Checking in was easy. Parking was clear with markings on parking lot. Sufficient elevators thus reducing waiting time. The room was clean, cozy and quiet. The kitchen facilities were in order. Many eateries around and within walking distance of 5-10mins. Conviniene store are open 24 hours.

The breakfast choice was limited but enjoyable for the portion.

The flat is spacious and modern. The facility have a nice pool, gym and a little grocery store

There was a weird smell in the flat and I saw a little cockroach in the toilet one afternoon. The breakfast finishes at 10am which is super early. Also, it’s quite far from the city center and there’s no subway around, be ready to take Grabs for 30-1hr+ when there’s traffic

It’s was pretty good size and good location.

First I was surprised it handled by different management when I arrived. For a hotel or Airbnb type, I am so surprised that no hand towels and limited bath towels. I have to ask for it most time. Bedsheets and pillows looks old too! The towels and bath mat looks old and stained. Cheap shampoo and bath shower gel and no other amenities.

Die Aussicht aus dem 29. Stock und der Pool auf Etage 8 waren mega. Wir hatten nur eine Zwischenübernachtung, daher kann ich nicht viel zur Lage sagen.

Everything was clean and comfy

They did not explain anything about where is the hit water button, or how did anything work, there wss no onboarding manual or anything. Also there was a problem with the booking because we were 1 hour waiting to enter to the room because noone got in contact with us when we needed. Also there was a problem because the main lobby was not related with the room where we were staying and we had to get in touch with our host because he was not in the lobby.

Bardzo przestronny i czysty apartament. Rewelacyjna obsługa reagująca błyskawicznie na wszystkie prośby. Smaczne śniadania w kafejce na dole. Sklepy, restauracje, bank i salony spa w bliskim sąsiedztwie apartamentu. Lokalizacja poza ścisłym centrum, ale jeśli planujecie zwiedzanie poza KL jest to idealna baza wypadowa, za świetne pieniądze. Dodatkowo niskie koszty przejazdów Grab do najważniejszych miejsc w mieście.

The location was great, with plenty of restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore different local cuisines. I also really enjoyed the swimming pool and the beautiful views of KLCC from the hotel area. It was a lovely place to relax and take in the city

A genuinely superb stay. The location offers a fine selection of bars and restaurants, and Mont Kiara is very close. The room and facilities were very good and new, and my compliments especially to Mr Ali and Mojtaba for their professionalism, warmth and attentiveness. I hope to be back!

Et surtout on a payé très cher le parking 18 euros car personne a l'arrivée nous a indiqué la place à prendre .donc on a payé un parking à l heure .inadmissible ce prix pour une nuit dans un appart ou c'était écrit parking gratuit...

The apartment is actually not bad. However, if you are noise sensitive, you can easily disturbed by the traffic noise at midnight.

The response of the staff is not effective. We reported the non- functioning of the exhausted fan and one of the lamps at the toilet on check-in day. However, the issue was not properly handled at all until our departure. Besides, the staff was informed for not cleaning our room during our stay but the cleaner was still arranged to enter our room for cleaning on the second day. When asking for provision of a 'Please Do Not Disturb" tag, there was completely no response from the staff. We need to self-make a related tag to use (see attached photo).

I like the environment with seven eleven and shops near by plus a cafe next to the hotel plus cleanliness and it was spacious 😌😌

We rented 3 units - all clean and the beds super comfy. Facilities like swimming pool also well maintained. Food establishments are within the vicinity, plus not too far away from malls and other attractions. Communication with the host was effective with clear instructions given.

The location is nice- right in the midst of Desa Hartamas and near Mont Kiara. The room is clean and well appointed and of good size. The car park is good too.

The breakfast is inadequate in quantity and is offered under an arrangement with the nearby coffee shop (Common Man Coffee Roasters, whose staff is mostly dismissive at best and rude at worst when they get to know that you're going to utilise the 'free' coupon from Societe (because they prefer independent walk-in customers who are paying in cash upfront, rather than through this back-hand arrangement). The check-in and house-keeping arrangements are very 'shady'- their staff operate under the shadows for some reason. For example, the checkin is handled rather surreptiously inside the super-market behind the main reception. There is a mobile no. that you are supposed to call if you need any assistance etc. Wheras the main reception is manned by yet another set of rude staff who claim they are from Bamboo hospitality. It seems there are multiple operators utilising the same property selling same/ similar rooms at different prices.

Clean , location and the workers from the property are very nice people.

Bed was a little soft for my liking. Check-in was slightly confusing since the main reception is a different operator?

Great location with lots of things to do, bars, restaurants and coffee shops around. I like the facilities - pool with a view, rooftop gym. Rooms are studios, but large. Coffee shop and convenience store on the ground floor are a nice addition.

