Would recommend a fumigation, found a few bugs crawling around. Drain cleaning recommended, funny smell coming from the shower drain

Clean linen and apartment, friendly staff, quiet area at night.

We found a couple of small, live cockroaches in the shower, reported to reception and cleaning staff.

Great location and super friendly and helpful staff, nice large rooms, well equipped easy to park great value. Would very much recommend and has a nice vibe about it, the staff are well trained and efficient it's been my second visit I like it so much.

It was central and near various retail stores, which made it very easy to navigate. Also, the staff reserved parking in front of the building, which gave us peace of mind.

تجربة كارثية ولا أنصح أي شخص بالإقامة فيه نهائياً! يوجد انتشار حاد لحشرات بق الفراش (Bed bugs) في الغرف، تعرضت لسببه للدغات مؤلمة، حساسيات واهتراء جلدي شديد، وبقع دم على الملاءات. والأซوأ من ذلك هو تعامل إدارة الفندق؛ حيث رفضوا تحمل المسؤولية أو تقديم أي تعويض أو حتى استرداد للمبلغ، وكان خيارهم الوحيد إما الانتقال لغرفة أخرى موؤوسة بنفس الحشرة لحين رش الفندق لاحقاً، أو الخروج على حسابنا الخاص! إهمال تام بالنظافة وصحة النزلاء وعدم احترافية في التعامل مع الأزمات.

Amazing service! The hotel does not provide parking but the guy at the front desk was so willing and helpful with finding parking. The location of the parking was not far down from the hotel, walking distance which was excellent. The room was so spacious, we had the room with the balcony. Wifi works perfectly. And my husband could plug in his playstation lol. It was a very cozy stay. We definitely have the Bruxelles Hotel on our radar for next time!

Parking might cause issues for people. But we had amazing service from the guy at the front desk helping us find parking- which did not cost a lot for one night.

The apartment was nice and cozy. The small fridge was accommodating for our cold beverages. Staff was very friendly.

We couldn't smoke on the balcony and we were on the 4th floor so had to go down all the time to smoke. There were no microwave or iron. The toilet paper was too little and we had to ask for another roll. The cleanup happened at 4 in the afternoon which wasn't very convenient.

The hotel is closer to all amnetes, easily accessible with car snd can walk to the city it seems very safe. The rooms are huge and comfortable bed.

The rooms are beautiful and modern, spacious. WiFi worked well.

The amenities could be looked at, towels old and fraying. Soap extremely small for two people to share. No spoons for coffee supplied.

Great room size and centrally located to great restaurants and activities. Did not have any issues with bugs, heating/air conditioning despite other reviews from weeks leading up to my stay and staff were incredibly friendly and providing reccomendations. The hotel is willing to make improvements and is looking out for guests wellbeing.

Despite early check being accepted and confirmed twice, weeks prior to booking and 2 days before arrival but was not honoured, did not have availability for storage due to other guests luggage. They were very kind and apologetic even with the mix up

The location was in just the right spot to be accessible to everything. There are so much options for breakfast around you. There is a market around the corner to enjoy as well.

I would’ve loved a bit more toiletries to be available, such as shampoo and body wash.

On my first day there was no coffee and sugar in the room. On my second day they didn't change the linen as I had requested the to do so, I swear a lot at night hence my linen needed to be changed.

I like how spacious it was, and how friendly the staff members are. Even the cleaners were nice, they complimented my outfit.

Going downstairs to warm your food since there’s no microwave in the rooms, that was the only inconvenience.

It started with a checking in process that took 20 minutes and we were the only people there. Their system wasn't working. Then the internet went down and they said the whole city was down even though the cafe next door had working wi-fi and the restaurant we went to in the evening had working wi-fi. The whole place was shabby, water pooled in the shower and they were so tight they couldn't even go to nescafe coffee, some awful chicory mix, the towels were, tired, the sheets were tired, you could hear people crashing around upstairs, the view was of a car park and aircon units. Generally just awful and somehow they advertise themselves with 4 stars which I presume they awarded themselves per Trump because if a hotel inspector gave them 4 stars they need their head examined - they would sttuggle to e 1 Star. Just an awful the staff sort of tried to look cheerful but you could tell they were exhausted. Whoever the owners are they need to go back to hospitality school.. a shabby cutting corners business

Then it amounts to disrespect of your clients that in every room the SAFE IS NOT WORKING! AT 305 IT WAS NOT WORKING FOR 1 WEEK AFTER I REPORTED IT ON THE FIRST DAY AND WAS TOLD THE TECNICIAN IS COMING TO FIX IT! AFTER 1 WEEK I MOVED OUT AND IT WAS STILL NOT FIXED! The staff were super friendly and we made friends with them. They were very kind. Hospitality is on point. Only thing it lacks a restaurant. But the place is absolutely beautiful. I will definitely recommend anyone to stay there.
