The apartment itself is beautiful, high-quality and exceptionally clean. We were genuinely impressed by the standard of the accommodation. The kitchen was also very well equipped, and everything appeared perfectly maintained. Communication before and during most of our stay was excellent. We had originally booked two nights and later decided to extend our stay. Our question about whether we could remain in the same apartment was answered very quickly, and everything was arranged without any difficulty. We were also helped with our luggage and were allowed to store it both before check-in and after checking out, which we greatly appreciated. Based on the apartment, its cleanliness and the service up to that point, this would easily have been a 10/10 stay.

Unfortunately, one experience completely changed our overall impression. We had deliberately booked an apartment with a kitchen because we intended to cook for ourselves. Although the kitchen is well equipped, it is extremely small, there is no extractor hood, and the smoke detector is positioned directly above the hob. As soon as we started cooking, completely normal cooking steam naturally rose straight towards the detector. Nothing had happened at that point, and the alarm had not gone off. We called purely as a precaution because we wanted a clear and reliable answer as to whether guests could cook normally in this kitchen or whether we needed to take any special precautions. We simply wanted to know whether the smoke detector was designed or positioned in a way that would prevent normal cooking steam from triggering it, whether this had happened before, and what exactly we should do to avoid setting off the alarm. Considering that the apartment is explicitly offered with a kitchen, we believe this was a completely reasonable question. However, we did not receive a clear answer or any useful information whatsoever. The man on the phone was unbelievably rude and disrespectful. Instead of taking our concern seriously, he laughed at us and sarcastically asked whether we were having a barbecue. He eventually told us to turn up the fan of the air-conditioning system, even though he also confirmed that there was no extractor hood. At the same time, he warned us that if we triggered the detector, the alarm would apparently go off throughout the entire building. This only made the situation more confusing and stressful, because he emphasised the possible consequences without explaining whether normal cooking was actually safe or how we were supposed to prevent the alarm from being triggered. We were not calling to complain, nor had we caused any problem. We were simply trying to act responsibly and obtain a definite answer before anything happened.

O residencial foi todo reformado e modernizado. O quarto é moderno, espaçoso e funcional. Possui geladeira com freezer e uma pequena copa (micro-ondas e fogão) que servia muito bem. Banheiro em perfeito estado com box de tamanho adequado. Em resumo, acomodação excelente.

Fica num local um pouco barulhento e toda contato é feito por e-mail ou ligação, não havendo ninguém no empreendimento para resolver qualquer imprevisto

Everything was new, clean and well equipped, air-conditioning was a bonus. Clean linen and immaculate presentation.

The mattress was far too hard, not poor quality, just no give. A mattress topper would have made the room perfect.

Everything seemed new and was very clean with high quality furniture and fittings. We were directly behind the tube station and a short walk to the west end. We arrived before check in time so our luggage was stored and taken to our studio for our arrival. We were sent the codes to get into the building and our room by txt. All very easy. We had a basement level room but still had a window and good light. Would certainly stay here again.

Location was great for getting around to the major today attraction sites. Very modern appearance. Especially loved the heated floors in the bathroom. Full cooking facilities was also great where we could eat in.

Mattress was too firm for my liking. No space for storing suitcases and limited space overall.

Zeer net maar erg kleine studio die wel optimaal benut was en voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Onze kamer lag achteraan en dat was zeer rustig. Zowel bij het beginsels op het einde van ons verblijf mochten we onze bagage in bewaring geven wat erg attent was. Je krijgt een seintje als je kamer voor de inchecktijd klaar is en ja bagage staat netjes op je kamer klaar. Goede airco bovendien.

purtroppo per chi ha il sonno leggero, la nostra stanza (108) è proprio sotto un sistema di climatizzazione che ha inficiato il riposo e la votazione finale. spero che le altre stanze non abbiano lo stesso problema perchè è davvero un'ottima struttura

Monter les escaliers jusqu’au 3ème étage peut être difficile pour certains, mais pour nous ça ne nous a pas dérangés vu que l’appartement et la résidence étaient superbes.

The location was excellent and very convenient, with plenty of public transport options, shops, and restaurants nearby. The host was superb and incredibly accommodating. We had asked for an early check-in as we had a dinner to attend at 4:30 pm, and they kindly managed to have our room ready for us without charging any extra. The staff were also polite, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely experience and really appreciated the excellent service and hospitality. We would definitely stay here again!

There was no lift, which could be a little inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. The pillows were also not very comfortable for us, so a choice of different pillow types would have been appreciated. It would also be great if an earlier check-in time, around 2–3 pm, could be offered when possible, as this would make the stay even more convenient.

There were no elevators. The price was high for the room, we didn’t have very much time to explore other options therefore we booked here. Overall nice but pricey.

