A great location to stay near Central Queenstown.

房间比较整洁，屋外一大片草坪，视线开阔。

1）整个房子的位置其实离皇后镇有15分钟的路程，且开车到房子接近1公里中国大陆和香港的手机就已经没有了信号。 由于没有提前把入住信息下载下来，到了房子的院子门口打不开手机app查询信息，只能折返皇后镇方向有信号的位置下载信息。整个房子进去后也没有手机信号，无法拨打任何电话，没有WiFi的话就和外界失联了。 2） 屋外草坪能看到一些湖景，但大部分被数遮挡，所以比起后来在皇后镇住的酒店和民宿湖景景色逊色很多。 3） 房东不太通情达理，有非常严格的人数以及不接待儿童的政策，中国游客需要特别留意。 由于在中国民宿主要就是满足有孩子甚至老人一起出行的家庭旅行需要的，所以预定时确实没有注意勾选儿童的问题，这个是我们自己的疏忽。我们到了房子才发现这个问题，但男主人表示即便我们加付费用也无法接待2个大人以及一名七岁孩子，说是处于保险人数限制考量。我们表示预定的时候由于入住当日是中国农历新年，房源已经很少，如果临时找房基本不太可能、可否就接待母亲和孩子，父亲再找一个人的房源。但房东反复表示不能接受，在这样一个房源极为紧张的特殊时期，也无法接受儿童，其实作为中国游客不能理解。尤其是，我们和后续几位其他地区的房东联系后，其他房东都理解农历春节的特殊情况，可以多接待一位甚至打破不接待儿童的规定。相比之下，这两位房东就非常不具有同理心。最后我们付出了还房源6倍的代价临时找到了房子，而且还房源的预付款也无法退款。

יחידה מהממת, הכי יפה ששהינו בה בניו זילנד. ממש גדולה ונקיה, מאובזרת לגמרי כולל מטבח, מכונת כביסה ומייבש. נוף מטורף על האגם. יש לשים לב שנדרש רכב כדי להגיע לעיר (כ 5 דקות נסיעה). המארחים מאד עוזרים גם מעבר לשהיה (עזרו לנו עם קבלת דואר שהסתבך)

אינטרנט חלש, אבל זה כמעט בכל המדינה

숙소의 뷰가 너무 좋고, 넓어서 요리도 하기좋으며, 넷플릭스 유튜브도 볼수있는 TV도 있고 세탁기 건조기도 구비되어있습니다. 밤에는 불빛이 없어서 별을 보기도 좋았어요! 호스트 대응이 무척 빨랐습니다

전화가 아에 터지지 않는 부분은 조금 아쉬웠고 처음에 숙소들어가는 입구가 헷갈렸어요~

環境景色優美寧靜，雖聽得到上山車聲，好在並不會打擾睡眠。 窗戶配有紗窗防蚊。

廚房用品稍微不足，不便於清潔維護乾淨，導致檯面易受損。冰箱內置物板破裂、缺片待修繕。 淋浴間對於高大身形者偏小。

Sehr schönes wunderbar ausgestattetes Apartment in schöner Umgebung. Das Apartment verfügt über eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche... ein geraumiges Badezimmer und äußerst bequeme Betten. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr sauber und ordentlich Schlüsselübergebe funktionierte einwandfrei. Gute Informationen bereits vor dem Besuch durch die Eigentümer. Sehr freundlicher Besitzer der Unterkunft welcher persönlich Vor-Ort war. Außergewöhnlich svhön gelegen. Alles bestens. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

La vue, l’appartement très bien équipé, l’environnement exceptionnellement calme, les indications précises pour le trouver. Parfait !

Renee and Dugald were absolutely wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They addressed any little difficulty immediately and with genuine care. They even helped set up a birthday surprise for my husband, adding thoughtful special touches that we’ll keep as lovely keepsakes. This accommodation was a memorable stop along our long road trip, and it’s one we certainly won’t forget. Highly recommended!

Loved the fact it was a bit out of town and had a stunning view. It was also a lot bigger in the living and kitchen area than we anticipated. It was really peaceful to sit, lounge and look out the window.

The bedroom and bathroom (shower) suffered in terms of size compared to the rest of the unit. It wasn't the cleanest, notably in the bathroom. Just other peoples hair around, and inside of the drawers were grubby.

Awesome views from the property. So warm and comfortable. Ample space which was nice and has a fully equipped kitchen. Hosts even messaged us about an unexpected road closure, went above and beyond!

Everything! The views were amazing. The place was the perfect space for my partner and I. Super modern and clean. Hosts were also so lovely!

The place was lovely with a touch of rustic charm and stunning views to create a unique but meaningful stay. The owner was incredibly welcoming and enhanced the experience with his stories, fondness for his family, and charismatic charm. We wish him all the joy and sparkly things in life for his family and him.

Peaceful location, view of Cecile peak and lake.

It was away from the city, quite secluded in the mountains, but 7 kms to the city. Only house where the owner has created 3 such accommodations.

The big step leading to the house, for me with knee issue, it was difficult. The access should be good for all sorts of people like senior citizens with little problems .[ and probably differently able people too].

Lovely, clean place with a beautiful view! Our hosts were incredibly kind and even gave us a ride into town when we couldn’t get an uber. Be sure to only book this place if you have transportation!

Renee & Dugald were lovely and friendly hosts. I was blown away with the stunning mountain and lake views ... I only wish we stayed longer! Fully equipped accommodation, though I spent more time outside admiring the scenery. Thank you for making my first visit to Queenstown a memorable one!

Everything! What a beautiful spot. Close enough to Queenstown but in a quieter, more secluded and stunning place. The place itself is fully self-catering. They even have some books and puzzles :)

The view is breathtaking, and the house's decoration is stunning! Additionally, the owner is wonderful. A small suggestion is that the bedroom could be a bit warmer.

Absolutely stunning place, beautiful scenery and great spot for the night, would of loved more time as this was an unexpected stay. Renee was wonderful with such short notice. Absolutely put this on you list to stay should you visit Queenstown.

Excellent build and design, excellent water pressure, comfortable bed, big screen doors, pleasant view!
