Price didn’t match Booking.com and 3%credit card commission was added. Cleanliness was the main issue. Bed sheets were itchy, the room was dusty, the old air conditioner noisy. Could not sleep one minute.

High standards. Comfortable, modern and clean. Good size inside. I have stayed before and probably will again.

The staff were amazing, apartment was clean and helped to check in at a late hour. The security guard even offered his moped to go around the city :)

The apartment is located on a small road but the car is accessible. Near many foods, room is clean and spacious, staff are polite and helpful. Recommended!

The property was spacious, had good air conditioning and they provided all necessary toiletries. They also cleaned our room everyday and dried the towels. There was a tree with some huge leaves right beside the room and during the night, it would knock over the room and create some noise. Also we would hear noise from the floors above. These were minor so no issues there. The bathroom was spacious. The room was basically a service apartment and had extra amenities like an induction stove, hair dryer, fridge etc. So if you want to work from this place you can, although we didn’t. The staff were helpful, warm and friendly. They were able to let me do a late midnight checkin too, I informed them in advance and they took care of it. We asked for a scooter but it had a 1,000,000 VND deposit which we didn’t see in other places like Hue or Hoi An. The location might be an issue since this was a bit far from downtown Saigon and we had to use Grab frequently. Even when we reached this place, it was a bit hard to find at the first time. I would recommend this place if you’re in Saigon although you might find cheaper places elsewhere.

Great location and very close to the airport. Spacious rooms and walking distance to convenience store, atm, local pottery making shop, incense store and many other shops if you want to explore the little streets. Bill at the hotel reception is kind and goes above and beyond to help organise things. I definitely recommend this hotel with amazing staff. Thank you and will stay her again in future.

Room clean.

The staff was friendly. They do assist with late check-in (i checked in at 2am). There was a security guard overnight, and that made you feel safe. Room was clean. Facilities in good condition

Not much eateries surrounding

Very friendly staff. The apartment is really spacious and it has nearly all the necessary tools to settle for a while. The position is quite silent since it is in a secondary narrow street.

The laundry service was handy, but after come back I realized that the ironing by the staff had damaged some of my clothes. Next time I would say the staff to just wash the clothes.

Quiet place and very clean. The staff and security are very nice. awesome!

The rooms were clean, staff was really friendly and helpful. The property was near to local shops and I could even find very nice vegan food shops as well.

Not a good location for tourists. The street is tiny, so 7 out of 8 drivers refused to pick me up at this hotel. I had to walk to the main road to get picked up. The address is confusing cause some parts of the road are one-way and banned taxis. The front desk lady is not very informative about this stay. She looks new to this job.

One of the nicest accommodations we have had in Vietnam so far. It is clean, well equipped and cozy. The location was okay for us as we wanted to be a bit outside. The staff at the front desk are very friendly. We would definitely come back next time.

The pictures match the reality, it's a cute place. The security guard was nice and helpful. The host was also responsive since at first we didn't have a tv remote in the room but in less than 5 minutes we had one! The bed was so confortable and the place is bigger than we expected. It's in a quiet street also. I could see myself stay there again!

It was less clean than we expected and it seems that it was not clean thoroughly in between guests... we saw a nice message left by previous guests that was obviously not cleaned before we arrived. The important parts of the room were clean though.