The property was very clean and tidy. We stayed for 1 night, but would still suit a longer stay. Aircon was greatly appreciated due to the warm weather. A small kitchenette is there if any cooking was required. Overall I was very impressed with appearance the property, the lovely hallway makes it feel rather special when you walk in. Contact with the staff was done by email, regarding codes, directions etc. Very helpful. Will certainly look up again to check availability next time we are visiting London.

very small but this packed a punch! anything u would need for a short comfy stay they have it. iron, board, hair dryer even a microwave. honestly impressed with what they could fit in one room. no elevator so ask for ground level room if this is a concern. there will still be a few steps to the ground level.

Location in Bloomsbury near Russell Square is very handy for tube. 15 minute walk to Kings Cross/St. Pancras/Euston stations for trains. Property appears recently upgraded. Nicely appointed studio flat.

Only concern--shower floor was slippery.

Very clean and easy to find. The apartment was spotless and a good size for 3 people.. Easy to talk with staff through what's up. Asked for clean towels and toilet paper and it came in just 5 minutes. Air con was a delight in the summer heat. Location was good and a pub, bakari, Tesco and lots of restaurants just a few steps away.. Will definitely stay here again 👍

Air con was a life saver in the heatwave. Bathroom was very modern and even come with heated flooring. Bed was very comfortable and bedroom had plenty of storage to unpack into. Communication with host via WhatsApp was very easy, quick and convenient. Would 100% recommend and will be using again in the future.

Only minor complaint is that the beds are really firm but they provided me with a mattress topper that solved things.

Very clean. Great location. Very comfortable even in summer heat as the air conditioning worked amazing. The place is modern, spacious and in a nice quiet area although the busy Euston station is a close walk away. It is a bit pricey but it is value for money. I would stay here again.

The bed felt a little ’budget’ a metal frame. A bit like a sofa bed, I would have expected a proper divan bed.

Location was excellent, literally 3 minute walk from the tube station. Parks around, nice and clean building and rooms. Kitchen was surprisingly well equipped for being so tiny, but came in quite handy for our trip with my daughter who likes home-made food. I'd come back for a short stay, but for long stays larger apartments would be more comfortable, especially if you are traveling with children.

Room was the bare minimum for the facilities contained. It was far smaller than advertised, around 25% so. Min temp was 19 degrees C, I would have preferred it lower.

We enjoyed the central location and beautiful street. There were plenty of high-quality restaurants and bakeries within a short walk. The room was quiet, modern, and well-equipped with kitchen amenities.

The localisation is realy perfect ! So close to the main attractions, yet very quiet. The building is very nice, so is the elegant interior. The appartment we had is really small but equipped in everything we needed for our stay: first of all a really big UK-size king bed (which we asked for, in fact on our request the room was changed free of charge to meet our need) and all the equipment needed to prepare breakfast. Plus good air condition system. The service was perfect: messages on how to access the appartment and extra tea bags supply.

The view from the window was none: just a brick wall. But as we did not stay long in the room it did not matter much to us.

Key codes not sent until after I had arrived in London and at around 4 .30-waited at Kings Cross until I received them. Bath sheet towels would be good and a teapot-not everyone drinks coffee-As I was staying six nights I bought one and left it.

Close proximity to the Underground, the British Museum, and the British Library. A couple of supermarkets and loads of restaurants a short walk away. The apartments are quiet and staff is super responsive via the Booking.com app.

Location - quiet street but still a short walk from a subway station and many attractions like Oxford street and Covent Garden. Very clean, comfortable, well-equipped, fast response from the hosts, and overall a very positive experience.

The only downside I can think of is the elevator only going up one floor - so if you’re above the second floor you’re gonna have to use the stairs

Wir hatten das Zimmer 403 im 3. Stock. Wir haben auf das angefragte elektronsiche Check-Inn verzichtet und uns zu Geschäftszeiten vorgefunden, wo eine freundliche Ansprechsperson zu finden war.

The room is a bit smaller than what we expected

The apartment and the building looked nice, clean, and very modern. The kitchen was well-equipped, so we could make some basic meals. The location was great; the major attractions were easily accessible, and there were shops and cafés located around the apartment. The host was very kind and always reachable, and we were also allowed to store our luggage. The apartment was very quiet, so we had a very restful sleep.

The instructions for opening the street gate were a bit confusing for us, maybe a video would be helpful. There was absolutely no place to put things in the bathroom; shelves were missing, and the only free surface was the lid of the toilet. We were also a bit disappointed that for this price, we were not allowed to control the temperature in the room as we wished, since only cooling was allowed. However, during our visit, the weather was a bit cold and our room was located in the basement, so we were cold inside. The floor was also cold, as the underfloor heating panel was locked. Furthermore, the window of the apartment couldn't be closed, it was always open, someone could even climb in easily.

I was unaware there were four flights of stairs. Luckily our bags were taken to the room. I assumed there was a washing machine in the room, no it was a shared laundry in the basement.. it was a nice laundry but just five flights of stairs away