Второй раз приезжаем в это место. Это место для жизни, немного в стороне от шума города и тусовочных мест Букит Битанга. Проведя весь день в центре, очень приятно возвращаться в это спокойное место и получать удовольствие от купания в бассейне или утреннего кофе в отличном кафе внизу.

Make sure you know what to do when you arrive. Use WhatsApp to connect before you arrive. Otherwise it will be confusing.

over the years we stayed at so many different condos in KL until we found this gem now. the apartments just look like on the photos, it's so clean and well maintained which i've never seen in KL before. you feel really welcome and comfortable! the staff including ali are just super friendly, helpful and always around. the location is great, there are many restaurants and cafés around and less crowded compared to other areas. the breakfast (which was included) was amazing at CMCR! highly recommend staying at societe with ali and his crew :)

La très grande propreté, l'équipement, le confort, le calme et la gentillesse extrêmeme de tout le personnel. Mention spéciale pour Ali, extrêment présent, réactif et gentil. Mais tout le staff est super sympa. (Ps: aucun problème sur les ascenseurs et c'est assez rare pour le signaler). Je pense le grand point fort de la résidence est qu'il y a des gens qui y vivent vraiment, donc on n'est pas dans "une usine à gaz" avec plein de passages comme plein d'autres établissements.

J'ai changé l'hôtel parce qu'il était un peu excentré du centre. Mais j'ai regretté...donc finalement la distance du centre est un avantage. J'ai testé 4 hôtels pendant mon séjour et celui-ci était de loin le meilleur. Il manque peut-être juste quelques ustensiles, mais je pense que si j'avais demandé ça aurait été réglé

Менеджер отеля Али был с момента бронирования в контакте с нами, и не смотря на поздний заезд в 22-30 пришел к нам поздороваться и подсказать, как и что лучше организовать. Апартаменты расположены в спокойном районе, с красивыми видами на город из зоны бассейна на 8 этаже и из зоны фитнес зала на 32. Новый современный дом, апартаменты чистые и аккуратные. На первом этаже дома есть круглосуточный магазин, в котором есть всё необходимое и отличное кафе, в котором подаются завтраки. Завтраки небольшие, но очень вкусные и есть выбор из четырёх вариантов. В кафе отлично готовят и в нём можно смело покушать, единственный минус закрывается оно в 19-00. Апартаменты в 15 минутах езды от Площади Мердека и в 30 минутах от Башен Петронас.

Для долгого проживания не хватает зоны, где можно просушить вещи, т.к. стиральная машинка есть в наличие. Пешком отсюда до достопримечательностей не дойдëшь, но зато это с лихвой компенсируется отдыхом в спокойной обстановке.

Établissement très bien équipé, avec une salle de sport excellente et une piscine impeccable, souvent calme et agréable. L’ensemble est d’une grande propreté et parfaitement climatisé. Le petit déjeuner, bien que relativement simple, était très bon et largement suffisant pour bien commencer la journée. Le restaurant est d’ailleurs apprécié des locaux, ce qui se ressent dans la qualité des plats — nous avons aussi pris plaisir à y dîner. Le quartier, même un peu excentré, reste très agréable et reposant.

La literie pourrait être améliorée pour atteindre le niveau d’un hôtel, même si elle reste globalement confortable.

Amzing place at downtown Mont Kiara, with a great coffee and nearby stalls cafes and restaurants nearby. If you have a car, parking is precise and its very safe wity dedicated spot!

Fantastic location. Clean and simple. Well laid out and reasonably priced. Great closeness to Common Coffee for breakfast and other awesome fnb options. Very quick, efficient staff and management. Superb! Will recommend to others. Thank you Societe Hartamas - leaders in your field.

Duvet was only just big enough for size of the bed. Maybe some extra cutlery, crockery and towels to accommodate our toddler. The addition of a coffee pod machine and a few complimentary pods would be a great touch. Ironing board could be better (cover kept coming off!)

The price per value is very good. The TV is huge, and it is possible to watch Netflix or HBO. The breakfast is small and basic, but tasty.

The room would be much more cozy if it had a carpet and any design elements, but oh well. There were a lot of light and electricity switches everywhere and it was hard to memorize which switch did what. Some simple labels on the switches would help tremendously. We left some greasy stains on the coffee table from the first dinner that we had there. The housekeeping did not wipe the table once over the course of 10 days. The AC started leaking toward the end of our stay.

It was very clean and tidy. The 2 rooms were large and well-appointed. All facilities were in working order. The water pressure in the shower was also very good. Check-in and out was hassle-free. The property was surrounded by very good restaurants, cafes and pubs. Ride-hailing was also a breeze.

The living area was spacious, modern, and clean. The furniture was nicely arranged just like in the pictures, huge space. The bedroom was another highlight. The bed was very comfortable, a perfect place to rest after a long day out.
