa çekyat gerçekten çok rahatsız. Daha konforlu çekyatla kesinlikle değişim yapılmalı. Üç kişiyseniz bu dediğimi ciddiye almalısınız.

The apartment is situated in a peaceful area with convenient connections to tram and metro transport. It comes fully furnished and well‑equipped. Nearby stores provide easy access to all daily essentials.

It doesn’t have air conditioning or a fan, which is a drawback in the summer months. The single bed was also not very comfortable.

The apartment is in a good location, 10 minutes walking from the subway, from where you can go in all locations you want. Near to the supermarket, restaurants. The apartment was clean and modern, for us was perfect.

L’appartement était conforme aux photos, fonctionnel et très propre. Il est très bien situé, métro et tram à proximité à pied (20-30 minutes du centre ville). Bonne communication avec l’hôte qui nous a permis d’y accéder plus tôt. J’y retournerai sans soucis !

Very good location (supermarkets,shops, restaurants) tram stop very close and metro station five minutes walk. The apartment is very nice clean and has everything. Despite the cold weather the heating was perfect and we hadn't problem. Communication with Laura perfect. Excellent choice!

The apartment is perfect for a short stay in Vienna for up to 2 people. It has most of the basic things you would need for cooking. It’s a studio so there’s no separation between the bed and the kitchen. It is located in a quiet, multiethnic residential area, with bus around the corner and the efficient Viennese subway at around 10-minute walking distance. The price-quality ratio is definitely great. I’d recommend the property.

Nothing worth to mention. Only minor things were missing, like kitchen paper and hand soap, which was promptly refilled after request.

Very clean and comfortable apartment fully equipped with everything needed. The location was a bit further from the center but the price was unbeatable.

El apartamento nos pareció muy bonito, cómodo y bien decorado, y apreciamos la limpieza y los detalles del interior, no es un apartamento para ir con familia si no en pareja, porque el sofá cama no es apto para niños menos adolescentes que era mi caso. quisiéramos comentar que la ubicación no fue del todo lo que esperábamos, y que el olor en las escaleras del edificio era bastante desagradable, lo cual afectó un poco nuestra experiencia. A pesar de esto, agradecemos su amabilidad y el buen estado del apartamento en sí. Saludos cordiales,

The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Fully functional kitchen, cozy bed, fast Wi-Fi – all the essentials were there. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, always willing to help with anything we needed. The location is excellent – quiet, with easy access to public transport, so getting around Vienna was simple and convenient. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!

The bed was a bit high for our taste, but still very comfortable and restful.

A very kind and helpful hostess. She helped us all the time during our stay. Very clean, warm and comfortable apartment with a great location with supermarkets, shops, restaurants, caffees, bakeries and public transport within walking distance. Just 20 minutes to the historical sights.

We had a wonderful stay! The bed was very large and incredibly comfortable. The location is excellent — just a short walk from both the metro and the tram, making it super easy to get to the city center. Despite being so well connected, the area is very quiet. The apartment was very, very, very clean, and the host was absolutely lovely — so kind and welcoming. If we ever visit Vienna again, we would definitely choose the same place. Highly recommended!

The location was excellent to us, everything was clean and well-kept. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, starting with a kettle, toaster, coffee maker with coffee capsules available and everything we needed for cooking, up to the TV of course, refrigerator, stove with oven, dishwasher, iron and ironing board. The bathroom also has a generous shower, hairdryer and personal hygiene products such as liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo. Everything that is in the description of the apartment we found on the spot, and even more :). The host has provided maps including everything that can be found in the area, starting from local public transport to shops/markets, beauty salons, restaurants, cafes, tourist attractions and many others. The host was very kind and helpful starting from our pre-arrival until the end of our stay.

There is nothing we did not like. For us this location was the right choice and Tanja a great host.

The apartment inside is very new clean and very well kept. The bed was super comfy. The host super responsive and made everything to accomodate wishes and needs. With 10 minutes walk it connnects super easily to the city center around the clock.

The area is a residential area and beside few supermarket and fast food, there is not much around. The Building is a bit old, but that doesn't matter much as inside it is freshly renovated

Thank you Tanya for the lovely stay! The apartment is like a brandnew, very clean, stylish and cozy. We felt like at home! The bed is big and very comfortable. There was a large bathroom and a hairdryer. It's close to the metro station, magazines-Billa, Spar. We had coffee, tea and croissants for free as a compliment. We had everything that we needed. Tanya responded immediately to my messages. She gave me information about a good taxi company, and how to get to the airport. I highly recommend it!

Very nice, clean and well equipped apartment. The location is great, 5 minute walking distance from the metro stations. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Host Tanja is very nice and helpful. We hope we will come again.

Good location, fairly close to UBahn, supermarket (Billa) nearby. Excellent apartment, clean and comfortable. Great host as well.

Nice location. Very near to tram and bus stop. Grocery store in walking distance. Very clean and with all necessary stuff required for a short stay.

The sofa bed was a bit small. More kitchenware can be added.

As a family of 3 we had a great time. The host Tanja was very nice and was helpful when in need. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well equiped. The location is great, only 5 minute walk from the metro stations and then with metro you are in the center of Vienna in no time. Also the parking house is only 5 minute walk away and cheap.
